Even if you're already packed, they come prepared with extra boxes, wrapping, and anything you might need for those last‑minute items or unexpected loose pieces. That alone took so much pressure off. I also know being in someone's personal items can be a lot, and they handled everything with so much respect and care. Since everything was already packed up and I didn't even have water to offer during the move, I made sure to grab them Starbucks once we arrived, and it definitely hit the spot. These people are amazing in how they treat the people utilizing the storage service they provide…read more I contacted Judy to discuss renting a 10'x20' storage unit which quickly turned into 2 of these units. As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

I was in need of a storage unit. Upon arriving at StorQuest I was met with Renee the store manager…read more I have to start off by saying she has such an amazing welcoming personality. Her positive attitude is contagious. She helped me with my storage needs. She was very thorough. She walked me through the property. The property is very nice. It looks brand new and extremely clean. It is centrally located, and unlike most climate controlled facilities. That one is actually cold inside. One of the things I noticed while touring the property was Renee knew all the renters that were on the property by name. I thought was wonderful. Throughout my three visits to the property to Renée was on site. One thing I will mention is being a store manager. I seen her personally with the cleaning cart and gloves on cleaning storage units cleaning as well as the facilities. As a manager myself, I thought her leading my example was amazing. She also checked on me to make sure I was doing OK because it was hot outside while unloading my U-Haul unit. She's very hands-on. She has a great personality. This store facilities is a very lucky to have her. I would highly recommend the facility based off of how clean it is, how well kept it, it's very centrally located in Phoenix. And of course, because of Renee.

He performed general maintenance, repair, as planned and even added repair from the fender bender in the same allotted time. Rebecca was incredibly friendly and got us scheduled the very same day within a couple hours upon calling, which we really appreciated. The delivery driver, Jerry, was also fantastic--professional, friendly, and very thorough during pickup. He took great care loading the dumpster back onto his truck and even went the extra mile by sweeping up the debris that had collected underneath using a broom and dustpan. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Great pricing for delivery, pickup, and dumping! We highly recommend Bin There Dump That and will definitely use them again in the future!
