Amazing!! My girlfriend loves her 2015 Hyundai Azera, Perfect condition for an incredible price. Honestly the people who leave 1 star clearly are a bunch of Karens/ trolls. What a great find, needed a reliable set of wheels and I found it at Galaxy! I appreciated the service and politeness of Ken! Ten thumbs up! Test drove a older Lexus and Ken was upfront about the rattle in the suspension and said their inhouse mechanic would fix the problem. I knew riding this car, this was the one! Engine was smooth and quiet, as a Lexus should be. I was determined to make sure this car had a back up camera and blind spot monitoring. The blue tooth was the extra icing! This vehicle checked all the boxes as well as the price! Also just making the move from the mainland, I had a rental. They called back and forth to negotiate deals, made him feel like it was a good deal, and then the price changed upon purchasing. We eventually bought the car from them because he loved the truck. A few months later - suspension problems, radio problems, and more problems. We fixed up the car - then wanted to sell it because of the history of the problems. We went back to them, they lowballed us. BE AWARE. Would not trust buying or selling to them. UPDATE: after posting this review, they reached out to my husband. They offered to take a look at his car again but that's not going to happen. Do your job right the first time. Make sure your cars are fixed and fine before selling them. This car stalled multiple times on the freeway due to the underlying issues and costing us a lot of money to fix. The biggest reason why I'm upset is - they sell cars that aren't safe. He went in-person today to explain what I shared above, and they still lowballed him. It wasn't until this review that they reconsidered, and offered more money if he came back in. NO. THANK. YOU. The most painless and pleasant dealership by FAR!!! I've bought many cars in my time and always prefer to buy used. Along with the hassle, lies, corrupt and overly pushy Normal dealers offer, I wasn't looking forward to doing it .. but this dealer ship was no where close. I walked in and found the car and was interested in as I was playing with it looking it over , I was friendly approach's and asked if I had any questions. When I shrugged they walked away. Giving me 15 min to in depth look at the car. I decided I wanted it and this was 6pm. I walked away with a hand shake and left. ZERO STARS! I'm writing this a few days after leaving another car dealership with tears in my eyes after being told my used car I just purchased(from Auto Galaxy) is worth $500. I've been driving the same car for 10 years and had no problem until the transmission finally needed to be replaced. When I went to Auto Galaxy, she told me she could offer me $200 for it. I thought, no problem, the car had its issues and I know it will cost more than it's worth. The sad part about this place is that they sold me a TOTAL LEMON for $9,000, knowing my husband and I came here to get me a reliable car after explaining to her that my current car is not safe for me to drive. She made it seem like SHE was doing US a favor by selling it to us. Well above what the car was even worth (little did we know). We had our eyes on a 2003 4Runner they had. It had 117k miles on it, which was less than what my car had on it. 4Runners are known for being reliable...when all of its functions are working correctly. It's been a month since I've had the car. After taking it to a car wash, one of the blinkers stopped working and the dash radio lights stopped working properly. I don't even know how that's possible. A few days after that, my car died with barely a warning. Hm. Strange. We replaced the battery and the car battery light still remained on. In fact, the car started beeping and when I turned the car off, it wouldn't start again. My husband spent the next few of hours (after spending even more money to fix it) replacing the alternator. The ABS also had an issue and we soon realized it's probably going to be around a $3,300 fix. Mind you, we've already bought a new battery and a new alternator WITHIN ONE MONTH of owning it. We also found out that it was repainted, which can mean a number of things. Like, was the car in a non reported accident? This place looks sketchy and IS sketchy. I'm really biting my tongue with this review. 0/10 rating. read more
