We had an amazing experience buying the car here with the help from Brianna! However, the car had a trunk issue so we had to get it fixed from here. It was a strange process and the one who was "helping" me was Reycine Silva. Very bad service. She took a month to get back to me regarding making another appointment to actually fix the car because apparently they had to do an inspection and check if we had warranty? We bought the car less than a year ago. It shouldnt take a couple hours to pull that up. Anyways, we were emailing and then she said someone would contact my dad for a follow up appointment schedule. No one called for like 2-3 weeks so I called the company instead. Even the person on the phone said it shouldnt have taken that long. Fast forward to the day it was scheduled. I get a call from my dad who took the car in saying they dont have his car scheduled??? So I talk with the person who was helping my dad and we had to get that all sorted out. Im assuming Reycine Silva did not put it in. Very irresponsible and very frustrating. Finally the car was fixed and usually a survey is sent to me. We originally came to Rick because my sister couldn't stop talking about how wonderful he was when she bought a car for her teenage daughter. She said they never felt pressured, and that Rick made the entire experience enjoyable. After working with him ourselves, I can confidently say she was absolutely right. From the moment we arrived, Rick was patient, kind, and incredibly honest. We looked at several vehicles and test drove a few before settling on one. When it came time to finalize the purchase, Rick discovered red flags on the Carfax during the inspection process. Rather than pushing the sale through, he brought the issue to our attention, and together we decided to move on to our second choice. After the paperwork was completed, Rick filled the gas tank and noticed the fuel gauge wasn't reading correctly. He could have easily ignored it, but that's not who he is. He immediately told us about the issue, arranged for the vehicle to be inspected by Nissan, and provided us with a loaner while it was being looked at. After nearly two weeks, Nissan couldn't duplicate the problem and therefore couldn't repair it. Instead of expecting us to just accept the vehicle, Rick went to bat for us and got approval to let us either keep the car or return it and choose another one. Since this was for our teenage daughter, we didn't want to worry about an unreliable fuel gauge, so we decided to start over. Once again, Rick was patient, understanding, and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. We looked at more vehicles, test drove a few, and ultimately found the perfect car for our daughter. Even though this vehicle cost a few thousand dollars more and only came with one key fob, Rick worked hard negotiating on our behalf until we felt comfortable with the deal. Horrible service! I ordered a new key fob for my Prius which the Parts dept confirmed they had it, so make an appt with their service dept as they will need to program the new key. My call got transferred to the service dept and got an appt for the following week. I showed up for my appt and was told that they didn't have my appt. I was told that my appointment was going to be at the Pukaloa location and not the main service location which by the way is across the street. The service rep apologized and told me she'll locate the key from parts dept. I was told to wait in the waiting room which only had water w/ small Dixie type cups. After waiting for about 20min, I was told that Parts didn't send the key over to service so they would have to reschedule my appt! I told the rep that I would walk across the street and pick up the key! She said they won't allow that and it would have to be delivered to service!?!?!! They rescheduled my appointment the following day which I still had to wait almost 3hours!!! Unfortunately, after sharing my experience with Servco with an auto repair shop that I could have had this done through another supplier for half the price Servco charged which was about $450!!! I'm only posting this to make others aware that Servco is not the only place to get a new Toyota key and programmed!!! read more

I was rear-ended in August (2025) and insurance had totaled my car leaving me car-less. Due to the nature of my work, and having to be mobile across multiple locations, I finally caved and decided I was going to get something reliable after going through 2 used cars in 4 years. The process of getting my first new car was grueling but worth it to say the least. For a lot of people, there are many of those who have help in their circle with the process -- I, however, went in with a blank slate and anxiety. After 2 months of dealing with insurance(s) and receiving my payout from the party at fault and doing extensive research on reliable cars, I started the process online on the Servco. I entered my preferred Down Payment, and application for financing -- of course comparing it to the two banks I got a pre-approval for beforehand. I was immediately (literally) contacted by many sales consultants via email and ended up replying to Mr. Shane Yuen, who was very warm and welcoming -- very relatable, non-pressuring, and straight to the point without being an a-hole. Luckily I was able to put down a deposit and reserve the car I already knew I wanted. Though there were some hiccups along the way, and some dropout in communication -- highly due to the urgency of the situation and the fact that Servco just receives and sends so many cars a day, what matters is: the finalization, financing, and wrap up process was very smooth and not stressful; which was what I needed after dealing with so many phone calls, trips to the DMV, and gathering opinions from my circle for 2 months. If you are planning on getting a new car and you're new to the process, I recommend alotting at least 2-3 weeks from application, to reserving, to finalization and driving off with your car. Overall, Shane was amazing to be able to get everything done on a time crunch and I am very apologetic and thankful to have been guided through the process. 1 Star - Confusing & Poorly Managed Appointment System The only reason this review even gets 1 star is because the online appointment system is easy to use. Beyond that, the experience was frustrating and disorganized. I scheduled an oil change for my Camry at the Pukuloa location. When I arrived on time, they looked at my appointment and told me I needed to go to the dealership side instead. At the dealership, they confirmed my appointment was indeed set for Pukuloa and had no idea why I was sent over. Thankfully, the dealership staff kindly took me in, but they were just as confused as I was. A few days later, I had another appointment for my husband's Tacoma--again at the Pukuloa address. The confirmation email clearly said "drop off at the dealership." We arrived at the dealership on time, only to be told my appointment was at Pukuloa. The staff even admitted they didn't understand why Pukuloa's team had put those instructions in the notes. For such a high-quality, recognized brand, this kind of disorganization on the service side really hurts Toyota's reputation. If the Pukuloa service center can't coordinate their own appointments or communicate correctly, it's hard to trust them with vehicle service. Please respond and alert your team. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, preemptively checked in and told someone would be with me shortly for final check in. Shelsy showed up a couple minutes later and went over all of my service requests on her iPad. Showed me the cost of each item, showed me the expected total and then gave me an estimated completion time of two hours. 68 minutes later I received a text my vehicle was completed and I could head to the cashier. All requested work completed way before expected. I had moved to Kahaluu so tried Servco Toyota Windward since it is closer to my home, never again. Really bad experience with getting my extended dealership warranty canceled and refunded. When I purchased the warranty for my vehicle (at the end of the sales process) I was told that cancelation would be simple and quick. After 8 months, I exercised my cancelation. Request submitted on May 19th and then radio silence. I left over four voicemails and sent 5 emails. I had to email the location manager directly in order to get a response. Finally after 9 weeks I was able to receive my refund check. I understand this process takes time, but the lack of communication and runaround really rubbed me the wrong way. read more
