    A deal was closed with Yosuke in as little as about 2 hours! I'm amazed ONCE AGAIN! We've seen yosuke before from another dealership with my first car that i got from him, and now we went to go and get another one from Yosuke at Honda this time. It was time for us to get something new, and Yosuke did an amazing job getting us into a NEW 2024 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback. The experience we had with Yosuke went smoothly and quickly. Best negotiation we've had with cars, and im so thankful that he is our sales guy! You will not be disappointed with his service. This is your guy that you need to go and see. Thank you again, yosuke, for your service. We appreciate you so much!

    I just want to start by saying if you're military go to Yosuke!! I've been on the island 4 years in March and I had a Kia. My Kia was broken into and almost stolen. After finding out that my car was totaled I was on the hunt to find a super short lease as I knew I was leaving to Europe within this year. I didn't want to buy. Yosuke has worked with military before and was able to remind me of the SCRA process. I went from a 2014 to a 2024 Honda Civic Sport! I feel like I'm in luxury. He was able to match the price that I was looking for! By the time I showed up for my appointment with him in person he already had the vehicle sitting out front ready to go for a spin. Yosuke was super prepared and on top of it. Yosuke made the process swift and smooth. Definitely go to Yosuke if you want an easy straight forward process. Thanks Yosuke!!

    I had the absolute worst experience at another dealership on island, and my boyfriend had bought a car here at pacific Honda a few weeks ago, so I decided to give them a try! Abe took amazing care of us both times around, and he really worked with my budget and made sure I walked away happy. I would 1000000% recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car here at Honda.     Yosuke Abe is the man! Go to him if you need any Honda. His service and patience is really amazing. He really treats you like you are family. Thinking of a forever car for my future family plus baby, I wanted it to be 4 doors but still cool enough to drive. So I decided on the Civic Type R. Such an amazing car! Drove the car off the lot the same day i looked at it. I'm still shaking typing this. Back to Yosuke..Talking to him, you know this guy knows a ton about cars.. Ask him anything..ask for YOSUKE ABE ..nobody else. Oh and tell him Justin sent you!

    This is the brake fluid.  It is so clear you can almost see any discoloration.  According to them this is "black and contaminated"

    I scheduled for my wife to bring in our Honda Pilot for routine servicing (B1 maintenance minder). She waited over three hours. That is not what I'm here to complain about. She received the top to bottom inspection and the service tech and manager cited in the report that the brake fluid was "dirty/black" in one report and "dirty/contaminated/needed to be replaced" in the invoice. When my wife told me about that I immediately became suspicious because we had just had a complete brake line drain 2 years prior. I know that brake fluid can degrade in 2-3 years but I decided I would go check it for myself. Wouldn't you know.....the brake fluid was almost completely clear...not even the slightest hint of brown, much less black. Yet, they "failed" us for it and put my wife in a position to have to decide to have it replaced or not. I will also get the fluid tested at another location using a moisture indicator to make sure it is good to go. Luckily I had already told her to decline any additional services other than the oil change and tire rotation. In addition, they claimed that the transmission fluid was "discolored and burned" looking. Not at all. The fluid was looking like new! I had just had a full service transmission fluid change only 17k miles prior. Really disappointed in this SCAM! See photos and service report. Our vehicle is a 2013 Honda Pilot Touring Our appointment date was August 4, 2022.

I don't agree with some service prices. The maintenance prices are fair. However, rounding off the service price to the nearest hour is outrageously unconscionable. 15 minutes of work does not constitute an full hour worth of service. There are better independent BMW shops in Hawaii. Yes, the renovations to BMW Honolulu looks very posh. However, the service and reasonable price rates are more important. Support the independent BMW shops and save your money. Unless you want to pay an unreasonable price for service. Go somewhere else. It's not worth your time and money.

Made an appointment with Mazda to have them remove the "aftermarket lug nuts" and replace with Mazda lug nuts, including to purchase the wheel lock package. Kristel checked me in and handled all the paperwork needed to have my car worked on. She was so sweet, very pleasant and she really cared! She kept me abreast of what was needed to be done in regards to the lug nut replacements, gave me a quote as a heads up and was very efficient in calling me as soon as my vehicle was done! She went above and beyond to have my vehicle out as soon as possible for she knew I had another appointment to have my tires replaced. The guy that answered was a cool guy and knew cars very well. He had the right questions and even recommendations what he would do. He told me when and where. I visited the store the same day, it's kind of by the Medical School, back roads are faster than waiting at each stop light on Ala Moana Blvd. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted and directed to the parts guy. He remembered our conversation. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. There is plenty of parking. Overall I enjoyed this easy experience of buying a needed OEM Mazda Part.
