Due to a previous lash place and their poor application(accidentally gluing two natural lashes to the same false lash) my lash line had gaps. I loved the way my lashes looked right after I got them done. I received so many compliments from them and even recommended someone to them. The only problem was due to the way they were applied, it only took a couple days for my lashes to grow out a little bit and for the root area to bother my eyes. I've had numerous lash extensions before and this was a new problem that I've encountered. They were also a bit pricey for refills. When I expressed my disappointment and asked for a fix, she showed no concern. Her customer service was awful--once I paid, she completely disregarded my satisfaction. To make matters worse, my lashes started falling out after just 3-4 days. I reached out, and she offered a complimentary set, even calling to confirm. Since it takes me about 2.5 hours to get there, I made the trip--only for her to claim, "Oh, no, I didn't know I was talking to you," and refuse to redo my lashes. This was after an entire conversation on Instagram, while I was in a different state. She simply didn't care. I was devastated and on the verge of tears. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Her unprofessionalism was unacceptable, and I will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau.
