    Clean low mile BMW!

    I worked with Shaun Condry (Manager) and Paul Escorpeso for nearly 3 months regarding the purchase of a beautiful, clean, low miles BMW in their inventory. With my situation with credit, payoff of my current vehicle due to a total loss settlement, and being on Kauai, my hats goes off to this dealership and Shaun and Paul. It was a lot of moving pieces, and not a quick sell. It was quite a process, and I was impressed that they were willing to continue to engage with me, as most did not once they knew I was not buying a car right away. They were really good about not being pushy or transactional, and they took a more holistic approach towards dealing with my specific situation. What really has blown me away is they were able to get the financing I wanted with my credit union on Kauai, get the car shipped a lot quicker than quoted of over a month with Young Brothers, and the car is cherry! I just had it checked out; and it is a in excellent condition, mechanically and condition wise. I had no data or history service records on this vehicle, and none on Carfax, with this 2017 BMW. They assured me that it was well taken care of, and it was. It lt's a good car and solid investment, and I love this 430i! They also worked with me on the down payment and price of the vehicle. These guys sell a lot of cars every month which is impressive with al the choices on Oahu. they worked hard, they treated me fairly, and did not oversell or over promise. Sean is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, very approachable, and Paul: he's is a real Pro!! He has worked for the best dealerships on the island. I will trade in and buy my next car here someday, and was really impressed. I have been on Oahu for 20 years and glad I gave them chance to take care of my needs. Shaun is a great manager.     I came in to the dealership to check out an MB S550 that I saw on cars.com that they were selling. I was at first hesitant to even visit because of the low ratings AutoXchange was getting. Then John approached me and asked me what I was looking for, so I told him I just wanted to see the car they advertised. While this was happening, in front if their line was a 2015 CLS63 S AMG, a beautiful and powerful car, something that I never even thought about getting because I already drive a 2014 CLS 550. John goes to me and asked if I wanted to drive off with the car...I laughed. I have a credit of 670 ish, something I'm not proud of, but after 2 hours, Shaun told me that I was approved! Long and behold, not only did they buy my car $11k more than what BMW dealer was buying it for, but they also gave me a 4.9% interest rate! These guys are amazing! They will work with you however bad your credit is as long as you're patient. John, Shaun, and I started just laughing about my experiences with dealers. I am a veteran and so was John so we had something in common which was a plus for me. At the end of the day, I never imagined that looking to check a car will end up with me driving out with an AMG! I always wanted one but never could get approved for one. If you're military, I highly recommend John to handle your needs and Shaun to run your financial potential to get any car you want! Most of us hinder ourselves in getting what we want because we are afraid that it cost too much. Sure we don't need a fancy car, but it's about whether you want something and willing to go beyond to get it. I am glad I walked through those doors this afternoon and I am thankful for meeting two great individuals that works in the car business. Thanks for helping my wish become reality Shaun and John! Keep up the great work! I will definitely make sure to send some soldiers your way for great deals!

