Shopping for a vehicle at Servco Toyota is super easy with their online Shopping Express! My daughter and I checked out Tacomas online, and she found one she loved. We filled out the credit application and got a call from Shane Yuen, the salesperson, who asked us to put down a $500 deposit to hold the truck. It only took about 4-5 days for the truck to get to the Servco Mapunapuna lot, and we were called in to pick it up and sign the papers. Horrible service! I ordered a new key fob for my Prius which the Parts dept confirmed they had it, so make an appt with their service dept as they will need to program the new key. My call got transferred to the service dept and got an appt for the following week. I showed up for my appt and was told that they didn't have my appt. I was told that my appointment was going to be at the Pukaloa location and not the main service location which by the way is across the street. The service rep apologized and told me she'll locate the key from parts dept. I was told to wait in the waiting room which only had water w/ small Dixie type cups. After waiting for about 20min, I was told that Parts didn't send the key over to service so they would have to reschedule my appt! I told the rep that I would walk across the street and pick up the key! She said they won't allow that and it would have to be delivered to service!?!?!! They rescheduled my appointment the following day which I still had to wait almost 3hours!!! Unfortunately, after sharing my experience with Servco with an auto repair shop that I could have had this done through another supplier for half the price Servco charged which was about $450!!! I'm only posting this to make others aware that Servco is not the only place to get a new Toyota key and programmed!!! read more

We had an amazing experience buying the car here with the help from Brianna! However, the car had a trunk issue so we had to get it fixed from here. It was a strange process and the one who was "helping" me was Reycine Silva. Very bad service. She took a month to get back to me regarding making another appointment to actually fix the car because apparently they had to do an inspection and check if we had warranty? We bought the car less than a year ago. It shouldnt take a couple hours to pull that up. Anyways, we were emailing and then she said someone would contact my dad for a follow up appointment schedule. No one called for like 2-3 weeks so I called the company instead. Even the person on the phone said it shouldnt have taken that long. Fast forward to the day it was scheduled. I get a call from my dad who took the car in saying they dont have his car scheduled??? So I talk with the person who was helping my dad and we had to get that all sorted out. Im assuming Reycine Silva did not put it in. Very irresponsible and very frustrating. Finally the car was fixed and usually a survey is sent to me. But we didnt get a survey so I can only assume she didnt send it on purpose. If you can, avoid getting "help" from Reycine Silva. read more

I was greeted immediately upon arrival, preemptively checked in and told someone would be with me shortly for final check in. Shelsy showed up a couple minutes later and went over all of my service requests on her iPad. Showed me the cost of each item, showed me the expected total and then gave me an estimated completion time of two hours. 68 minutes later I received a text my vehicle was completed and I could head to the cashier. I was rear-ended in August (2025) and insurance had totaled my car leaving me car-less. Due to the nature of my work, and having to be mobile across multiple locations, I finally caved and decided I was going to get something reliable after going through 2 used cars in 4 years. The process of getting my first new car was grueling but worth it to say the least. For a lot of people, there are many of those who have help in their circle with the process -- I, however, went in with a blank slate and anxiety. After 2 months of dealing with insurance(s) and receiving my payout from the party at fault and doing extensive research on reliable cars, I started the process online on the Servco. I entered my preferred Down Payment, and application for financing -- of course comparing it to the two banks I got a pre-approval for beforehand. I was immediately (literally) contacted by many sales consultants via email and ended up replying to Mr. Shane Yuen, who was very warm and welcoming -- very relatable, non-pressuring, and straight to the point without being an a-hole. Luckily I was able to put down a deposit and reserve the car I already knew I wanted. Though there were some hiccups along the way, and some dropout in communication -- highly due to the urgency of the situation and the fact that Servco just receives and sends so many cars a day, what matters is: the finalization, financing, and wrap up process was very smooth and not stressful; which was what I needed after dealing with so many phone calls, trips to the DMV, and gathering opinions from my circle for 2 months. If you are planning on getting a new car and you're new to the process, I recommend alotting at least 2-3 weeks from application, to reserving, to finalization and driving off with your car. Overall, Shane was amazing to be able to get everything done on a time crunch and I am very apologetic and thankful to have been guided through the process. 1 Star - Confusing & Poorly Managed Appointment System The only reason this review even gets 1 star is because the online appointment system is easy to use. Beyond that, the experience was frustrating and disorganized. I scheduled an oil change for my Camry at the Pukuloa location. When I arrived on time, they looked at my appointment and told me I needed to go to the dealership side instead. At the dealership, they confirmed my appointment was indeed set for Pukuloa and had no idea why I was sent over. Thankfully, the dealership staff kindly took me in, but they were just as confused as I was. A few days later, I had another appointment for my husband's Tacoma--again at the Pukuloa address. The confirmation email clearly said "drop off at the dealership." We arrived at the dealership on time, only to be told my appointment was at Pukuloa. The staff even admitted they didn't understand why Pukuloa's team had put those instructions in the notes. For such a high-quality, recognized brand, this kind of disorganization on the service side really hurts Toyota's reputation. If the Pukuloa service center can't coordinate their own appointments or communicate correctly, it's hard to trust them with vehicle service. Please respond and alert your team. Really bad experience with getting my extended dealership warranty canceled and refunded. When I purchased the warranty for my vehicle (at the end of the sales process) I was told that cancelation would be simple and quick. After 8 months, I exercised my cancelation. Request submitted on May 19th and then radio silence. I left over four voicemails and sent 5 emails. I had to email the location manager directly in order to get a response. Finally after 9 weeks I was able to receive my refund check. I understand this process takes time, but the lack of communication and runaround really rubbed me the wrong way. read more

