There are the reasons I believe Tow Service deserves the 5 stars: 1) They were polite and professional. The driver introduced himself to me, shook my had and assured me my car is in good hands. 2) They were timely. I was worried because I had an appointment which I could not be late for and I was assured the timing is accurate. They quoted me (via text by the way) 15 minutes to arrival; lo and behold! They arrived with 5 minutes to spare. 3) Their equipment is neat and clean lending a thought that more than likely, their service will be just as neat and clean.
