Been looking for a replacement OEM chrome front bumper for my 2017 Ram 2500 for a while now…read more. online pricing was decent but shipping was like 70% more than the asking price.. crazy!! Was about to settle with a dent in my bumper and just say frick it.. but then I came across "Mascot auto parts" on FB marketplace. At first i was little sketchy because their profile wasn't really comforting.. 17 friends.. minimal followers.. ahh .. I'll give it a shot. I messaged them.. after chatting and doing some parts research, they found my front bumper in stock and what made me feel more relieved.. this wasn't a junk yard or someone selling a used part.. they actually have a shop!! When I got there, everything was legit.. kinda reminded me of a shop where auto body and fender shops come to purchase parts from. A warehouse full of bumpers and grills.. all bubble wrapped and boxed. Went inside the office, paid for my bumper, they had me witness the unboxing for any defects and then re-wrapped my bumper back up. Done deal!!! 9:30am we started chatting on messenger.. by 11am I was driving away with a brand new chrome bumper.. Side NOTE: this is Napa or auto zone..don't expect that from them. Go to Napa and auto zone for those items. Some of the things they deal with: Front Bumpers Rear Bumpers Hoods Fenders Auto Lamps: Head Lamp, Tail Lamp, Signal Lamp, Fog Lamp Radiators A/C Condenser Mirrors Tail gates Grilles Radiator supports Bumper Reinforcements Rear Step Bumpers

I had options to go to Servco due to my work, but I decided to go to Autoland because they gave me a bit of a better deal. I knew going into the purchase, it is a USED VEHICLE, with a 3rd party warranty, so don't go into a used car lot expecting a brand new 2025 vehicle. Skylar was able to find a vehicle I could agree on with an affordable price. The cons is the vehicle does need a bit of work to be perfect , but again it's a used cheap vehicle.

I installed the wipers the next day and called my service advisor Robert Ramolete but couldn't take me in that day Monday he was able to get me an appointment the next day Tuesday at 9:30. After waiting about 30 minutes he came to me at the lounge and he said come I'll show you your car, that's when he informed me that the inspector didn't want to pass the inspection as the wipers streaks before I left Robert actually turned on the wiper/washer and said that it looks ok by him but can't do anything since the inspector don want to pass it. Could it be that he's pissed for not taking the $49.00 wipers replacement??? And I'm out $26.96 and no safety check. I was very upset since I supposedly corrected the failure and even cleaned the glass thoroughly. Also, I've been taking the car there since I bought it in early 2021. I won't be going back to that dealership anymore. I did call my sales lady. Alissa and told her about the unpleasant experience... I was able to get and pass a safety check in Waipahu yesterday 8/12/26 with no problem ...

I relied on the dealership's representations and believed I was buying from a reputable dealer that would be transparent about the vehicle's condition. Unfortunately, after the purchase, I discovered a significant rust hole that had caused damage to the vehicle. Had I known about this issue, I would not have purchased the vehicle. What was most disappointing was not only the condition of the vehicle, but the way my concerns were handled afterward. When I brought the issue to management's attention, I felt dismissed rather than helped. Instead of receiving understanding or a meaningful effort to resolve the problem, I encountered an attitude that left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. I expected honesty, transparency, and customer service from a dealership of this size. My experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope this review encourages the dealership to take customer concerns more seriously and to be more forthcoming about vehicle conditions in the future. I will never recommend this group or buy from again
