These guys are lifesavers and I use them for pretty much every fix I need. Price is waaaay better than taking to the BMW dealership (I drive an older Beamer) and while fixes may take longer if parts have to get shipped from Asia, as long as the fix isn't needed next day, the cost saving is worth it. I recommend you not to buy any car there. My car got to have heavy smoke from bonnet and found that coolant is leaking only in 1 week after I bought. It was severe damage and cost more than $1,000. The car was cheap so I wouldn't have cared about it if it happened after at least one year passed. But it happened ONLY 1 WEEK actually, so that makes me so frustrated. If they say they can give warranty, do NOT believe it. Their warranty company has never responded when I claimed it. read more

I bought a small SUV from them, not even 2 weeks later and the transmission is bucking, the front end also has issues with the rack and pinion (and more), and they glued all the interior together--so in 2 weeks time with the windows up, I would go into the car and new pieces of the interior would be on the floor! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a vehicle from these thieves! If I could return the lemon they sold me I would! I got my first car from this place. It was almost three tears ago but since i still have the car running in perfect condition i will write a review to thank you guys. It was an awesome experience and I always recommend it when friends ask me where to go. They are military friendly as well and if I ever need to buy another car I know the place to go. They are not all over you trying to make you buy the car, they give you free time to look around and always close in any case you have questions. When I ask them if I could go and take the car for a road test they didn't hesitate and allow me to do so. Also when I told them I would try to get a loan from my bank but it will take a little longer. They were super helpful and allow me to keep the car after giving them a down payment while i wait for the loan check. I never received any phone calls claiming for their money and as soon as I got the check I took it to them and things were settle. Thank you so much for helping me getting the car I wanted. I've known Devin since he was a sales person at Cutter. He was absolutely the best, and would even follow up periodically with me to make sure everything was ok. He really goes out of his way to make sure that his customers are beyond satisfied with their purchase and will not pressure you into something. I too used to think of car salesmen as kinda sleazy guys who are just trying to make a quick buck. As soon as met Devin I knew this was not the case. He is trustworthy, honest, and just a genuine good guy. I am so happy that he is running the show at a new dealership and will be seeing him again soon as I recently started a new career as a real estate agent aka independent contractor or 1099 employee and will most likely need some creative financing to get me the car that I want. I know that he will be able to get me the best deal on both my car and my auto loan. I needed a car quick and did not do my homework for this company. They sold me a salvaged car. Four months after having the car I went in for an oil change and my mechanic pointed out about 14 things wrong with the car just from basic inspection, and could not have happened in the time I had the vehicle. It was not safe to drive and the things needing fixing cost more than the vehicle. Went back to the owner and got nothing, he said he could fix it at a discounted rate, which was about 10%. I didn't want to sell the car because of how unsafe it was to drive. Could not sell for parts as it's parts were not good. I would never refer anyone here. They are dishonest. I just got a truck from auto biz on Friday May 6, 2016. I mentioned to Edison about the hydraulic on the hood, the free on for the AC & about the registration expiring in June 2016 which is next month. Edison told me no problem ok. So I take my truck back on Monday to finalize the paper work and pickup much paperwork and I mention again to Edison about the hydraulic, free on for ac & about the registration. Well Edison tells me that they can fix the hydraulic & ac but I have to pay the registration because now I own the car. I was so mad and I told him that on Friday remember I mentioned to you about the registration & you told me yea OK? Well all Edison kept saying to me was that I own the car now and that I have to pay for the registration. I was so mad that I told Edison you told me no problem ok and now you saying I have to pay for it. Next time don't tell your customer no problem ok because they going think you are going to do it. So fishy this guy. Say one thing then says another. And my car that I traded in to them, I just did the registration for that car & now have to register this truck. So rip off these guys. Don't believe everything Edison tells you unless it's put in writing. I should have done that but I didnt. But I still think that Auto Biz should register my car when they said ok no problem. read more

They'll refer you to there guys in wahiawa don't do it!! I sent my car there they said the trans was good to go and 3 weeks later goes out again! This was my best car buying experience, we originally came in just looking around but in the end, and after visiting multiple other dealers, these guys had the best price, the best customer service, and the best shop! They have a $200 referral program and when you purchase a car they give you a $100 coupon for your next service! Charles was super friendly and helpful and helped us with the whole process I love my new van that was properly priced detailed and they even addressed the minor mechanical issue I pointed out before we signed the papers. The cars for sale at Auto Biz were priced so low I thought it was too good to be true. Maybe it was a salvage title or the car would suddenly be sold just before we showed up. No, they are legit. I ran the Carfax and it was a clean title. We test drove the car and it ran great. Even dropped it off at Lex Brodie's for a 38 point inspection and it all checked out. So how do they sell their cars so cheap? Edison explained that it was bought at auction (not sure if they all are), and although they earn less profit per car, they make up for it in volume sales. They also save money by advertising only though word of mouth. Since they took care of us so well, I want to make sure others know. Edison and Kevin are great to work with. They're fair and honest. We went looking for a car this weekend and were very disappointed at the service we received here. My husband knows a thing or two about cars so when he had checked out this one and asked why there was oil all over the engine, the guy said "All cars have oil everywhere from just regular use. Look I'll even pull the car back to show you it's not leaking." And sure enough there was a wet oil spot on the ground right where the oil was coming from that he claims was from a "previous car". Throughout the time we spent there, there seemed to be a lot of dishonesty and not much accountability if something goes wrong with the car. He had mentioned they fix everything on the car prior to sale. So we asked what if something happens within a few weeks of buying a car, will they fix it and he said we'll just give you a discount. So you don't take enough pride in your mechanics that you won't fix the car right after selling? Seems a little sketchy to me especially in a several thousand dollar investment. Don't buy from here. We saw right through the dishonesty and you'd be much better buying from someone who is reliable and stands behind their work. read more

Not only am I very happy with my new car, but overall, my experience here was amazing! Unlike most dealerships, I didn't feel rushed or stressed during my visit and got exactly what I wanted under my price range! Tomo was very professional on the phone and explained everything in detail prior to my visit. He also suggested that I fill out the online application, so once that was made, the owner called me and said that I got approved and asked when I'd like to test drive and possibly pick up my new car. He was very understanding about our finances and price range and for the fact that we were mainly buying the car due to the fact that we are having our baby girl any day now! As soon as we got there, Tomo showed us the car and explained everything in detail and let us test drive it around the block, filled it up with gas and let us drive it on the freeway! It was the car I wanted, the color I wanted and under my price range. The car looks and feels great. Afterwards, while filling out the paper work, the manager introduced himself and both gentlemen remained very friendly and professional and even stayed after hours, which my fiance and I felt a bit bad for. Tomo found out that I was a French professor and offered us chocolate truffles from France and Japanese crackers and water. As a young woman, I've purchased cars from bigger dealerships and got ripped off and pressured to buy something I never was fully interested in and regretted my decision later on. At Auto Biz, they do not pressure you to buy anything and will do everything possible to meet your expectations. This dealership is like no other and are working to grow as a company. The interest rate plus a separate fee for using them and that out of what you financed they would only get part of that.
