I called Triple A because I had a flat tire and wanted to be towed to a tire store nearby. During the phone call, they texted me a link for faster service and I got hooked up with Finest Towing for the job. Filled out some basic information on the link and within seconds, Mr. Kibota from Finest Towing called me. Luckily, he was only 20 minutes away from me and he arrived right on time. I wanted a tow, but he informed me that it would be a better idea for him to put the spare tire on for me. He went to work right away and he was done in about 10 minutes. I was able to drive myself to the tire shop and take care of the flat tire. I felt very fortunate to have this issue taken care of in such a timely manner and really, Finest Towing was great. Thank you! read more

Set up my towing through warranty service, but after 5 appts of tow service providers and rude drivers with no professionalism and couth for people's time, was glad to find AJ. He immediately contacted me (the only company that day), advised me of timeline and met the needs of getting car to repair shop effortlessly. Anyone who has a car needing repair work is stressed enough, but AJ was able to give peace of mind after stressful day. 5-star service: AJ from Finest Towing! read more

I accidentally locked my keys in my car and was in desperate need of help. Thankfully, AAA dispatched someone from Finest Towing right away. Layson arrived quickly and was courteous, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He got my car unlocked without any issues and truly was a lifesaver. Excellent service and a great experience during a stressful situation. Thank you, Layson and Finest Towing! read more

I used an emergency roadside service & was fortunate that Finest Towing showed up within the estimated time. Eli, the flatbed tow driver was awesome. Something broke on my CRV causing the driver's front wheel to turn inward so I couldn't drive it. I was so freaked out. When Eli showed up, he was calm & professional. I had parked forward into a stall at a busy shopping center so I thought it would be difficult to tow. He expertly hooked up my car & towed it to my garage. Because of his calm demeanor I was able to relax. Mahalo Eli! read more

Horrifying Experience- Triple A appointed them- took 3 hours to get to me- then proceeded to try to fill my spare that will not hold air. I made it clear, repeatedly that both my front tire and my spare are worthless and just need to tow 10 miles to have the valve stem fixed, then drive to Wahiawa to replace my spare- the said they were just checking? So when my spare fills, you will put it on my car and follow me so when it goes flat you can tow me???? Idiots and highly insulted read more

I highly recommend this towing company. Specifically Machana who helped my family and I in our time of need. He went above & beyond to take care of us during a difficult time. Quick, friendly service! My husband accidentally locked the keys in the trunk of our car rental. Since opening the car door disabled the trunk button, Ryan was able to snake a wire through the backseat to unlock the trunk from the inside lever! Took only about 30 mins to get us back in the car. Can't thank him enough for saving the day! read more

Excellent service, Big Ryan was amazing. He was patient and very friendly. If I need them again, I'd call them.

poor customer service. I worked at a dealership service department. tow truck driver came to drop off customers vehicle. . we have a line of customers waiting to get check in. The driver does not want to wait in line. He yelled and he said he does not have time to wait and just wanted to drop the car. He move all the cones on the way. So he can do what he wants to do. Drop the car. Went to the customer to get his money and food( customer gave him ). And he sarcastically said to me again " thanks for complying " 3-26-2026@945am. read more

If there was a way to rate any lower I would. This company has unprofessional drivers with road rage. A driver decided to flip someone off and attempted to block other drivers from passing. This was after the tow truck driver sat at a green light and failed to start driving. Shocked to see that this company is still in business. I would never call them or recommend their business to anyone. read more

Crooks!!! This company will tow away your when they have no business towing it. Towed mine parked on a state road and they claimed a property manager says to tow it. A property manager now can tow cars on a Hawaii state road no one's property? That's not right they are just covering their own ass for wrongful towing. read more

My Insurance company connected me with them for towing. I received a rough estimated time frame, and which was accurate, then the driver reached out to me and gave me a 15 ETA, which is very appreciated. Ryan got my car picked up and dropped off with no issues. Great towing experience. Only downside was the dispatch number was kind of rude when I called initially to confirm towing got hung up on and had to call back. read more

With my regular Toyota maintenance, we have Roadside Assistance Drive Benefits to keep us worry free if we should get into a car problems. I didn't realized what I had and how good this benefit was. The first time I used my friend's AAA insurance with 5 miles towing, and with Toyota up to two towing with 25 miles each between my 6 months maintenance services. Servco use the Allstate plan. After calling my car in, dispatcher from Finest Towing, called me soon after. This is the first time I received helped from Finest Towing. Their business is located on the West side. The tow truck assigned to me was finishing his business at the tire place in Ewa and will be coming all the way help me afterwards. First thought from Ewa?! I was grateful someone was coming to help me. Vince called me and kept me posted of the status of where he was. The tow was ahead of the time given and was glad to soon to be out of the hot sun next to Mother's Waldron Park in Kaka'ako! The lunch wagon was a great help with changes I need for tip and drink while I waited . Vince came and asked me what was wrong. I told him as I turn the key there's no clicking or anything. The battery seems okay since my horn worked and wasn't weak. He checked my starter solenoid and tapped it and sure enough the car started right afterwards. It was the starter. He guided me to Servco Toyota Kaka'ako Honolulu. He didn't want to take a tip from me since I drove over and it was a couple blocks where I needed to go. Grateful for his help and expertise and wanted to do a review for his great service! The review is long over due but please remember Vince of Finest Town! read more

