Kelly sold me my first Lexus RX 350 after the engine of my 2005 Camry broke. Transaction went smooth & she takes care of the rest for you. Highly recommend Automax for your new used car search and Junior was super helpful with the details of your car.

First of all Kelly the owner contacts you as Jay Lau, so you don't know who you're dealing with. Secondly Kelly will be little you if she thinks you're making a low ball offer. I made an offer for a car, he gave me other options. I didn't like the other options so I told him no thank you and thanked him for his time. He kept messaging me after telling me "Listed this car at $18500 and u are offering 13k". I looked at a Acura TSX at Top Value Auto they were selling a car for $16,995. I offered them 10k and they were ready to sell me the car. Unfortunately I passed on the car but they did not try to be little me and say you are giving us a "low ball offer". Bottom line Jay Luo is a bad sales person. Don't buy a car from him, he will be little you and try to insult you if you make a low ball offer. Jay will keep bothering you after the fact you tell him thank you just to get his point across. He told me I'm taking what he told me to personally but it's actually the other way around. Jay your a sales person don't take it personally when someone makes an offer on a car. I love your response it just shows how awful of a company you own. I didn't threaten you because you didn't accept my offer. Read the text. You kept bothering me after I said thank you for your time. Your response shows you can't read. Please look at the text then reply. lol I gave you an offer you gave me other options. I said no thank you thank you for your time and you kept texting me. Just shows that you are harassing me.

We needed a new car for our growing family after sadly losing our car in an accident the week prior. Kelly and Junior were amazing in helping us look at the jdm vans and allowing us to test drive while also not trying to up sell us to something we didnt need. They worked around our schedule and we were in and out in less than an hour for the paper work. Their selection is a gold mine for any jdm enthusiasts and we plan to be back when we are ready for another vehicle to add to our collection! Thank you guys so much! Top quality customer service and quality imported vehicles. 5 stars is defenitely not a high enough rating, we would give them 10 stars!!!!! We LOVE LOVE LOVE our family Van!!!

Ms Kelly. Wonderfully affable, radiant, and focused on customer satisfaction. So far so good for the car she sold us.

I went around the island everywhere and this was the most fair and negotiable place I've found. The dealership is gonna give you way less than you would want, I promise you that. If you've got a really great vehicle with ceramic coating and other things under warranty, you could walk away with a check either same day or the next day. The paperwork is smooth and takes less than 10 minutes (must be crazy right)? I was just as shocked, I promise. For assessing your vehicle, they get in, drive it around the block, go inside and get you a number based on the CarFax. It's that fast. If you're looking to buy here - HONESTLY some of the reviews look rough but keep in mind you're buying a used car and used cars come with some baggage. Do your research and ask for car maintenance records. My experience is based on selling my car only. So hopefully this helps you! They have a parking lot in the back and it is almost always tight, so just give them a call and a Sales Rep will come right out. Good luck!

I was recently shopping for a new vehicle. Usually, I prefer big dealerships because of their…read more"no-haggle" pricing--unless you know the owner of a smaller lot. I've seen too many people get taken advantage of, so I did my homework on the specific car I wanted. I saw an ad for Aloha Auto Depot (808-599-9360). Since I didn't have a vehicle at the time, I did a lot of research online and checked Kelly Blue Book. Their price was very competitive compared to other small dealers and even larger ones like Tony Nissan. I wanted to work out the numbers first, and I decided that if we could agree on a price, I'd go in for a test drive and ask more questions. I found the car I liked at Aloha Auto Depot on a Sunday. Usually, business hours are shorter on Sundays, and they were closing at 4:30 PM. By the time I found a ride and arrived, it was already 4:00 PM, but I was greeted with a big smile by the salesman. He was very friendly; usually, when you show up that late, dealers ask you to come back tomorrow. However, since I had done most of the work beforehand, everything went smoothly. The showroom is beautiful! The location is the old Volkswagen dealership, but they've renovated it and it looks very nice. They even offer free coffee, water, and chocolates for customers. I had been communicating with one of the managers, Eddy, but when I arrived, Chris helped me. He is very easy to talk to and was willing to help me even though he ended up staying an hour and a half past closing time. I was very pleased with his service. I have worked in customer service for over 24 years, so my expectations are very high, but Chris nailed it. If you want a salesman who isn't pushy and is truly willing to help, look for Chris. They initially asked if I could pick up the car the next day so they could detail it, but I really needed the car that day. They asked me to come back later, but then the detailer got sick. I couldn't come back the next day, and that's when Steve stepped in. While he was helping me set up the car's app and my profile, he overheard the conversation. He put a crew together and detailed the car right then so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip. That is truly going above and beyond. If you want this kind of service, come see them. Steve helped me out so much. Thank you, and blessings! To the owner of Aloha Auto Depot you are very lucky to have this kind of staff. They need to update their address..

