First let me start this review by saying there aren't enough stars in the world to do this dealership, and its employees half the justice it deserves. Shaun (Manager) finally a car dealership manager who actually cares and LISTENS when you talk. Went in for a Bentley Continental GT, but I told Shaun I have actually always wanted a Mercedes S Class, and just so happens they had one in stock. What makes a great salesman is someone who actually listens, and Shaun was very honest about how he felt I would like the S class better for reasons that actually would benefit ME and not just the dealership. Cmon, any car salesman would keep laser focused on the Bentley, because well it's a bentley. I owned a 06 flying spur so it wasn't just randomly going at it. I left with the Benz S Class, and it is the best car I have ever seen, driven, and I am so glad Shaun actually listened and cared. Next Sean (Sales Consultant, who actually is a car wizard) is seriously the best car salesman hands down and I say that because I have never been assisted by any salsman in any field that has the knowledge he does when it comes to what they're selling. In his case I guarantee he knows every single year, make, and model of every car brand that ever existed. A living car owners manual. Don't believe me, go ahead and pay him a visit if you're in the market for a new car. You wont regret it. I still text/call him if I have a question on my vehicle I purchased and I will get a reply faster than opening the manual itself or doing a google search. Lastly, Finance Manager, Ng. This guy turned water into wine. For someone with a couple of tickets (sorry) and who got turned away by almost every single car insurance company. Even the unknown ones in the mainland. After meeting with Ng, I walked, or should I say drove out the dealership with FULL COVERAGE insurance, at a tremendous rate. Lets just say the guy is too damn good at what he does. I will say it again if you don't believe me, like I mentioned .... IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW OR USED CAR GO TO AUTO X CHANGE AND SEE SHAUN, SEAN, and NG, and then you can write your 5 star yelp and/or google review, because the service was that damn good, you wouldn't be able to help yourself from doing so. read more

While looking on cars.com for one of my dream cars I came across a dealership that had the right one that I as looking for! I inquired about it and got an immediate response. I came down to check it out and Ryan the salesperson was more than happy to show it. The best part was that when I showed up it was sitting right in the parking lot for me to test drive looking brand new and clean. I test drove it and came back the next day to buy it. Shaun the manager ran all the numbers for me and helped me so that I was able to take it home that same day! After 2days I got the car, water is leaking and coolant run out fast we have to put coolant every day,so I called NG to bring it so they can check.so I did bring it and waited for 3 hours. But when I got home I smell like burning so we check and coolant is very low again. So I called NG if they diagnose it so that they can see what's wrong with the car and he said yes but when I asked him what's the problem and he said he doesn't know.so I asked what did they fix or change and he said the thermostat,but then I talk to the mechanic he said they didn't change anything and there's no record that they diagnose it because he said he would know everything if they did fix the car because he is the mechanic there.so that means NG is lying . And I haven't had the registration yet until now.i got the car November and it's already February. These folks sold me a truck with a blown head gasket !! I got an estimate for $5500.00 (it's a diesel) So first they offered to lie to the warranty people to say it just happened, But when I told them they would have to sign something that would guarantee the warranty would fix it they backed off of that, then , they offered me 1500 and that was it. After paying nearly 30 grand for a truck at a dealership, why should I have to pay another 4000 to fix it just so I can drive it. I live on the big island and after paying 1300.00 to ship it here now I'm stuck. The roof leaks (really bad) the steering is shot. needs new steering box, and the a/c leaks which they failed to mention to me. In addition to the stuff I knew was wrong with it. One day me and wife were looking around for a family vehicle because we have an 9 month old infant and what we had was a beat up Toyota Corolla and I didn't feel safe in a small car with my family, so we've been through couple of dealerships and no luck. BUYERS BEWARE. Pleasant and helpful until you give them your money. The car I was purchasing I was told had the safety check stolen. I was led to believe that they would have it taken car or before I picked up the car. That was not the case. I was given a failed safety check instead and told that it would be good for 30 days. I told them that I was not in a rush to take possession of the car and take care of the safety check first. Instead they insisted I take the car with me. The failed safety check is good for only thirty days and guess what...I still don't have title to my car and I would need to take the car back to them to get another failed safety check. This car has been sitting in my garage now for 39 days. I call the sales manager multiple times and have also asked the owner to call me. No one returns my calls so I have to keep calling. They tell me they can't do anything because they sent the title change in. I asked them why did they force car on me on a Saturday when I told them repeatedly I wasn't in a rush and they could have went on a Monday to have taken care of the safety check before they sell the car to me? No response whatsoever...just silence on the phone. The sales manager actually admitted to me when I said it was end of month so you just wanted to sell the car. He actually said, "that sounds about right." How much more UNETHICAL can you get? Still waiting for the title for this car...the sales manager also said they requested to have the title change "expedited" and agreed and admitted that they did that after 30 days after I keep calling after the failed safety check expired. These people don't care about customer service at all...they just want your cash. read more

Worst car buying experience in my life and I purchase cars every 2 to 3 years. Be fore warned all their cars have issues they do not check the cars all they want is your money and if you identify a problem with the car you just purchased they send it to Dynamic Motorsports on Ward... they do not have a certified mechanic employed. They sell wheels and tires and they cannot do that right. I have $3000.00 wheels on and they scratched and gouged the front driver side wheel. Also if you buy your car from Auto X Change and request a detail they send it to Dynamic Motorsports and they don't know the first things in car care. I have a black car that has massive water spots after they worked on my car along with other damages. So please be very careful with these 2 companies they are a very shady operation. read more

