My Prius needed to be towed from Mililani to the Servco Service in Waipahu. Tow truck arrived within 10-15 minutes of our call. The technician first tried to jump start the battery, which did not work. Within a few minutes he hooked up the car to the tow truck and zipped down the road to Servco. Both the tech and dispatcher were knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. Excellent and smooth service. Mahalo! read more

Highly recommend Hi Performance Towing. Our truck was towed by another company to our home on a dark rainy night after the alternator went. The next morning Billie from Hi Performance Towing came, hooked it up and towed it to our mechanic. He was pleasant and efficient. When we picked our truck up from the shop, we noticed a big hole in the chrome bumper. We called Hi Performance Towing to see if they had taken photos at time of pickup from our house as we were trying to pinpoint when this damage happened. Kai was really nice and seemed genuinely concerned. We were so surprised when she called us back within a few minutes and let us know the photos were reviewed and damage had already been done to the bumper as it showed up in their photos they took at the time of pick up. We had not noticed the night before due to it being dark and rainy and we were super tired from the whole ordeal taking hours. Kai quickly sent us the photos and we were able to deal with the previous tow company for a resolution. I was not expecting such great customer service from a tow company! We will definitely be calling Hi Performance Towing in the future for any towing needs. Thank you Billie and Kai read more

Billie responded to a roadside assistance call via Geico. We had a flat and the 1st company that Geico dispatched flaked out on us. Hi Performance got to us quickly, towed us off H1 and helped us change our tire. We didnt have a lugnut wrench in our car. Billie was helpful and friendly. Thank you very much! read more

Recently they helped my brother towed his car from red hill to Kapolei in less than an hour while other towing company like Aloha Towing took them over an hour to call him just to let him know that it will take them another 2 hours to get there. That prompted me to call Hi Performance Towing and got there in less than an hour with an excellent service from both dispatcher and the driver. read more

Billie's the best. Spot on efficient. Have used his service twice, same outstanding service.

Shoutout to HI Performance Towing for making this experience so easy! I've never had to call for a tow truck before and I'm glad I did it through them. . . . When I first called, I was greeted by Kai and by the sound of her voice, I knew it was going to be a good experience. Some people just have that voice where you know you are in good hands and Kai is one of them! She made it easy for me to set up a tow in advance. Billie was just as nice! He told me exactly what to do and how to set up the car to be towed, making it fast, easy, and efficient as I've never had to do this before. He took my car to where it needed to be and was on his way. I definitely recommend calling these guys if you ever need a tow! read more

I have give the driver major kudos for the way he handled getting my car out of the garage. Live at my moms and the driveway is on a decline from the sidewalk to the garage. The driver performed his magic a expertly positioned his truck to get my car out. Especially after he put my rear tires on the lift he took his time pulling my car out of the garage and up the driveway. Definitely calling them back if I ever need another tow. read more

Our Lexus' starter died last night, and we live in Ewa. I'm grateful my hubby made it home from work safely yesterday! We've never had to get a tow since moving out to this side of the island (born and bred in Kalihi) and were low key freaking out. Our families still live in town. My hubby called some people he knew and even our insurance company. He opted to go through our insurance company to see if they would cover it, and he left a message at other tow companies or the ones he called offered at a price that was steep due to our location in Ewa. He was on the phone with the insurance company at 1am and then again at 4am. Then, at 6am after a sleepless night and being on the phone since 4am, he found HI Performance on Yelp and gave them a call. He got an answer right away and was told they could be at our home in Ewa in about an hour! My hubby also said the person he spoke to on the phone was kind and sympathetic. She was able to build a rapport with a new client in just a few minutes, and we are so grateful. Billie picked up my hubby and our Lexus and towed it to Servco Lexus in town on a Saturday morning. As my husband put it, "we were just talking story" and found they have mutual friends. During a time where everything is so uncertain and scary with a pandemic then our car craps out, we had such an Aloha experience with HI Performance that we will recommend them to anyone that ever needs their services and they will be the only and first place we'll call if we are ever in need of towing services again! Thank you so much for your help and services. We are forever grateful. read more

My pathfinder over heated a couple days ago and I didn't want to risk driving it any more to make it worse. The mechanic that I ask to check what was wrong said their might be a possible blown head gasket...lovely. I contacted my insurance bc i was covered with towing. The very next morning they had everything set up with HI Performance Towing. The communication was awesome. The operator called me to state where her driver was coming from and how long it would be, which was about 10 mins. I cooperated and told her that I'll wait outside for him so he knows where my car is before he gets here. She insisted she'll call me when he gets much closer so I don't have to wait as long and just in case something came up. Great customer serive with something so simple like that. When the tow truck drive came I assisted him to my vehicle, gave him my keys and he stated got it from there, I can go back and do my thing. I was perfectly fine leaving my vehicle in his hands bc he/the company seems very trustworthy. At the end of the day, everything turned out fine. My pathfinder got to my mobile mechanics residents and I couldn't thank them enough for their great customer service and trustworthy vibe. read more
