    They stole my car. And then repossessed the new used car that I paid for. All because of payment was late a few days. I never got my other car back or was paid any money even though they stole $7,000 from me. Totally carless it's a total scam.

    I typically write positive reviews, but my recent experience with this dealership was disappointing enough to warrant an exception. Initially, I was impressed. I found a car online, called ahead, and they had the vehicle ready for me to test drive alone. The absence of pushy sales tactics was refreshing, and I was able to negotiate a deal that suited my needs despite being in a bit of a rush. However, the post-sale experience has been nothing short of frustrating. In our purchase agreement, the dealership committed to three things: an oil change, a detailing of the car (which was dirty and had a strong dog odor when I first test-drove it), and a replacement of a broken seatbelt. Unfortunately, none of these promises were fulfilled. I dropped off the car on July 5th and didn't pick it up until August 18th, with no work done. Although I was provided with a loaner vehicle, it came with its own issues--a near-empty gas tank, non-functional AC, and a windshield wiper that was falling apart. Communication with Tim, the point of contact for the repairs, was inconsistent, often leaving my messages unanswered. When I was finally informed that my car was ready, I arranged to pick it up the following Saturday due to my work schedule. After driving all the way from Kailua, I was told upon arrival that no repairs had been made. The manager, Remi, got involved and mentioned that there was confusion and finger-pointing among the staff. He assured me that the car could be fixed within an hour, but I didn't have the time to wait. Instead, I was given another poorly maintained loaner vehicle and told to reschedule the oil change and detailing. I agreed to have my car delivered to me after the repairs were completed, however last minute they stated they didn't have anyone to drop it off. The following morning I arrived to pick up my car but when I finally got it back, it was far from what was promised. The car was not detailed, there was no oil change, and while the seatbelt strap was replaced, it appeared to be a used part from another vehicle. Moreover, the car, which I had left with a full tank of gas, was returned to me nearly empty. Overall, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership, and it will likely be my last from this business . Save yourself the hassle and take your business.

    I dont know why so much negative comments about this place. My experience was not that. I walked in knowing exactly which car I wanted and out of all the 400 cars there I picked the one being worked on (thats how I knew that was the one). When I left I was missing a fob, small minor dents (that I didnt mind), and the safety was expired 12/24. The next day the dents were taken out (really great job), the other fob was found, and the safety was done. After reading these comments I did have buyers remorse that first night but sometimes you have to have a litte FAITH and hope that things just work out. But today, I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my purchase. The car was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and for the year it had low miles. Tomorrow when I take it to my mechanic I hope he says everything is good. I don't agree paying $300 for a 15 minute work, like reinstalling the back seat (to access the battery) is reasonable. I don't agree with some service prices. The maintenance prices are fair. However, rounding off the service price to the nearest hour is outrageously unconscionable. 15 minutes of work does not constitute an full hour worth of service. There are better independent BMW shops in Hawaii. Yes, the renovations to BMW Honolulu looks very posh. However, the service and reasonable price rates are more important. Support the independent BMW shops and save your money. Unless you want to pay an unreasonable price for service. Go somewhere else. It's not worth your time and money.

She kept me abreast of what was needed to be done in regards to the lug nut replacements, gave me a quote as a heads up and was very efficient in calling me as soon as my vehicle was done! She went above and beyond to have my vehicle out as soon as possible for she knew I had another appointment to have my tires replaced. The guy that answered was a cool guy and knew cars very well. He had the right questions and even recommendations what he would do. He told me when and where. I visited the store the same day, it's kind of by the Medical School, back roads are faster than waiting at each stop light on Ala Moana Blvd. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted and directed to the parts guy. He remembered our conversation. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. There is plenty of parking. Overall I enjoyed this easy experience of buying a needed OEM Mazda Part.

I didn't see any problems with the car and it drove nicely. This was my 1st time buying a used car. When I got the car home, I saw a rusted spot on the inner driver's side door frame. So rusted you could poke your finger through it. The passenger side had some rust forming in the same spot but nowhere near as bad as the other side. With the door closed, it was easy for me to miss especially in their dark garage. Lesson learned for the next time I'm in the market for a used car. I figured I was out of luck as I signed "as is" paperwork. I was bummed. I started calling body shops to repair it. But a couple friends suggested calling pacific Honda back and tell them of the situation. So I did and spoke to a manager. After seeing the pictures I sent them, they said they would repair it. I was pretty shocked! Next thing an appointment was made to bring the car in. As the car would be going to a body shop that they work with for an indefinite amount of time, they also gave me a loaner car for the duration of the repair! After the body shop took a look at the doors, they recommended replacing the driver side door completely and patch repairing the passenger side. Pacific Honda agreed to the recommendations they made. After about 3 weeks, my son has his car with all the repairs complete. To say that I'm impressed with Pacific Honda would be an understatement. They really stepped up and took care of the car even though it was a used car. I am very appreciative of the service I received. I would definitely recommend them!

Though I've had one in the very past this visit here actually has me with junk mail that I've gotten for over a year and though looking at it it didn't sound like it as it was notifying me of the recall on a 2012 Odyssey which I've never own and it kept reminding me that it needed to be done or whatever it was more annoying as it kept on coming. Not sure what it was about so I stopped over to ask and there was a couple of staff there and instantly said it was something that I had to call myself to have them to stop sending me...insane! Honestly I said as I approached them with my issue that I understand it's not what they did but was frustrated that they could do nothing for me and though I never inquired about looking into a Honda but just a random spam mail but left even frustrated and ALL my mail there as well and you know what it shopped coming. I have reached out multiple times to address the issue, but I have not received any reply. Even for an "as-is" vehicle, customers should expect transparency, basic roadworthiness, and communication when problems arise shortly after purchase. I am simply asking for accountability and a response. I will update this review if the dealership chooses to resolve the issue professionally.
