I had an excellent experience with Willie from Honolulu Towing. My car battery died because my brake lights wouldn't turn off. Willie didn't just give my car a jump start--he took the time to figure out what was causing the problem. He clearly showed me the issue, explained why it happened, and even told me how I could fix it. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping people. I really appreciated that he went above and beyond instead of just doing the minimum. Thank you, Willie, for your kindness, expertise, and outstanding service. I highly recommend Honolulu Towing, especially if you're lucky enough to have Willie help you! read more

Shoutout to the team Dana and Willy. I've been overthinking and putting off this errand for a little too long but was literally a quick less than 10 minute solution. Funny how the reviews are junk, but that's not my experience. Dana is really knowledgeable and helpful with lots of info and provided her best even with my last night request for the next morning. Willy also had really get resources to share about finding alternatives of what to with my car and even gave other options. Would highly recommend this high quality team from Honolulu Towing to get any job done :) read more

Feels Counterintuitive sometimes giving a towing company 5 stars, but my new brudda Willie deserves 6. Fast, professional, friendly, very skilled, I couldn't believe he was able to get my 4Runner hooked up, let alone rapidly hooked up. It was a masterclass on physics! I realize now illegal parking spots I thought were safe aren't thanks to this guy. This time around though I was stranded, had 2 shrieking kids and a wife with low blood sugar, so honestly my brudda Willy's new name for the holidays is Jolly Saint Willy! Love this guy! I'll use this company again when I'm stranded and think thrice before I park illegally knowing that my boy is out there capable of towing anything in seconds anywhere!!! read more

Got these guys through Geico. Showed up about 1.5 hours late, but that is fine I was at home (about 3.5 hours from request time). The guy who came didn't say much, but spent a total of about 30 seconds (literally) trying to jump my car, and then asked me to sign a paper and left. I called a mobile mechanic who took 1 minute to tell me my battery is dead, but was able to jump it on the FIRST try with his jump starter. After waiting for 3.5 hours, I feel frustrated that the guy who came didn't spend more than 30 seconds. If the mobile mechanic (who I ended paying $150 to see) could do it so quickly, it is frustrating that Honolulu Towing guy coudln't get it going but more frustrating that he didn't spend any time and barely talked. read more

THESE SCRUBS IS SNEAKY AF. WE WAS IN THE GARAGE UNLOADING STUFF FROM THE TRUCK AND THE DRIVER (SUE?) LOADED UP THE TRUCK AND TRIED TO LEAVE WITHOUT EVEN GIVING THE US A HEADS UP. Bradda just went hook em up and roll out and when confronted acting like he don't know what's going on and as if he never see us in the garage, then the dispatch was acting all rude. Hahah bunch of characters. We spoke with association and they agree that yall wrong. I hope your contract get revoked lmao crazy. No aloha. All greed. read more

Thanks for arriving in time (even 15m earlier) to assist me (in towing my car).and efficient service

This towing company is predatory in its towing practices and billing We paid mileage fee for distance towed on top of the standard fee to get the car back. To add insult to injury the tow truck driver blocked our vehicle just trying to leave had to make a three point turn, this employee started an agrument with a threat of violence without provocation because we were to leave? read more

Tow Truck Willy is the best tow truck driver on island. He took great care of my car and was fast.

I am writing this review based on the service I received from Willy Willy has helped me on numerous occasions Some mundane car stuff, and ... the tricky motorcycle stuff. On all occasions, and there has been many, he was always conscientious about properly handling the tow. These are big bikes Triumph Rocket 3R (biggest displacement production bbike at 2500cc, Kawasaki ZX14, HD Road King). The bikes were transported safely and he is so very careful not to cause even the slightest cosmetic damage On top of that, he is very personable and someone who is genuinely concerned with providing excellent service He is punctual and call ahead to advise you of his ETA. He is a pleasure to work with Now, if I'm being honest, they do have one bad apple. So do yourself a favor and request for Willy. read more

Willie is incredible...my car was in a 6'6 clearance garage almost right up against a column with the row ending in a dead end and he skillfully attached the hauling system, picked up the Subaru, and maneuvered it out of the garage like it was nothing. He was quick, efficient, and has a good sense of humor making a stressful situation for me much lighter. He also arrived over an hour ahead of schedule...that's phenomenal service. The intake staff I spoke with were polite and professional, as well. I would recommend Honolulu Towing Inc. 100 percent and Willie 1000 percent. read more

Today I had to have my car towed from the Hilton Hawaiian Village to Kapolei. My car was in the parking garage on the 4th floor. I called 15 tow companies before I found a tow company that had a vehicle low enough to fit into the parking garage. Willie gave me a call to verify which garage I was in and after I explained he headed over. He was so friendly, professional, helpful AND careful with my car. The parking garage is super tight and he was very cautious about the turns and even backed up to give more space on the side to avoid damaging my car. He also gave me the name of a place that could possibly fix the issue I had. When he dropped the car off at my house my daughter who's 5 was asking him questions and he was even friendly with her--- I know kids can be a little annoying at times especially when you're in a hurry but we didn't feel rushed at all. I had a wonderful experience with Honolulu Towing Company. I'm pretty sure it's the same company I used when I had an issue after parking on the grass on Camp Smith (but that story is for another time). Just in case I need a tow again, I saved them in my phone as My Towing Company because they are my "go-to" for towing now. ALSO, the price was not too crazy compared with other companies. One company told me it would cost $525, but Honolulu Towing Company charged me $300. If it's not clear yet, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HONOLULU TOWING COMPANY. read more

After three unsuccessful attempts from State Farm, Tow Truck Willie responded to my call. While his truck did not clear into the parking garage, he didn't give up and successfully jump started the dead car. After over six hours, it was a real joy that he gave me and my wife to drive the car to the service lot. He is an expert at solving these problems and is certainly worth calling them. read more

Honolulu Towing - Efficient and Caring Service! I can't say enough good things about Honolulu Towing. My car broke down on the Pali Highway, where there was no shoulder lane, and I was blocking the right lane. It was a scary situation with cars speeding by and changing lanes quickly. For those who know, this was about 1/4 mile before the Nuuanu Hiking Trail entry. I used the GEICO app and they dispatched the closest company, I think. Honolulu Towing called to ensure my safety and dispatched Willy, my tow guy, who was incredibly quick and responsive. He called HPD to assist with blocking traffic, making the situation safer for everyone involved. Willy arrived within 20 minutes and got me picked up and towed to my repair shop within 45 minutes of my initial call. He was quick, funny and made me calm down from a super stressful situation. Their efficiency and care in such a stressful situation were truly appreciated. Highly recommend Honolulu Towing! read more

My car had a flat tire and I left it over night some where I wasn't supposed to and to my surprise the next morning it was gone! It was in a parking garage underground. I was really nervous to see if there was any damage to my car. We have all experienced and/or heard negative stories about getting towed. Once I got to the location my car was in the same condition it was in the day before. I'm so thankful they were careful with my car! Also the driver that towed my car from there to the tire place was so nice! We even got there 10/15 minutes before the shop opened and he waited with me. I feel so bad, this was almost two months ago and so many things have happened since then I sadly forgot the driver's name. I want to say it was Danny? Anyway he was very kind. Thank you for taking care of my car and myself! read more

Everything went smoothly, Willie was cordial and terrific throughout, thanks again Willie! 10/10 recommend read more