This review is based on my experience today, May 7, 2024. I contacted Allstate to request roadside assistance for a flat rear tire. I was told that I would be waiting for a few hours but they arrived much sooner than I expected. They asked a few questions about how I wanted to proceed. Change the tire, or tow me in on the flatbed for which I chose the latter. They drove my ride onto the flatbed and strapped it in. The interior of their ride was clean and cold. Compared to the other towing services I've used over the years, they pride themselves on quality and cleanliness. Unfortunately, I'm bad with remembering names, but the driver was very chill and made an inconvenient situation a pleasant one. Don't hesitate to reach out if you're in need of roadside assistance. read more

This review is based on service provided when I needed help through AAA. (I noticed a lot of the negative reviews are from people who got towed. I can't vouch for that.) The dispatcher called me almost immediately after I got off the phone with AAA to confirm my location and she said they will get someone out as soon as they can. The driver called me when he was on his way. My uncle came to help me since I had my toddler with me. Although this doesn't really have anything to do with AAA, Finest Towing gave us such a positive experience that my uncle decided to get AAA lol read more

Terrible service, do not recommend using this company. Trying to Overcharge me when originally the price was lower.

Truck was weaving in traffic on Kaneohe bay drive. He cut off a driver in front of us. The driver that was cut off flipped the bird to the tow truck driver. The tow truck then blocked the road while having a fiery conversation with the irritated driver that was cut off. No less than 10 cars were immediately backed up to witness this childish behavior I would strongly suggest seeking a tow truck driver that has a lower chance of wrecking. read more

This review is for my experience after calling AAA. Ryan who was the tow driver was excellent with communication and even helped me diagnose the issue with my vehicle. He gave me honest feedback about my vehicle and I know when it comes to fixing cars nobody likes to be overcharged. I'm genuinely a good judge of character and I could tell Ryan was a solid and reliable person. Finest towing is excellent and unsold highly recommend them, especially Ryan. Mahalo Ryan and thank you so much for your help. I can't comment on the towing issues, nobody likes getting towed. But for helping you get your car serviced and to the place it needs to go, Finest Hawaii is solid. read more

Took my car, told me to pay only by cash, got to tow yard 30 minutes before my car got there. Completely sketchy place. Disgusting! Called the cops because they weren't answering my calls to find out where my car was. They didn't even answer when the cops called them. HPD had to dispatch police. How do I leave 15 minutes after they leave with my car and they get there 30 minutes after I get to tow yard. Do not use!!!! Sketchy people. Horrible and inconsiderate. read more

I only used Finest Towing because my roadside service set it up. The driver had zero patience. I was trying to make his route more convenient for his next destination because I could hear his conversations with their dispatch. There was some confusion on which shop to tow my car to because of a very simple misunderstanding, but his patience was clearly low and he couldn't be chill about it. I just had my car towed to the closest trustworthy place I knew of so I could get out of his hair asap. The dispatch lady also had a crazy tone when I changed our destination to a CLOSER shop. Also, we had yet to get out of the area my car was broken down in so it's not as if we were driving all over because I changed my mind. Sorry for being so inconvenient y'all! Was just trying to be considerate! read more

Negative stars if I can. Towed my car with a parking tag and said they're just doing their job and it's up to the property manager. They're money hungry, the person called 9 times using a different number and without even leaving a voice message. And finally answered telling straight up the price to claim the car. Met us outside of their parking. So shady, and did not have the transaction done in their office and asked for ID and cash payment right away and told us to take the car without even sending us the receipt. And when asked with the receipt he accused of us leaving right away and to check my attitude where in fact he made us leave the parking first without sending the receipt. The last time I checked the clinic looks for the driver's and gives verbal warning before towing and not just tow cars right there and then without warning. I found out that they would be lurking across the shopping and center and would go on a towing spree without even checking read more

