After a few unsuccessful cancellations by other tow companies after waiting several hours, decided to give Kevin a call. Very responsive, was able to schedule a tow on flat bed truck to a local repair shop. Kevin has military base access which was critical and probably the reason a lot of tow companies no show up/cancel. He was able to get on base, meet me at our scheduled pick up and transport my vehicle via flat bed truck to the repair shop in a quick manner. He was in constant contact and his excellent customer service skills were noticeable. Towing in general isn't cheap however he was very affordable and definitely worth it. Heard a story about him asking for more $$ after job is done & was told, don't worry he's my friend - he won't do it to you - WRONG - I watched him work, did the job (nothing more or out of the ordinary occurred) & after it was done, he blocked us in & would not leave until I giving him $100 more than the price he said he would charge.
