Six weeks later, the car wouldn't start. AAA towed the car up to Tony's. Tony was there to assure me he would diagnose and fix the problem. Sure enough, a wire had somehow come loose and Tony had the car ready in a few hours. The real test of a business is how it stands behind its work when something goes wrong. Tony didn't hesitate to repair the problem and I am back on the road. There was no hesitation in correcting the problem. Either way, with over 200k miles on it, it was going to be (hopefully) less expensive to swap the engine. I called around and Rockys miraculously said they had a used engine that just came in, and they could work on it later in the week. Unfortunately, if turned out that the engine wasn't exactly compatible. To try to make a very long story short, I ended up leaving my truck there for almost 2 months. I had to order am engine from the mainland that took 1 month to arrive. Once it did, they worked on it right away, and it was done within a week. They did have to change out several items from it, for to is age, but I finally got it back, and it's working great. The overall cost was a bit higher than expected, but it is what it is. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is for to the fact that they didn't realize that they didn't have a compatible engine in the beginning, so I wasted 3 weeks, and spent over $600 in car rental fees, before finding out they didn't have a compatible one, and I needed to order an engine. At least the work is done, my truck is running great, and they were very responsive the entire time. They do great work.

I had issues with my car as it starts to get old and worn so I decided to take it down for a check because I have been ignoring it but my car keeps me in check with it's needs and after seeing the dealership doesn't have any opening for over a week I decided that it was time. Walked in without appointment but hoping to get one in a day or two was surprised that they'd take a look at it and left my car there for the day only to find out that something was loose and just needed an adjustment which thankfully was an easy fix (for them) and it was ready to go the very same day...woohoo!
