Don't ever buy vehicles here. Most of the vehicles are already broken. Lots of the vehicles don't even get serviced for months. Went and viewed the lot they had. Lots of the vehicles have mold in them. Owner is super rude and does not give any fucks about who is trying to give business. Will never come here ever again. They always say if you buy it we will fix it. But same problems across the board. The Salesman Ty does not know what he is doing read more

This is such an overdue review. I got a car back in 2023 and ran into some issues with the engine. I always felt intrusive when I would call them about the issues, but they were always there to help. Adam decided to give me a loaner to figure out what was going on. Months passed and come to find out, they were scammed in trying to purchase me a new engine. So Adam ended up helping me find another car that's been my go to ever since. They go out of their way to make sure you get your money's worth, and I will forever be thankful this is where I got my first car. Top tier service and experience. read more

This place is shady don't buy a car from them. We purchased a vehicle and the odometer read 66k miles. But once we got home we looked at the bill of sale they gave us and it said actual mileage 130k. We also found another bill of sale left in the car the seller being the dealership and the date was only a month before we purchased this car. We looked up the car fax and found out this dealership sold our car twice before us. We called to ask about our registration and the manager said there was a mixup with the mileage and the car is worth more so we have to bring it back. We already signed a contract agreeing on a price we should not have to bring it back for a mistake YOU made. We contacted the owner who purchased the vehicle one month prior to us and she said after she left with the car they notified her that they lost the title and she has to bring the car back. This place is super sketchy and the staff isn't friendly at all. read more

I came here the other day to try and sell one of my vehicles and out of all the car lots top value auto offered me the most for my vehicle. Brett was working and was really nice to me, I was feeling really down cause I needed to get rid of my truck for some sad reasons but Brett made this process feel a lot less worse. He also had called Adam for some advice and I was referred to a different lot. They made sure to not leave me clueless or hanging. They also offered me a lot of options as well. Luckily I found a private buyer but I'm glad I went to Top Value Auto. I will always trust this place for my vehicles, I've went to other car lots and had HORRIBLE experiences. This is the only place I'll always keep coming back to. Thank you guys for always making me feel comfortable and confident in choosing Top Value Auto. read more

I've got to say TVA has been a great place to work with twice. If you're looking for a used car without the big dealer hassle, then I highly recommend checking this place out. VERY laid back environment(it's the country) with staff who have your best interest at the front. They also let you view the numbers they see straight off their screen when going about financing and that shows they have no hidden agenda. Adam was great when it came to browsing the cars and finalizing everything. And Amanda has been great at helping in the process also and even going beyond! They literally helped me when nobody else would. Can't thank them enough! read more

New location in Wahiawa has more room and selections than the Previous location. Excellent used car lot for those with less than perfect credit or military because everyone is approved! They do their own financing in attempt to keep everyone happy. Amazing customer service! Family friendly business where everyone is welcome, animals included. At the end of every month, the owners invite everyone, staff included, over for a BBQ or jet skiing adventures. Definitely didn't get the feeling of sneaky car dealers. Great family to work with! My friend left with a car and happy as a clam with a hamburger in hand. read more

Got a good deal on a van I wanted to get and was able to bring home my grand caravan and they offer fairly decent finance options that fit any budget! The staff was very professional and helpful and They also have a in house mechanic on staff for any mechanical upgrades needed! The location is very easy to find off the main road leading to north shore opposite of Schofield barracks base right on the lake cliff of wahiawa lakes! I would suggest They paint the sales office bright colors so it's easier to find! read more

If you're looking for a dealership with salesmen who really work with you to get the best deal, regardless of your credit, top value auto is the one. It doesn't look like much at first, but you really can't judge a book by its cover. When you go, you need to ask for ERIC. My family and I were in a jam and really needed a reliable vehicle to get to work and just live life... Eric was so accommodating and helpful. No bullshit, straight to the point is how we like it and he was great. My credit sucks but I was able to leave with a vehicle. I'm so thankful because I went to 5 other dealerships and was told that they couldn't do ANYTHING for me. But just as I was losing hope, I met Eric and he came through. Thanks so much Top Value Auto! Eric especially. read more

While we were able to get into truck with no issues, I will say we should've checked the truck a bit more before agreeing to purchase. We realized there was a MASK in the truck, and an almost empty drink from Starbucks shoved under the back passenger seat. Along with this there were plenty of receipts stashed in various places. You guys should for sure clean the vehicles FARRR better. In addition to this, most places offer to fill up the gas tank when you purchase from them, but nope. We got to drive off the lot with literally 1/4 of a tank of gas. read more

