Best dealer I have ever visited hands-down. I bought one car in 2012 from them, and another in 2017. Both times I have had terrific service and the salesman did a great job and got straight to business. I made them my lowball offer, and instead of playing the game, they countered with a spot on price... BOTH TIMES. The shop manager doesn't want to waste your time and so if you are serious about buying, they will completely work with you. Dave was my salesman and I have nothing but great things to say about him. I went in thinking I knew what car I wanted and instead he found one that matched me perfectly, even when I didn't think I would like the car. He answered all my texts and phone calls within minutes and was super friendly and understanding. When my car was worth barely a few hundred bucks as a trade, they worked with me and gave me the absolute best price they could. When I left the dealer, I had a full tank of gas and a free detail the next day. Dave even hooked me up and got me a spare key. I can't recommend these guys enough. I got a 2013 BMW 128i with 5007 miles on the odometer for less than $20,000. If you want a nice car but don't want to pay retail, hit these guys up! They get lease-returns all the time, but you got to get them fast. My car was on the lot less than 24 hours and it was mine. A few days before, they sold a car that had been traded in while the previous owner was still on the lot! These guys work fast and hard. If you need a new car, don't hesitate to at least give them a call. I wouldn't have gone back 5 years later for another if they weren't that good! read more

Auto X-Change is THE VERY BEST! In the last 5 years my husband and I purchased 4 vehicles from Auto X-Change: a Mercedes Benz C32 AMG for me, a BMW Convertible Z-4 for my mother, a Nissan Frontier truck for my catering business, and, recently, an AUDI A8L for my husband's corporation... ...As business owners, we know the value in treating customers right; we are loyal Auto X-Change customers and we will continue to buy our vehicles from Auto X-Change because they treat us with respect (they are courteous, friendly, and they don't act like the high-pressure sales-people at other car dealerships), they are fair (we've always gotten great pricing on our purchases and also on our trade-ins), and they really do care (they made each buying experience really pleasant and they honored every promise)! Earlier this year, when they didn't have the vehicle we wanted (our Nissan Frontier for my catering business), they went the extra mile and found 4 to choose from -- they gave us the best deal we could ever imagine. We've referred friends and family to Auto X-Change, several of our friends and family have bought vehicles from Auto X-Change, everyone agrees -- Auto X-Change is THE VERY BEST! ...I am yelping because this dealership really deserves a full 5 stars! read more

I was fed up with my old car so I started searching for something I really wanted, a MINI. Almost immediately, I saw this Mellow Yellow MINI on Auto X-Change's website. It was within walking distance so I walked over there. All the staff were very friendly but I was introduced to Bob, what a great guy! The MINI was at their Aiea location. Did Bob tell me to go to other location or try to sell me one from his store? Nope, he drove me over there! I took a test drive and fell in love with it. Needless to say, I bought it. He drove me back to Kalakaua Ave. in the MINI. The car needed a state inspection and Bob also wanted to have detailed for. I work near the airport and Bob came to my work to pick up the car to have both the inspection and detail done. Not only that, he bought that old clunker from me. The car itself is wonderful. It gets better gas mileage than my old car and it fits in these tiny parking spaces in the parking garages. I love it! read more

Absolutely Amazing Experience! From start to finish, my experience at Auto X‑Change was nothing short of outstanding! The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right car without any pressure at all. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress‑free -- which is rare when buying a used car! I found a vehicle in great condition and at a fair price, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase every step of the way. They truly embody the spirit of aloha -- warm, patient, and professional. What really stood out was how helpful and friendly everyone was; they made me feel like more than just a customer. I'd happily come back here for my next car and would recommend Auto X‑Change to friends and family looking for a reliable, enjoyable car‑buying experience! Mahalo nui loa! read more

Was in the market for a new car, and I found exactly what I wanted on their website. Went and looked at it in person, and it was exactly as described online. Prior to arriving I spoke over text with a Sean Kohagura, and he was informative and patient. Went in and he just wanted to show me the car and not pressure me with anything. They did a quick assessment of a trade-in and gave me a very fair quote. I went home to discuss with my wife, with no commitment made, and felt good about it, so went back, made an offer, and was driving off the lot 30 minutes later! I was already pre-approved for a loan by my bank, but Sean and Phil Wang made the process super easy, fluid, and stress free. If you see something you like from their website, go ask for Sean and expect a stress free and easy time. I felt as a valued customer, and I am certain you will as well. read more

First, I want to thank Charles for his outstanding dedication and service to his customers. Charles went above and beyond his sales duties to help us. We purchased an older Mercedes for my mother from Auto X-change after being burned on Craigslist. Charles and the owner were the only ones willing to help us with the scrap metal we purchased from the rip off Craigslist posting. We did hit a few bumps with the purchase but Charles made sure that everything was handled properly and the owner took care of the bill for fixing the vehicle. Charles answered his phone on his days off and was available for any questions or concerns we had. Charles you are an outstanding person! We appreciate you and all you did for us!!! Thanks for making a sour situation into a positive outcome! read more

I just bought an Acura from this dealership. It was the easiest process I have ever experienced when buying a vehicle. Phil, the finance manager was very professional and efficient. Charles, the sales manager gave me advice on work-out routines that actually work! He told me to eat only veggies on tuesdays so I started doing that. Over all my experience with the Auto X Change was excellent and I give them 5 stars all around from the moment I walked in the door till the moment I left with my car. I highly recommend this business if you're looking for a newish ride! read more

- 9/9/26 -update to Rodent Mobile. Next week filing in small claims, parts plus labor. Court fees, time driving vehicle at full price but without all these "we owe you items" , time lost, I've spent almost 4 months waiting. Contacted everyone at autoexhange. They have completely ghosted me. And no compensation for the disasters ( see orig complaint ). I just shipped in from Washington a 2019 GLC AMG 43 super low miles. And next year I'm picking up a 2017 AMG GTS. Could have been your business autoexchange. BUT NEVER AGAIN! read more

I recently bought a 2008 bmw m5 from Bob. Process was great from start to finish. Shawn the finance manager did a great job negotiating till the price was right on the car. Bob personally met me when getting a tire replaced that went flat the day after I brought it home. The dealer paid everything and checked to make sure I was taken care of. Bob took me on three or four test drives until I found the one I was looking for. I would recommend anyone in the market for a good car to make this their first stop. read more

Auto X-Change has a great selection of cars in their inventory. If you're looking for something special Auto X-Change is the place to start. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely return next time I'm in the market for a car. read more

Although my main intention was to only see & test drive a vehicle that I wasn't really sure I wanted, or able to afford, we ended up making a trade & me taking the car of my dreams home. Merry Christmas to me..lol. And it all happened with their awesome staffs, Sean(Shaun) & Paul, who were so very patient with me & was totally trying their best to work with me. And when we finally reached numbers that we both agreed on, the rest is history. Much mahalos Auto Xchange!!!!! Florian T read more

Went to look at cars and the showroom is nice but when you go to look through the ones outside they have a homeless encampment ON THEIR LOT!! With some very shady characters. One man was fighting with a women threatening the pull a gun. Not what I expect to experience when shopping for a new vehicle. Our salesperson said the lot is shared with a tow company but they live on the lot. Super sketchy. I did not feel safe at all and wouldn't recommend this place. read more
