My Prius needed to be towed from Mililani to the Servco Service in Waipahu. Tow truck arrived within 10-15 minutes of our call. The technician first tried to jump start the battery, which did not work. Within a few minutes he hooked up the car to the tow truck and zipped down the road to Servco. Highly recommend Hi Performance Towing. Our truck was towed by another company to our home on a dark rainy night after the alternator went. The next morning Billie from Hi Performance Towing came, hooked it up and towed it to our mechanic. He was pleasant and efficient. When we picked our truck up from the shop, we noticed a big hole in the chrome bumper. We called Hi Performance Towing to see if they had taken photos at time of pickup from our house as we were trying to pinpoint when this damage happened. Kai was really nice and seemed genuinely concerned. We were so surprised when she called us back within a few minutes and let us know the photos were reviewed and damage had already been done to the bumper as it showed up in their photos they took at the time of pick up. We had not noticed the night before due to it being dark and rainy and we were super tired from the whole ordeal taking hours. Kai quickly sent us the photos and we were able to deal with the previous tow company for a resolution. I was not expecting such great customer service from a tow company! I have give the driver major kudos for the way he handled getting my car out of the garage. Live at my moms and the driveway is on a decline from the sidewalk to the garage. The driver performed his magic a expertly positioned his truck to get my car out. Our Lexus' starter died last night, and we live in Ewa. I'm grateful my hubby made it home from work safely yesterday! We've never had to get a tow since moving out to this side of the island (born and bred in Kalihi) and were low key freaking out. Our families still live in town. My hubby called some people he knew and even our insurance company. He opted to go through our insurance company to see if they would cover it, and he left a message at other tow companies or the ones he called offered at a price that was steep due to our location in Ewa. He was on the phone with the insurance company at 1am and then again at 4am. Then, at 6am after a sleepless night and being on the phone since 4am, he found HI Performance on Yelp and gave them a call. He got an answer right away and was told they could be at our home in Ewa in about an hour! My hubby also said the person he spoke to on the phone was kind and sympathetic. She was able to build a rapport with a new client in just a few minutes, and we are so grateful. Billie picked up my hubby and our Lexus and towed it to Servco Lexus in town on a Saturday morning. As my husband put it, "we were just talking story" and found they have mutual friends. My pathfinder over heated a couple days ago and I didn't want to risk driving it any more to make it worse. The mechanic that I ask to check what was wrong said their might be a possible blown head gasket...lovely. I contacted my insurance bc i was covered with towing. The very next morning they had everything set up with HI Performance Towing. The communication was awesome. The operator called me to state where her driver was coming from and how long it would be, which was about 10 mins. I cooperated and told her that I'll wait outside for him so he knows where my car is before he gets here. She insisted she'll call me when he gets much closer so I don't have to wait as long and just in case something came up. Great customer serive with something so simple like that. When the tow truck drive came I assisted him to my vehicle, gave him my keys and he stated got it from there, I can go back and do my thing. I was perfectly fine leaving my vehicle in his hands bc he/the company seems very trustworthy. At the end of the day, everything turned out fine.
