When I got there I was early and was told I have a 15 minute wait so I decided to grab something to eat. I figured this was going to happen because Sunny was out. By the time I got back they were ready. The front desk receptionist Rashida (sorry if I misspelled your name) was great! Greeted me with a smile, showed me how to check in and even check in by her was AMAZING! Now for the in between waxing experience. Amy came in and did the standard procedure. She gave me a mirror for the part she finished but not the next part to check. When I got home I still had spots that were not taken care of that I had to do myself. I am paying for a service. If I wanted to do it at home I would've. I had wax all over me and even on my phone. Honestly the only reason I would come back is because of Sunny and the receptionist tonight. I also just walked by and the salon is closed. This fall, I had wanted to reschedule an appt, but had tried numerous times and couldn't reach the front desk. Little did I know the situation would get much worse. Not sure what is going on with Soma. Very frustrated with this salon!
