I had a very disappointing experience with Quick Lift Towing and Services. I needed my car towed…read morelate at night due to mechanical issues while parked in Chinatown, Honolulu. The initial tow truck arrived, but then their truck broke down and needed to be towed as well, which was already concerning. They initially told me I would need to arrange my own ride since they couldn't provide one. When my ride arrived, they reassured me it was fine for me to leave and that they would stay with my car until a larger tow truck arrived, and that they would call me if anything changed. After waiting for about two hours with no communication, I finally received a text saying they could no longer complete the service. I immediately called their number, only to find out they had left 20 minutes earlier and left my car unattended with an open window, putting it at risk of being vandalized or broken into. I had to rush back to watch my car myself until another towing company could come. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Leaving a customer's vehicle unsecured and failing to communicate is a serious issue. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I waited for 5 hours and was never contacted by this towing company, which is terrible customer service. When I called to report this, the lady I spoke with refused to take responsibility and blamed AAA instead. Because of my awful experience with this towing company, I would not recommend Sylva's as a towing company, and would recommend instead to look for a company that is more reliable, responsible, and offers better customer service.

They called me back to let me know that they found a tow service that can be at my home within the hour. At 5am I was not expecting service that quickly, but they did arrive within the hour! He checked the battery system and determined it was the starter. He gave me recommendations on where I would like the car towed. I took the recommendation and called Mililani Auto Repair and at 6:30am I was able to speak to the mechanic! My car was towed and at the servicing station within minutes. Quick, easy, friendly service! Things like this that happen early in the morning can ruin a person's day, but everything went so smoothly I could take on the new day with a smile!
