    Fred is my agent and he's awesome! Test drove the newest HR-V model and placed my order. He knows I miss my FIT, which they no longer manufacture:(. Only opened my sun/moon roof twice in the past few years, so I am back to basics. Whoever gets my car will be blessed;). Very low mileage and all. (I know, if I only had the time...) Got treated to fresh apple slices and Rocky road ice cream (by chance, this is not a normal service!). I do appreciate the water and coffee station, which is a normal service! Restroom is spacious and clean, always! Also appreciate not incurring too much $$$ outlay as well;) Thanks Fred, and Honda Windward!

    Craig was so helpful and friendly to work with. Made the buying process so easy. They said I would need to wait 3 weeks for my van to come in but it came in sooner than expected. Took only two weeks. Was able to schedule my ceramic coating two weeks after getting the vehicle. Service is temporarily located at the auto spa which is right down the road, 2 min drive away. Just went in for my first service. Was told it would take 1 hour but I ended up getting called 40 min later saying my service was complete. Very happy with Honda Windward.

    My first time here. My father passed in 2023 & left his Honda Civic to me since we moved back to be caregivers to my Mother. After 12 years the plastic on the key fob fell apart. I went to the parts department & they had all the parts in stock& cut a new key. The gal working the parts desk & cashier were very personable as well as the front desk greeter. Excellent customer from all! In & out in no time & appreciate the reasonable cost! Good experience from Honda Windward!

    Just bought a new 2025 Pilot Trail-sport from here. Sales rep and finance rep were great! Never felt pressured. Both were incredibly nice and personable. Brought the car in later for window tinting and the ceramic coating. Complete several hours ahead of their promise. Quite pleased with the experience.

    Outstanding service! The hospitality at Honda Windward is unmatched thanks to our seller Greg and financier Stan. We bought a brand new CR-V EX L. Greg showed us all the features, we test-drove it, and he made the buying process very comfortable, easy, and fun. We enjoyed Greg's energy and a couple of fun jokes along the way! We never felt any pressure at all. Both Greg and Stan were very transparent about the prices. Stan answered all our financial concerns with clarity and patience. Did I mention we love our car and the color:) MAHALO from our family!

    Just bought a Honda 2025 CRV EXL from Honda Windard. I had a great experience here. The salesman Greg Sawyer went out of his way to assist and he is patient. Never sped me up and told me to take my time. And the Financer Stanford Nakano was great too. He explained all my options and told me which one he thinks is best for our car when I asked. And whats best for me wasnt the most expensive option, so I knew he cared about my decisions. The trust was there.. the environment has positive energy, and I recommend people to come get a car here

For weeks now my mother had been very vocal about getting a new car. She has the financial means, and her credit score is over 800. So going to the dealership we know were not there to go back and forth with the price. We said laid on the car that my mother wanted and we told them the price we are willing to pay, if they are not willing then no hard feeling and we walk out of the door. We walked in the door and Mr. Corey Auld (shoutout to Corey) helped us out. Corey is nothing but professional, knowledgable, respectful, and down right good guy (we didn't feel judged or forced). Thats why my mother felt comfortable around him, and to be honest so was it. We were not forced, and the whole interaction was just easy and chill. What ruined everything was his manager. he came in like we owe him something, like we buying this brand new car with scraps. we felt disrespected so we immediately stood up and out the door. What got out business back was our interaction with Corey. Got in contact with him the next day. Shout out to him coz it was his day off but he still took my call and showed up on his days off. thats how professional he was. One thing i asked was, i never had to deal with that mnager again and he assume me that we wont be dealing with his manager while we're there. So overall, i'd give it a 5 out of 5. Initially it didnt workout in the beginning but were very muvch happy how Corey recovered and put in effort for us to get the car that my mother really wanted. So if you reading this and looking to get a car at this toyota Windward, look for Corey!

We have 2 Honda's and take cars to service. The service and puck up us quickring and flawless. At Honda we have to sit in our car in line fir a set appointment time and the wait is not acceptable as we come at scheduled time and at pickup, have to hō in a separste building to check out and have always waited 15 minutes ir more as the cashier has ti wait for service to bring paperwork! This should be in hand when they call us to get the car bc service is complete. We don't go immediately either! needs a better system