    ***DO NOT PURCHASE FROM AUTO X-CHANGE*** On April 1, 2023 I paid cash for a used 2011 BMW 535i for my teenage son from Auto X-Change, Inc under the promise that specific mechanical repairs would be resolved in the signed "We Owe". The repairs were to fix the head unit in the dash which was not working, fix a noise in the steering, and replace the hood struts so it would stay open when you pop the hood. The sale was on a Saturday so the service department was not open. The sales person (Sean Kohagura) and sales manager (Shaun Condry) assured me the repairs will be done ASAP the following week when the sales department was open. They would even give me a loaner while the repairs were done. Everything sounded great! The following week came and I had to reach out to Sean to ask about getting the repairs done (1st red flag). I dropped off the vehicle to the service guy (Dickson). They weren't able to fix it so Dickson gave me the car back that same day. He asked me to drop it off on Friday to take to the BMW dealership to have them fix it. Dropped it off and they gave me a loaner. By Thursday of the next week the loaner was leaking Coolant and running hot. (2nd red flag). We switched out the loaner and then the following week someone was interested in the loaner but my car was waiting on parts. So I got my car back and waited for the part to come in. During this time the AC in my vehicle went out which I want them to also look at because it worked when purchased. By this time, my sales person Sean had started having an attitude when I would check on the status of my vehicle when he was the one who told me I should follow up with him (3rd red flag). I asked for the Sales manager to call me and "Bobby" called me. Now I don't know Bobby's last name and he's not listed on their website. But he seemed reasonable and interested in trying to resolve things for me. So I finally get another call from Dickson that the part is in and I can drop my vehicle off. I dropped off my vehicle and after another two weeks and two loaner Dickson returns my vehicle saying the repairs were done. But when he brings me my vehicle the head unit was working but it was in Spanish and the only person who could reprogram it was not showing up for work. And they were still waiting on the part for the steering wheel. The AC was working but I was at ground zero with everything else. One day later the AC goes out again. So I call and text Bobby and now he's not returning my texts or calls. So I wrote a letter to the owner (Sen Ming Lin) and made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The owner turns out to now even live in the Hawaii or the United States. He has a friend (Earl Huang) who is helping looking after the dealership. He calls me and says a lot of the same things Bobby said to me originally in that he would get it everything taken care of for me. He explains to me that he knows exactly what they put in the car to make the AC work temporarily but it does not fix the AC. He says he ordered the head unit and when I bring it back in they will make all of the repairs at once. It has now been two months since I begin talking to Earl and literally nothing has happened. He said the head unit came in but they lost it somehow. I have since taken my vehicle to the BMW dealer who said the compressor and condenser on the AC has been out for a long time on this vehicle and it would be $5K to fix. In addition, the head unit is a used version from another country and cannot be reprogrammed. I would need to purchase and install a new one which would be another $2100. That's more 50% more than what I paid for the vehicle. So I called Earl and he said same thing. He would figure out what can be done to help resolve this issue. Yet nothing has been done. Ultimately, Auto X-Change sold me a car with major issues they were aware of and did not disclose, they lied on the "we owe" saying they would make repairs they never intended to work. They have been nothing but unprofessional this entire time I have had to deal with them. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers. Do not purchase any vehicles from them, they all have issues and they apply temporary band-aids so they are not noticeable for the test drive and any inspection you may do when purchasing. They did not even register my vehicle correctly as the license plate on it did not match the registration. I had to go to the DMV to get it registered myself. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM AUTO X-CHANGE.

    Probably the worst headache I've dealt with ever buying a car from this dealership. Not only did they sale my fiancé a car that I later discovered the tires were balding. It's been problem after problem less than three weeks after getting the vehicle. They should not be allowed to conduct business anymore with standards like this. Selling death traps to people.

    I've owned my previous vehicle for 15-years, and have been shopping around for almost 6-months. Well, needless to say that I'm picky with purchasing big things and need to feel like I'm putting my money to good use. I went to all the big dealerships on the island, and felt like I was getting the salesman pitch and pressure to buy from everywhere I went. The guys at Auto X-Change felt different, they were patient, very easy going, and never made me feel like I had to make a decision fast. They are super professional but can make you feel like your talking to a friend about a new car. After 6 months of looking I test drove with Auto X-Change, felt the good vibes from Shawn the sales rep and Shaun the Finance Manager and knew I had to get this car. They worked with my bank to get all the documents together. It was easy & no pressure. They even detailed the car for me! Auto X-Change is professional, friendly and no hassle. I highly recommend them.

We filled out the credit application and got a call from Shane Yuen, the salesperson, who asked us to put down a $500 deposit to hold the truck. It only took about 4-5 days for the truck to get to the Servco Mapunapuna lot, and we were called in to pick it up and sign the papers. The whole signing thing took less than two hours, and she drove off with her new taco!

I did end up buying a 2018 Hyundai Elantra w/13k miles on it.. they had actually just got the car & were still in process of fixing a few things. Because I bought the car over a holiday weekend, they were not able to get it into the shop for a few days so they allowed me to take the car home until the shop was open and at that time they gave me a nice reliable motor car while my car was worked on.. they fixed everything. Once I hit my car back I realized it was pulling to the left & seemed like the alignment needed to be done.. with no hesitation they arranged a time for me to drop off the vehicle and get a loaner car so that they could fix the issue.. figured out something in the alignment was bent so they fixed it & in the meantime I gave birth.. this shop is located in Honolulu & I live deep in the west side. My husband is military and works 24/7 therefore I am full-time mom and with a newborn it was stressful thinking about how I was going to get to Honolulu to pick up my car.. no worries.. they sent a driver out to switch cars right at my house. I can not recommend this shop enough.. they are reasonable, reliable & affordable. They are up front & honest. I had a great experience & highly recommend Today Auto!!

    Just had another conversation about my key fob with the service man and he is SO BLOODY RUDE!…read more I'm on my 4th or 5th Subaru, but the one before last I brought in for some compressor recall. They replaced the part but 2 weeks later I sold it and there was a problem with that replacement. The friend I sold it to took it to his mechanic who said the problem was Subaru's replacement of the recalled part. I took it back to Subaru and the denied any culpability. My friend took it to another mechanic who agreed with the first one. I took it back to Subaru and they refused to fix the problem. I gave my friend back some money to have it fixed.
