Adam reached out promptly, kept communication easy and consistent through text, and was genuinely friendly throughout the process. What stood out most was that he seemed truly invested in making sure the car was the right fit for me -- not just closing a sale. I also had an independent pre-purchase inspection done through my own trusted mechanic of 20 years, who confirmed that Autozilla is honest and runs a good operation. That meant a lot to me. Ultimately I didn't move forward with the purchase, but that was purely a personal preference about the specific car -- not a reflection of Adam or the business at all. I'd feel confident coming back here and would recommend Adam to anyone looking for a no-pressure, genuine car buying experience.

Title: Disappointed - Vehicle Issues Within 30 Days…read more I purchased a Mercedes from this dealership less than 30 days ago and have driven it under 600 miles since purchase. The vehicle has 58,000 miles and was sold to me "as-is." Shortly after purchasing the car, I began experiencing significant vibration during cold starts when the vehicle is placed in gear while stopped. This is not something I would expect from a properly inspected luxury vehicle at this mileage. What concerns me most is the lack of response. I have reached out multiple times to address the issue, but I have not received any reply. Even for an "as-is" vehicle, customers should expect transparency, basic roadworthiness, and communication when problems arise shortly after purchase. I am simply asking for accountability and a response. I will update this review if the dealership chooses to resolve the issue professionally.

Our experience at Servco Toyota Honolulu was exceptional. We would like to thank Rodel Election…read morefor the great service as a car salesman. He provided information for us to make our car buying decision without doubt. He outweighed the pros and cons of the two car options we were deciding on - he pretty much was transparent about them and it definitely made our decision to buy our new family car much easier. In addition, he was like family - he likes to make conversation to make us feel comfortable. He has a lot of experience in what he does and would highly recommend him to our family and friends. I would also like to thank Mark Nakanishi, the Financial Services Accountant, for helping us finalize our purchase. He was also helpful on giving us tips to care for our car by recommending cleaning products. He definitely knew the ins and outs of his department. We also met Keiko Inouye from the business office and she welcomed us so warmly. Sheʻs like family! Thank you to the general manager, Brian Lee for being a great leader, as your team definitely provided very exceptional customer service on our purchase day, from the time we arrived until the moment we left with our new car. MAHALO!

We filled out the credit application and got a call from Shane Yuen, the salesperson, who asked us to put down a $500 deposit to hold the truck. It only took about 4-5 days for the truck to get to the Servco Mapunapuna lot, and we were called in to pick it up and sign the papers. The whole signing thing took less than two hours, and she drove off with her new taco!

I wish I could give Lucky Owl zero stars. My experience has been a complete nightmare. I recently…read morepurchased a used 2013 Mazda 2 from them for approximately $7,500, and it turned out to be a total lemon. I'm now having to sell it for parts for around $200. From the moment I picked up the car, the cooling light on the temperature gauge was illuminated. I pointed this out to the salesman, and he dismissed it, saying it was "nothing." Then, within just two months of purchasing the vehicle, the engine completely seized while I was driving to Aiea. The car became completely disabled on the side of the road. My mechanic has informed me that replacing the engine would cost nearly as much as another used car. When I contacted Lucky Owl to try and resolve the situation, the salesman I dealt with simply stated that the car was sold "as is" and there was nothing they could do. This "as is" disclaimer seems to be their excuse for selling vehicles that are clearly in terrible condition *even when there are obvious warning lights illuminated*. Basically, they took my $7,000 - $8,000 and left me stranded with a useless hunk of metal that I'm now having to practically give away. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a used car from Lucky Owl to go anywhere else. Don't be fooled by their sales tactics. Get a pre-purchase inspection from a trusted mechanic before you sign anything, especially if there are any warning lights on the dashboard. That "as is" might mean "as is, with obvious problems that we're ignoring, and about to fall apart and cost you thousands." You're better off avoiding this place altogether unless you enjoy throwing money away. The fact that they sold me a car for $7,500 with the cooling light already on that died in two months and is now worth only $200 in scrap is outrageous.

I've seen too many people get taken advantage of, so I did my homework on the specific car I wanted. I saw an ad for Aloha Auto Depot (808-599-9360). Since I didn't have a vehicle at the time, I did a lot of research online and checked Kelly Blue Book. Their price was very competitive compared to other small dealers and even larger ones like Tony Nissan. I wanted to work out the numbers first, and I decided that if we could agree on a price, I'd go in for a test drive and ask more questions. I found the car I liked at Aloha Auto Depot on a Sunday. Usually, business hours are shorter on Sundays, and they were closing at 4:30 PM. By the time I found a ride and arrived, it was already 4:00 PM, but I was greeted with a big smile by the salesman. He was very friendly; usually, when you show up that late, dealers ask you to come back tomorrow. However, since I had done most of the work beforehand, everything went smoothly. The showroom is beautiful! The location is the old Volkswagen dealership, but they've renovated it and it looks very nice. They even offer free coffee, water, and chocolates for customers. I had been communicating with one of the managers, Eddy, but when I arrived, Chris helped me. He is very easy to talk to and was willing to help me even though he ended up staying an hour and a half past closing time. I was very pleased with his service. I have worked in customer service for over 24 years, so my expectations are very high, but Chris nailed it. If you want a salesman who isn't pushy and is truly willing to help, look for Chris. They initially asked if I could pick up the car the next day so they could detail it, but I really needed the car that day. They asked me to come back later, but then the detailer got sick. I couldn't come back the next day, and that's when Steve stepped in. While he was helping me set up the car's app and my profile, he overheard the conversation. He put a crew together and detailed the car right then so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip. That is truly going above and beyond. If you want this kind of service, come see them. Steve helped me out so much. Thank you, and blessings! To the owner of Aloha Auto Depot you are very lucky to have this kind of staff. They need to update their address..

So they don't actually take "any condition" like they say they do. Also, in our emailed quote we received four days ago, it said about $7k for vehicle in "poor condition." That's also a lie since they wouldn't even take our van. When I asked Jacob what they meant by poor condition, he said it means dents or poor exterior condition and not mechanical. So why does the emailed offer not specify? I would recommend this company be upfront with their advertising so as not to waste people's time. Honesty is aloha and this place is not honest.