    BEST STAFF + CAR DEALERSHIP IN HAWAII!…read more LONG STORY BUT WORTH IT My husband and I are both full-time workers and our car had just broken down - we were in desperate need of a car quick. I saw a detailed and thorough car-ad on FB marketplace and had messaged the person who placed the ad, Thomas Kondo. Thomas was very responsive and worked with us so quickly, submitted our paperwork and really pushed everything through. And in less than 2 hours, we were approved and just needed to come in to sign the final documents. After explaining that our car was down, he even offered to securely email us the documents and would coordinate a shuttle to drop-off the car. But He also recommended to come in for a test drive then sign on-site if we preferred that as well (which we did). Fast forward to the next day, my husband and I got a turo so we could get to the dealership. We had both just finished pulling 10-hour shifts at work, so you could imagine how "tired" we looked. Right when we opened the main entrance door, we were expecting a long wait (because again, we didn't look like high-class buyers as other dealerships would cater to only) -- but we were INSTANTLY greeted with a smile by a tall, Caucasian gentlemen (wish I got his name). He kindly asked a few questions to make sure he'd get us to the right person and gestured us to wait in their cozy lobby area (which was very comfortable, clean and inviting). Not even 5 mins of wait time, Jessica had walked over and greeted us -- stating that Thomas had to leave but mentioned that she would take good care of us (but good was an understatement)! Jessica spent the first 10mins getting to know us and treated us like OHANA and not just customers (and was genuine with every word). She got to know what our daily travel looks like and the primary use(s) of our car. She was very explanatory during our test drive and VERY knowledgeable of the car. When we got back from the test drive, we told her our budget and how much we could afford to put down and pay monthly. BOY DID SHE CRUNCH NUMBERS and really helped us save big dollars $$$ from our down payment AND monthly payment. Jessica also gave us snacks and bottled drinks while we waited, printed out the car fax for us, referred us to a tinting professional (because I had inquired if she knew anyone), AND even helped me with car insurance on the spot. JESSICA KONDO is such a blessing who was super patient, helpful, and most of all GENUINELY KIND! We were then taken over to Irwin Rodriguez at finance who was very helpful in explaining the paperwork before us. Of course before making a huge purchase like that, we had many questions and he was very patient in answering all of them with such kindness. He was very personable and didn't rush us like other dealerships have in the past. King Windward Nissan really has an inviting atmosphere and every one of their staff is genuinely helpful, kind, and they really live up to their motto - "We're lifetime friends." Definitely will recommend them for anyone looking for new & lightly, pre-owned cars. They also have a principle that "They don't sell salvaged cars," which is a high-standard in itself!!! Now that service has moved to Windward Nissan, I am very disappointed. The workers seem like they'd rather not be working here, and are very short with the customers. Originally, the staff at the original location would conduct a multi point inspection, print it out, review with me when I picked up, and also provided a car wash with every service. Those days are definitely over. I had to request this inspection print out prior to service, and it wasn't even done when i picked up. They texted me a report upon asking again, however I don't feel as if they actually conducted the inspection. I'm assuming I'd be laughed off the property if I asked for a car wash. Aside from the service, the lounge is a tremendous downgrade and smells like a high school locker room. The only reason I'm still coming here is to complete my free oil changes that came with a deal from my previous purchase at the original Infiniti location. After that, I will definitely choose another shop for my maintenance needs.

The vehicle's actual registration expired in October 2025. I was issued a temporary registration, but Uber doesn't accept temporary registration if the actual permanent registration is expired. Since September, I have called the dealership every month to follow up. Each time, I was given the same explanation--that the delay is due to the State of Hawaiʻi DMV and that I just need to "be patient." At this point, patience is no longer reasonable. I purchased this vehicle with the intention of using it for Uber to help cover my car payment and living expenses. Because the registration has not been completed, I cannot legally use the vehicle for its intended purpose, which has caused real financial hardship. Regardless of DMV delays, the dealership is responsible for ensuring registration is handled in a timely manner or providing a clear resolution. Months of delay with no concrete answers, documentation, or alternative solutions is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here unless you are prepared for prolonged registration issues and repeated follow-ups with no resolution. I would rate it a zero stars if I could

    I never write reviews as I really would like to understand people's perspective before writing…read morereviews but me and my ohana are sadly disappointed with our recent services here in Kaneohe Auto Care. We have gotten our cars changed here back then and they used to be good. But now they're rude and have no aloha, only looking for profit and overpricing things. I am not sure if they all just had a bad day, but I tried my best to be really understanding at first. Our earlier experiences over the years were good and we decided that we will stick with Kaneohe Auto Care as they seemed like good ohana and we would like to support them. But our recent 2 experiences changed our view of them. Our recent first experience here was good besides overpriced tires, they promised to give us Falken tires but after the tires and repairs have been done, they told us they weren't able to and changed our tires to MIDAX instead, lying that they were a far more superior brand instead while overcharging us on the tires by $200. After a week, the car had problems again and Kaneohe Auto Care failed to identify an oil leak and oil filter problem which we had gotten checked at another place. When I told them the girl in the front said, "Well what do you want us to do about it?" in a rude tone. On our recent second experience to get our car diagnosed they gave us a set price of $1600 for some car repairs. I also noticed when I first came in, when one of the mechanic was on the phone he was pretty rude to the person in the phone. After confirming again, they were very rude on the phone complaining about the repairs on the car, telling us that we're asking for a lot of repairs after we had already discussed what the diagnostics and the repairs of the car would be, giving us a set price of $1600. After a couple of hours, I decided to call them again thinking maybe they just had a bad day which is why they were rude on the phone and in person, not even making eye contact and ignoring questions I asked multiple times. After thinking about trying to understand them, I called them again to confirm the services and the price -- but to my surprise the person I was talking to wasn't the same girl I talked to in the first place -- it was a man with the same voice that was rude earlier to another customer on the phone. Right from the start of the call, I said Aloha, confirming the repairs and costs, but he was rude right off the bat. He increased the price, overpricing it $1000+ higher than even the Honda dealership here in Windward, and it did not even cover all the car's problems. After discussing with ohana and experiencing that, we decided not to go and just decided on the safety check and oil change after KAC switched our price from $1600 (we had discussed all repairs already and which repairs would be done) but then they changed their mind, doubling the price to over $3000 after giving us a set price of $1600 while Honda ngave us a price of $1900. I tried to be very understanding and polite but the man I talked to was very rude as I kept thinking to myself to try and understand he may have had a bad day and that we're all ohana on the island. We decided not to get the car fixed by them. I came in and while talking and they did not even look at me in the eyes while talking and were ignoring my questions, telling me to sign on the paper instead for the oil change and safety check which costed $140 ($70 was labor). We were looking to have a great service, especially after our cars broke down and the hurricanes on the island have led to many problems only to be met with this kind of service. Where is the aloha? Now they're only looking for profit even higher than the honda dealerships which we originally switched from as honda has usually high prices. I always support local businesses here in Hawaii as I grew up here. But after the service here in KAC me and my ohana will sadly never be going here again. They will find different ways to overcharge you in other ways to make a profit and my first experiences from back then may have been good but multiple recent experiences proved they changed.
