Instead of we can fix it, Mr. Niki's recommendation was the wisest. He was not deterred about losing a future customer in explaining that what we needed is a little beyond the their capabilities, given the dealership would have the Vehicle specific diagnostic tools and the ability to factory reset the electronics. We will be having our XC60 veicle serviced by Neue Auto LLC in the future. The Neue Auto provided the service at no cost to me, as explained, we were not able to correct/repair the problem.
