    I'm always hesitant when I read good reviews about car dealerships. I can definitely say this is the one to choose for great people and even better deals! Wes refused to give up on the possibility even when the deal looked impossible to make. Just like their spectacular reputation, Jerry for the people came through for me with terms I could handle on my first choice vehicle. Solid recommendation- if you don't at least give them first dibs trying to get you into your next vehicle, someone else will (and you can kiss the sweetest deal on your next car goodbye )

    2026 Palisade - in love with the redesign!

    Tati (sales advisor) and David Oh (finance manager) were excellent to work with! As someone who has purchased more than a dozen new cars, I've been through the process enough to what I wanted and what I needed to be at to make the deal work. Tati and Dave made the process pretty easy and this was one of the faster transactions I've had. My last car was my first Palisade which I loved, it was just getting older, and I'm in love with the 2026 redesign. I don't think you can find a better 3rd vehicle for the price and the comfort/luxury that you still get inside.

    I want to thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! and I want to extend a huge thank you to Jerry Vs Winward Auto Group and the entire Hyundai team for making my car buying experience truly amazing!     Servicing my car in Kaneohe, O'ahu, Hawaii... I don't know why I kept going to the Hyundai dealership in Waipahu. Maybe because the lounge was bigger and had more amenities? It was further away and when I needed a ride home, it was more inconvenient. They didn't have a loaner car, wouldn't pay for an Uber ride, and didn't have a shuttle. Uhg! This time, my car barely made it to Windward Hyundai. The engine died three times before I got to the Service Department on Kahuhipa Street. The gals who helped me: Samantha, the Service Advisor, and Davida, the cashier, were very sweet, thorough, and knowledgeable. They paid for my Uber ride home, and when the driver cancelled, they were looking for a ride for me, then Uber rescheduled another driver who drove me home. This experience was spooky, but they made me feel safe by checking up on me and my Uber ride status; calling me with updates on my car; and gave me estimated prices on parts. They reminded me about my next oil change and encouraged me to make an appointment! Thank you, Windward Hyundai for your help! I have peace of mind now!

    Update: I still Love love love this car. Dealing with the dealership however, is a pain in the you-know-what. Their online appt scheduling system does not work, It took until the day my temporary license plate expired for me to drive in from Waianae to check to see if my new plates had arrived. I was told they had just showed up that morning. Hmmmm okay. Whenever I called to check on them - at least 3 times- I would either be be transferred to the salespersons voicemail or kept on hold. And the salesperson only called me back to tell me he would check and call me back, which he never did. Niiiice. And so I decided to just show up on expiration day (planning to get a refreshed temporary license plate so as not to get ticketed) and what do ya know!?!The new plates just happened to be there. Honestly I am sooooo dreading having to take the car in for routine service in the future because it is a pain to get anyone to answer the phone and they have absolutely no business communication skills. And don't even try to work from your laptop while you wait and take a meeting otherwise some lady will come by and shush you, even though they play their music at a Volume that could be overheard in meetings. As soon as they had my money for the vehicle purchase they obviously lost interest in serving me or likely anyone, as a service customer. Pretty sad in my opinion. And don't both going to the other Hyundai dealerships either, they all get crappy reviews too.

We have gotten our cars changed here back then and they used to be good. But now they're rude and have no aloha, only looking for profit and overpricing things. I am not sure if they all just had a bad day, but I tried my best to be really understanding at first. Our earlier experiences over the years were good and we decided that we will stick with Kaneohe Auto Care as they seemed like good ohana and we would like to support them. But our recent 2 experiences changed our view of them. Our recent first experience here was good besides overpriced tires, they promised to give us Falken tires but after the tires and repairs have been done, they told us they weren't able to and changed our tires to MIDAX instead, lying that they were a far more superior brand instead while overcharging us on the tires by $200. After a week, the car had problems again and Kaneohe Auto Care failed to identify an oil leak and oil filter problem which we had gotten checked at another place. When I told them the girl in the front said, "Well what do you want us to do about it?" in a rude tone. On our recent second experience to get our car diagnosed they gave us a set price of $1600 for some car repairs. I also noticed when I first came in, when one of the mechanic was on the phone he was pretty rude to the person in the phone. After confirming again, they were very rude on the phone complaining about the repairs on the car, telling us that we're asking for a lot of repairs after we had already discussed what the diagnostics and the repairs of the car would be, giving us a set price of $1600. After a couple of hours, I decided to call them again thinking maybe they just had a bad day which is why they were rude on the phone and in person, not even making eye contact and ignoring questions I asked multiple times. After thinking about trying to understand them, I called them again to confirm the services and the price -- but to my surprise the person I was talking to wasn't the same girl I talked to in the first place -- it was a man with the same voice that was rude earlier to another customer on the phone. Right from the start of the call, I said Aloha, confirming the repairs and costs, but he was rude right off the bat. He increased the price, overpricing it $1000+ higher than even the Honda dealership here in Windward, and it did not even cover all the car's problems. After discussing with ohana and experiencing that, we decided not to go and just decided on the safety check and oil change after KAC switched our price from $1600 (we had discussed all repairs already and which repairs would be done) but then they changed their mind, doubling the price to over $3000 after giving us a set price of $1600 while Honda ngave us a price of $1900. I tried to be very understanding and polite but the man I talked to was very rude as I kept thinking to myself to try and understand he may have had a bad day and that we're all ohana on the island. We decided not to get the car fixed by them. I came in and while talking and they did not even look at me in the eyes while talking and were ignoring my questions, telling me to sign on the paper instead for the oil change and safety check which costed $140 ($70 was labor). We were looking to have a great service, especially after our cars broke down and the hurricanes on the island have led to many problems only to be met with this kind of service. Where is the aloha? Now they're only looking for profit even higher than the honda dealerships which we originally switched from as honda has usually high prices. I always support local businesses here in Hawaii as I grew up here. But after the service here in KAC me and my ohana will sadly never be going here again. They will find different ways to overcharge you in other ways to make a profit and my first experiences from back then may have been good but multiple recent experiences proved they changed.

Amin took care of me by asking me questions, testing out my car, and explaining possibilities of what could be causing the issue. The challenge is that it is intermittent and it's difficult to reproduce. He did his best to try and replicate it, but wasn't able to. Although I took some of his time to look at my car, he didn't charge me anything as diagnostics didn't need to be run due to no engine light appearing. I truly appreciate the support he provided, top notch. And they are easy to reach out using Yelp messages (just make sure that it sends properly). Thank you, Amin.

    It's incomplete work. Based on the work alone I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone they didn't…read moreput adhesive on one of the plastics on the truck bed. It's missing vinyl film shields on one side, but they left them on the other side so I don't know what happened there. They didn't color match evidence is in the picture there's clearly a line of the two different colors and I can't believe they didn't wash the truck after they finished painting it. The truck also has a weird odor inside. I'm not sure why. When I asked how much it would be to paint the roof it was first $700 then when I agreed to the 3 panels I told him I'd pay for the top on my own dime the price went up over double $1500 for 1 panel. SMH never again. So for 3 panels one being the truck bed it was $1900 then to paint 1 more panel the roof was an extra $1500 just doesn't add up
