Cj's is the best! My car broke down on the H3 highway. My insurance couldn't find a tow company to get me. A friend knew Cj and asked him to tow me. CJ Service was recommended to me by a neighbor who used them. I needed my car towed to the service center so I called to make sure they were available a week in advance. They agreed. But they never called back with a quote. They said they'll text back in 15 min. They never did. I waited until Thursday to text them again for a quote. No response. I called them on Friday and he said his "hands were greasy" so he couldn't help me and he'll call back. He never did. He said he'll call on Monday to confirm for Tuesday. Of course, he never did. I am in Alpine, Wyoming and I have an old Subaru that I use when I come home. It's been a little while so it wasn't working and needed to get taken to get a few things repaired. Bought the tires from discount wheel and brought them back two times to fix the leak at the same spot still have issue. And today brought in to this shop to check it out. The technician take my car right away to check it and inform me even if he patch it he won't guarantee it because already patched two times and he not sure how big the hole is. So lucky he has the tire and decide to replace the new tire instead of he try to plug it. By the time to keep fixing it already can purchase a new tire. CJ is awesome! I had a screw in my tire and drove all the way to work but had to leave since I heard it pop. I called about half an hour earlier and to my surprise he answered. CJ was nice enough to ask if I needed a spare tire, my car never came with one. He was nice enough to lend me the tire for the day till I buy another. I ended up buying it and a car jack. Very reasonable, affordable prices and the service was quick! The guy working there even showed me how to use the car jack. Yes, I don't know how no judge lol! I love that this is a family business. Last week, my car slid into a county water truck; he stopped suddenly to avoid hitting a baby pig crossing Kam highway, and due to the rain slippery roads, my car did not stop and I rear-ended him, but Yes, the pig lived! Not only that, he was nice enough to drop me back off at my work so I could be picked up by my husband. Chad was so friendly, easygoing and professional that I really appreciated his services! After I ran into a curb to avoid hitting a poor scared dog checking ALLover for estimates that would have cost an arm and a leg PLUS our first born, We were referred by our Hanai Sons friend to CJs. This place is the best. It's a family run operation, and when you are there they treat you like family. Our tires needed to be replaced because they were on threads, but we couldn't afford a full set of brand new tires. They had like new -used tires and now my van runs like it should. It was a great deal on tires and they were installed and old tires disposed of, all included in the price. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tires. Ever. Only down side is getting into this place. It is at the end of a long driveway that is cluttered with business. Parking is challenging. Go with someone who is comfortable in reverse. read more

The morning after the recent heavy storms I hit a huge pothole on the freeway. It was dark and I could not see it at all. My wheel rim was bent- not too much, but enough to be paranoid. We called the tire place we usually go to but they said they could not fix this. We called the dealership and although it was over the phone and they did not see the damage, they said that they would have to replace the rim and we would need to replace all 4 tires! I then started an insurance claim thinking I might need to pay a couple thousand dollars for all of this. Luckily, the adjuster told me it was fixable and to call up some shops for estimates. I was referred to CJ Service & Towing after calling a couple of auto repair shops. When I called, the office girl (sorry, I didn't get names) was so nice, helpful, and very straightforward. She explained the process and gave me an estimate (pending the damage wasn't so bad that I would need to replace the entire rim, but if I did, they could also help me with that). I went in, was quickly helped by her and one of the workers. He checked my tire and did find a small leak. In about 10 minutes, he took off my tire, pounded out the bent rim, checked the pressure, and put my tire back on. Everything seems great so far!
