When I got home I looked at my computer and it appears the order didn't submit after all. It was all my mistake, but the team at Ike's was so nice and went out of there way when I was there. The employee shouted across the restaurant in a way that drew attention from other customers, and the comment about me potentially calling to complain felt unnecessary and disrespectful. I was embarrassed, and everyone nearby appeared to be watching the interaction. Had someone simply approached me or politely informed me that there was another bag, I would have appreciated the assistance. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed and shocked by how I was treated over what was clearly an honest mistake.