They have had the car since the day I purchased it (7/6/14). Every day I call to see the status on the car, EVERY DAY they say it will be ready, and IT'S NOT!!! The cars are nice but the shop is ghetto and hot. The staff is friendly, but the one star is solely dedicated to the fat and rude fellow that works at the lot. He wasnt one of the salesman but he was clearly employed. He was always coming in and out of the shop cursing up a storm. Is it to vent frustration, or to show everyone he's Mr. Tough Guy? Because if there was a deal breaker, it'd be him. I ended up not buying. From having to deal with his sour attitude at their tight and crowded car lot, to hearing him bitch and whine at the office over nothing; it certainly throws off the vibe of the buying experience. I guess whats more surprising was despite the fact two managers were present, he was still allowed to comfortably conduct himself in such a poor manner! Very very bad experience indeed. My advice? This dealership has been top notch. Not only did we get a great deal on an excellent, low mileage Mercedes Benz, the follow up service has been excellent. In particular, I very highly recommend Keith Chow, our salesman. He worked hard to get us the deal we made. More importantly, after we bought the car there were a couple of minor issues that Keith made sure were fixed for FREE. Further, only one key had come with the car, and Keith agreed to buy us another one. I have bought many cars over the years, and Keith has given us by far the best service of any salesman and any place I have shopped, bar none. Keith truly cares that you get a good deal and that you are happy with your car. Certainly, he will go the extra mile for you. He even personally delivered the car for us to the shopping service when we moved off-island. No one else would do that. read more

I am redoing this edit because I have encountered nothing but problems since I made my intial review. The biggest changes are reflected at the end of this post. Would not recommend buying from them, ever. However, should you buy from them definitely look to work with Sean. He is one of the few genuine people there. A portion of the issues we had was on me for trusting them verbally and not getting what was stated in writing. What appeared to be an excellent vehicle inside and out, really low miles, clean carfax, has been nothing shy of a border-line lemon. All of which miraculously appeared one month after their un-written "grace" period for safety concerns. We bought our 2012 Audi Q5 from them on the notion that the car had no mechanical issues, especially in regards to carbon build up. They even got the previous owner on the phone with both the salesman and a manager(who the car was on consignment for) to confirm to me that there was no carbon build up issue. They even stated they JUST had it cleaned up. For Audi this is a big issue and very costly. Within the first month, it sat at their repair shop for an engine rattle issue. The next week or so an EPC code popped up. Long story short, it was carbon build up. Carbon build does not happen over night, or in our case less than 2 months. Especially if it was just taken care of according to the dealership. My fault here because it wasn't in writing but they still attempted to make us play full price for the engine clean-up. Luckily they brought it down to half price and loaned my wife a vehicle for no charge for nearly 2 weeks. I will give them that on a final, and positive note. It was just disappointing to think I drove off with this great vehicle, but in reality, has a slew of problems. The big change to this post and why I went from 3 to 1 stars is because of the continuous mechanical errors in a car that had a "clean" car fax and was ensured to be in "great" working condition. We just recently had to bite the bullet, get the car back in working order, and trade it in. We had it all of 7 months and we only got to drive 3-4 of those months. The same issue popped up across multiple cylinders leaving my wife stranded on the road randomly because the car was an actual POS. Thanks guys, glad to see you fudged a car fax report and openly lied about the condition of the car. You will never get service from me or anyone I can prevent from going there. read more

Viewing and initially getting the vehicle I wanted went very smooth here. My salesman (bob) was great to deal with and was very polite etc. My issue was with getting what they owed me and their bad finance practices. I was owed the second key (which was in another location for some reason) and a cargo net for the back that was missing. It went from a couple days to a couple weeks before I got them and I had to constantly call to get any sort of update. The biggest issue though was that l I got my 10 day payoff amount the day I left with the vehicle and it wasn't paid off for over a month. This resulted with me paying 2 more payments on the vehicle I no longer had so I wouldn't get impacted negatively (fees, missed payments on my credit etc). After the first 10 days I called just about every day and was repeatedly told the owner was out of town so I'd have to wait for their return. No date. No time. This went on for weeks and was annoying and I didn't ever get a call from them with any update. When the vehicle was FINALLY paid off they didn't pay the amount agreed on in the paperwork. They called my bank and got the 10 day payoff after a month of them having the car so after my 2 payments went through. After multiple calls and visits they agreed to give me the difference of what they paid and what we agreed on. This still left me close to $100 short due to the daily interest I acquired after the initial 10 day payoff amount wasn't paid on time. Their reply was "it's your responsibility to take care of your payments until it clears". Overall, I wouldn't recommend due to the poor customer service from everyone except my salesman. Never again. I'd take my business elsewhere. read more

It's been 6 month since I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from this company. I have to say that there isn't much else I could have done in the way of research. I checked the blue book, checked the car fax, checked the businesses credentials and even spoke with them before going in. I have to say that the vehicle is not what I expected. The head liner was torn and when I took it back the sales rep gave me a loaner with busted side mirrors, busted AC and no gas. I mean really, I bought a BMW from you the least you could do is fill up the tank. When I called the sales rep said "they told me it was good to go". Wouldn't you check yourself? Of course not. Then the lights on the dashboard start lighting up. First the tire pressure gauge that's faulty and has to be replace then the engine coolant light. The coolant system needs fixing so that I don't have put antifreeze / coolant in it every week. The list goes on. The sales person that I worked with James Pettus, is completely incompetent as a sales person. Whenever I would ask about anything he would give me the standard "no problem" but then I would have to re-ask and the ask again.....the same answer "oh yeah, no problem". 5 months after I bought the vehicle he sends me an e-mail looking for the title of the car that I traded in. On the day I purchased I gave them all of my documents from the car that I traded in that was also paid off. I asked is there anything else that they needed. "nope" that's everything. I kept having to tell him I don't have anything else having to do with that vehicle. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