OMGosh, my air conditioner went out one day, so I called and scheduled an appointment with Toyota but on the Pukuloa side. I'm not sure what went on over there, but my car had a sleepover and when I went back the next day, I was told that they were unable to find the problem with my AC. Frustrated as I was, I called and scheduled again, but this time on the Mapunapuna Side. I had a 9am appointment, and by 1:26pm my service guy Jazer, told me that my AC responder assembly wasn't working, and that it's on backorder from the mainland. He said it'll take up to two weeks to come in. No problem I said. At heart you found out what's wrong unlike the other side (Jazer is a VERY nice young man) He was very informative, and kept me abreast with what was happening, via Text, or in person. (Pukuloa on the second day, didn't do that. "I" had to call TWICE to ask for updates on my car) Jazer's supervisor Scott Kaichi has also been a Very Big Help with my issue, and he said they'll let me know asap when the part comes in so they can get my car's air conditioner back in working order. Kekoa was our Sales Consultant and I would recommend him over and over again! My other half and I were looking for a pre-owned White Rav 4 to take home within that same week. We weighed out all of our options, looking at over 3 different dealerships and communicating with over 3 different sales consultants. So we dropped into Servco Toyota Honolulu and got partnered with Kekoa. He initially showed us a few different cars and although we were in need of a car, we just weren't fully invested in the options and felt like we were settling (the battle of beggars can't be choosers). That is until Kekoa called us less than 24 hours later and let us know that he found the EXACT car we wanted and it was available! Considering our short timeframe due to work, Kekoa was able to set us up for success and start the processing prior to our arrival (this saved us so much time)! We were able to get a killer deal on the car and leave the dealership with our new (preowned) Rav4 within 2-3 hours, test-drive and all! Went to purchase a pre-owned vehicle, needless to say I wasted 4 hours of my time, Roger the salesperson kept telling my group one thing and then kept retracting what he said, making us look like liars. I guess when you're working with 2-3 groups at a time so that you can be salesperson of the month again, you would get confused on what you're telling everyone. Then when we wanted to speak with a sales manager, Roger sent Jordan to speak with us and he basically gave us the same speech that he gave to another group that was 5 feet away from us. Honestly, I would have bought the vehicle even though the price was a little higher then I wanted it for and with Roger misquoted me the price out the door but with the dishonesty and the lack of empathy towards me as a customer made me walk away. If Roger had been honest and both he and the sales Manager Jordan was more empathetic that we spent 4 hours at the dealership only to leave empty handed, the results would have been different. read more
