They also had no sense of urgency when I told them about the AirTag. I ended up having to ask friends to help me locate and remove it myself because they didn't take the situation seriously at all. To make things worse, the woman who handled my paperwork was rude and dismissive when I tried to confirm that everything I was promised would actually be done. Overall, this place was unprofessional, careless, and completely lacking in accountability. I would not recommend buying a car from them.