While this is a long review, if you're seriously considering buying a car from this dealership, please read to the end. I purchased a used car (5/25/2026) on the condition that the dealership would address the check engine light, the taillight that was out, and detail the vehicle (the car was sitting in the upstairs showroom, not prepped for sale and filthy). It wasn't ready until 5/29; however, while on its way to be delivered, the check engine light went on again -also, that day, sales guy, Skylar, informed me the lender wanted an additional $599 for down payment. I told Skylar I no longer wanted the vehicle because I realized I'd continue having issues and I wasn't going to pay more down. The owner, Rima, called, assured me I wouldn't have any major issues moving forward and that they'd write off the extra $599. I begrudgingly agreed to take the car against my better judgment, based on his assurances. Within a week, the taillight was out again... took half a week approximately to get Skylar to provide information about having it fixed. They sent me to their "sister" shop, who replaced the bulb. The following day, light was out again. That shop discovered the light assembly was damaged due to water intrusion and had to order a part (estimated three week ETA). On July 2nd, I took the vehicle in to an independent shop for a standard oil change since the dealership told me, after the fact (of the purchase) that they don't usually change oil on used vehicles prior to sale. Would've been great to know that in advance. During the oil change, the threads pulled out with the drain plug which, according to the shop manager, is caused by the last person to change the oil because of either cross threading or over torquing. Now I'm hit with a $752 bill to replace the entire oil pan (aftermarket part... had they used an original part, it would've cost over $1000). This is more than 10% of what I currently own on the vehicle. I made repeated attempts to reach Rima through both text and email on the 2nd. He finally reached out that night, just before 8pm. He asked that I take the car to the dealership to have their people "verify (my) concerns" and he was informed it couldn't be since it's undrivable. He asked what the symptoms were... I told him none because I was simply being proactive by engaging in basic maintenance. His response? "With no symptoms, this may be outside of our parameters to try to assist". I sent three more texts after, all went ignored. Rima, you are the owner. What do you mean it's outside your parameters to "try to assist"? After two unsuccessful attempts to have this situation rectified via email, and no direct response from Rima (as a reminder, he is the OWNER) (and only one text from his shop guy, Dennis, to tell me Rima wouldn't work with me), I filed complaints with both BBB and DCCA. This dealership and, more importantly, the owner, is shady as hell. Check out all the other reviews and come to your own conclusions. I'd strongly suggest looking for any other dealership if you're hoping to have a functional vehicle - keep in mind that I had the vehicle for a total of 1 month and 3 days before it became unusable. I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews prior to walking into this dealership. Don't be like me and save yourself unnecessary stress and headaches. For anyone else who has had issues with this dealership, feel free to reach out to me. It's time Rima be forced to face the consequences of fraudulent business practices.

My partner received pictures and updates along the way, and I truly appreciated the communication, especially since they had my truck overnight. One challenge was how narrow the entrance is when pulling in, but thankfully that wasn't too much of an issue during drop-off. My experience ended up being 4 stars because I paid $704 for diagnostics and a transmission fluid service, only to be told that the transmission issues would likely continue over time. The recommendation given was that replacing the vehicle might be a better option if we didn't want to continue investing money into the truck. Afterward, I reached back out to ask for a quote on either rebuilding or replacing the transmission so I could better understand my options. Unfortunately, I've waited quite a while without receiving a response. At this point, even after spending the money on the diagnostics and service, the truck is still undrivable and sitting in a parking lot while I continue paying for a rental car. I completely understand that transmission work can be complicated, and I am grateful they were able to inspect my truck since I don't know much about transmissions myself. When I first brought the truck in, I also mentioned an issue with my taillight. I was initially told it would be added to the diagnostics at the end, but it was never looked at. I was later informed that I would need to pay an additional $185 just to diagnose the taillight issue. At that point, I decided to simply pick up the truck. The communication was excellent from start to finish while the vehicle was actively being worked on, but as a returning customer, I do feel disappointed that I haven't received any follow-up regarding the transmission quote. I'm hoping someone from the team can reach back out soon so I can better understand what my next steps and costs may be.
