I called them up and they were able to take me the same day, got it done in a few hours and were able to use my own provided parts. The shop is extremely clean and the bay looks organized, seems they work on many different makes and models. After picking up my car they didn't install the O2 sensors because I didn't need it. The guy at the front went through what the cause was and gave me some tips on preventing it and they didn't even charge me! Car is running great so far. Great work and great, friendly service. My Honda Ridgeline was having misfire issues, and I finally…read morenarrowed it down to it needing either a valve adjustment and/or a piston ring job. Either way, with over 200k miles on it, it was going to be (hopefully) less expensive to swap the engine. I called around and Rockys miraculously said they had a used engine that just came in, and they could work on it later in the week. Unfortunately, if turned out that the engine wasn't exactly compatible. To try to make a very long story short, I ended up leaving my truck there for almost 2 months. I had to order am engine from the mainland that took 1 month to arrive. Once it did, they worked on it right away, and it was done within a week. They did have to change out several items from it, for to is age, but I finally got it back, and it's working great. The overall cost was a bit higher than expected, but it is what it is. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is for to the fact that they didn't realize that they didn't have a compatible engine in the beginning, so I wasted 3 weeks, and spent over $600 in car rental fees, before finding out they didn't have a compatible one, and I needed to order an engine. At least the work is done, my truck is running great, and they were very responsive the entire time. They do great work.