Wasn't really into yelp much before but I bought a car from Stanley Ma and his team about five years ago for a friend of mine who needed some wheels to get to work. I'm glad I did. Often times in Hawaii when you get a used car there are underlying issues that are the customers responsibility to fix. The car broke down after about 3.5 years and because all monthly payments had been paid on time he helped with the repair even though he diddnt have too. Worth the drive to Wahiawa!!!! read more

Just bought my first car on my own! Thanks to Adam everything was super easy and it wasn't intimidating at all (like I thought a dealership would be). He helped me the whole way through and answered all my questions. Everyone there was super friendly and we joked and laughed the whole time we were processing my paperwork. They even got my monthly payments lower than I expected. So greatful they were open on a Sunday! I've been searching for a while and really needed a car for work. I must say very nice people, very welcoming however I bought a car from these people a few months ago and it already broke and it came with no warranty...its a lemon...a term I learned through these months of research after i bought this car. Its when a car you buy doesn't even work and breaking down as soon as you buy it they just fix it up good enough until someone buys it and it breaks. Wasted A LOT of time and money. This is located in wahiawa...new location. read more

This started off as a 4-5 star experience. Downhill from there. After finding a very nice Mercedes C300. Took home on temp registration (vehicle registration and safety not current). Next morning went to crank. Battery dead. Texted dealership salesman and no response. So texted again after getting new battery installed for $210. No response. After finalizing financing I came in and was told had an approval. Asked if I needed to bring anything said to just call prior. I did and different person there. Showed up with copy of invoice for battery and they made a copy. The was told I needed thousands of dollars down for car or trade in mine (for huge loss). 2012 Honda Civic Ex with 31k miles. They offered payoff haha. Which was 7900 for a 10k plus vehicle. Ridiculous. Posted on CL and sold for asking in three days. Called and told it was sold. Came back now to original salesman and had approved for decent rate with no money down. Car still out of date registration and safety because they didn't have the title. Apparently sold the vehicle prior to actually owning it outright. Called floating a car. After calling two weeks after getting the Cecile to find status of the vehicle registration so car would be street legal.. Was referred to Amanda. She said the equivalent of just deal with they don't have the title and she would write a letter to police/court for me since I had been pulled over THREE TIMES FOR EXPIRED SAFETY AND REGISTRATION. Then was told I was offered a vehicle to drive...I'm not kidding...a Kia Rio that hasn't been washed in a year. This a replacement offer for a Mercedes c300?!!! Ridiculous. After the following week being told registration is in and car can be safetied and registered I show up and they say they need the actual insurance cards. Not proof of insurance but the cards themselves. Yet didn't tell me to bring in these. Although they have proof of insurance already. I have owned maybe 15-16 cars in my 38yrs and everywhere from NC to CA to Japan and even Hawaii and this was the absolutely worse car buying experience I've ever gone through. Not reimbursed for the cost of battery (not even and offer of a portion of it), no discount on car and had to come back and forth to dealership 5 times just to have a drive-able car. Don't bother going to this place. Bought a second car 2015 BMW 328i the week after this car and it took 4hrs and completely done at AutoSource. read more

The vehicle I purchased was very reasonably priced and well taken care if I'm happy that I was able to talk to the owner and that he was able to help me pick the right vehicle for me. This dealership is underrated. I had a car that was not that reliable and was overheating. After trying a few things to fix it I decided to look for a new one. I went in and saw Eric and he was able to hlp me find a car and helped me finance it with no stress. They even let me trade in my old car. Now I get great mileage and never have to worry about pulling over to let the car cool down. Would definately reccomend this dealership to others. read more

"" SIMPLY INCREDIBLE "" place to buy from, My family has purchased 7 superb cars from TVA over the years and they are very friendly and helpful, unlike other profit only dealerships that treat you like a bulls eye target an see you with the words SUCKER on your forehead when you drive onto the lot. TVA is a family owned an operated that treats you with respect. I've purchased a 2004 Toyota Corolla for my parents, my 2 brothers purchased a 2009 Toyota Prius, 2000 Lexus GS400 Platinum Edition, 2012 Lexus HS250h. I also indulged and bought a 2001 Acura CL Type S, 2002 Nissan Maxima SE Meridian Edition, 2012 Acura TL Tech Package, haven't had any problems with these cars, and if i did i can bring it to the full auto care shop w rim / tire alignment facility TVA has on the lot.