If I didn't have to put a star to be able to write a review or if there were negative stars I would put 100% NEGATIVE!!! I pay $150 a month for parking where I live and I always have my parking pass in the window on the driver's side and I always reverse my car into the parking stall so that they don't even need to get out of their vehicle to see if I have a parking pass or not. So when I called the company and spoke to dispatch they.said I didn't have some stupid code on my parking pass and they were only following the rules set by the Laulani complex I live in and when I called them I was there at the management office with security and security even told them they had no right Towing my car because the security officer said he knows my pass was legit because he was the one who brought it to my house because I am handicap and have handicap plates on my car I also called the residential Manager and he said that they had made a mistake and towed my car and that I could go all the way to Campbell Industrial to pick it up and pay nothing I told the Residential Manager that how was I suppose to do that I'm handicap and that is my only vehicle besides they were the ones who were in the wrong they need to bring it back. The company said they would bring it within 3 hours it was almost 4hrs when I called the tow company and the dispatch B-I-T-C-H says she doesn't know anything about it and proceeds to hang up on me so right after that I get a call from one of the male ASSHOLES who proceeds to yell and swear at me for their FUCK UP!! well Finest Towing you lost your contract because you fucked with the wrong Residential Management!!!! Writing this review because this place violates the traffic policies, scratched my car upon towing, and does not take any accountability for their negligent actions. My car got towed - so fine, that's my fault. I called, confirmed my car is there, and come to their "lot" better known as a run down junk yard with huge potholes and lifting equipment all over the place. On the phone, I spoke to a woman who claims their "card machine is down, so bring cash" and they "don't have change, so bring exact." Are you sure it's not a coincidence that the card machine is down so they won't have to pay the credit card fees and take all of the profit? Additionally, according to the Traffic Operations Policy released by the Honolulu Police Department, the towing procedures clearly state that all towing companies are REQUIRED to accept credit card and cash payments. So this business is not only trying to avoid credit card fees to make more money, but also violating the traffic policies and procedures. Then when I get to their location and I meet a man, who claims to be their manager according to the business card he left with me; he asked if I'm the registered owner to the car and I said yes I am. He shows me the price on the receipt (doesn't show me the itemized portions or price breakdown) and asks me to pay it to get my car back. I paid it in cash, exact change, and got an emailed receipt from him to review the itemized list for the tow. The manager walks me to the entrance of the dirt lot and tells me "your car is to the left of the lift," and just points in the direction - did not bother to walk me to the car to do any proper inspection. Please note, there was no signatures from him or myself that happened, claiming we did an inspection or to release them of liability from damages. He merely took the cash ($250) and pointed me to my car. I walk to my car as it's buried all the way in the back of their lot, where it is parked with a bunch of other cars and lifting equipment nearby, making it difficult to access and inspect the car. I get in and drive my car off of the lot and down the street for a thorough inspection. Upon inspection I found a significant scratch on the left front bumper that came from their towing. See the pictures attached. Prior to the tow, this scratch did not exist, and they were negligent to tell me of the damages they've caused to my car. This business is unethical and shady in every which way possible. I do not recommend this business to anyone, and if your car gets towed by Finest Towing, I wish you the best of luck and hope you have all your photos and documents ready to claim for the damages they will cause to your car. read more

It started off with my damn tire! So.. after dropping off my kids to school my car did not feel right. Sure enough, my front tire was flat. Luckily, there was a service station nearby. I went to the service station & the guy tried as best he could to help me. Unfortunately, he couldn't change my tire because it needs a special key for the lug nut. My fault, I took it out while cleaning & unaware of how fcked I was about to be! I drove myself to work, yes with my flat tire. I assumed my husband was aware, after talking with him that I needed the key for the tire & for him to assist. For whatever reason, it made sense for him to bring the key instead of his elbow grease. He had me fcked up! Whatever, I didn't need to add to the negativity.. I GOT THIS was my attitude. I stood corrected when I was only able to remove (3) of the lug nuts. My work bestie tried her best & removed (1) lug nut. The last lug nut was stubborn & there was just no way. I felt so fcking defeated! This was an absolute shit show! I really did not want to ask or bother anyone with my tire probs. I also knew I needed to take care of this now! I reached out to my husband's insurance Allstate & they assigned "Finest Towing". This guy made my fcking day! Literally, turned it around in the best way possible. He removed the tire. Mind you, all the time me & work bestie tried removing that 1 lug nut, there was just no way he said. He got it off, put on my spare, filled the tire with air (it loses air when not in use), and helped me unlock my door (yes, the key got locked inside & yes I celebrated too soon). He also checked on my tires to make sure ALL were good. & He gave me places to purchase tires without paying a ridiculous amount. I was so fcking grateful for him & all his help. These days, there are super sketch tow companies. I will definitely use Finest Tow in the future & recommend them ALWAYS! I am a dumbass & forgot his name. But, i'll remember what he looks like. He was older, funny, helpful, knowledgeable.. Just AMAZING! Thank you so much. read more
