I was there this morning and I must say I didn't have a good experience. Trying to communicate…read morewith the lady by the front desk or technician was difficult. I had to choose the set of lashes I want from a diagram. Then the length, the style all from a diagram. The place is small and the beds are uncomfortable. There were fumes from the heater that made me nauseous. One and done. Never going back.

I was so excited to find a local spot in Bay Ridge for lashes. It's a tiny spot with a small…read morewaiting area and only a few beds but it seemed clean and tidy. I got the 5D because I wanted something very full and dramatic and my lashes were not the healthiest and a bit sparse from another lash place I was going to before. Due to a previous lash place and their poor application(accidentally gluing two natural lashes to the same false lash) my lash line had gaps. I loved the way my lashes looked right after I got them done. I received so many compliments from them and even recommended someone to them. The only problem was due to the way they were applied, it only took a couple days for my lashes to grow out a little bit and for the root area to bother my eyes. I've had numerous lash extensions before and this was a new problem that I've encountered. They were also a bit pricey for refills. I will definitely be back for the 5D set when my lashes are looking sparse and I'm looking for something dramatic.

I usually don't get my lashes done for many reasons, but since it was my birthday, I decided to…read morebook a session with Jessica, the owner. From the start, the experience was frustrating--she rescheduled my appointment, saying she had other things to do. After some back and forth, we finally agreed on a new time, even though I had already booked online. When I arrived, I was excited and showed her a video of the lashes I wanted. She assured me she could do them but mentioned adding a small twist to enhance the look. I told her that was fine as long as they still resembled the video. Unfortunately, they didn't. When I expressed my disappointment and asked for a fix, she showed no concern. Her customer service was awful--once I paid, she completely disregarded my satisfaction. To make matters worse, my lashes started falling out after just 3-4 days. I reached out, and she offered a complimentary set, even calling to confirm. Since it takes me about 2.5 hours to get there, I made the trip--only for her to claim, "Oh, no, I didn't know I was talking to you," and refuse to redo my lashes. This was after an entire conversation on Instagram, while I was in a different state. She simply didn't care. I was devastated and on the verge of tears. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Her unprofessionalism was unacceptable, and I will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau.

This is a nail and eyelash salon located on the second floor of a building right off of 8th Avenue…read morein Sunset Park. The place is very new, clean, and modern-looking with one side of the space for lashes and the other side for nails. They offer very extensive services for both lashes and nails. I really liked getting my nails done here and will definitely be back! It's better to make an appointment, but they do take walk-ins. Pricing was reasonable; a regular gel manicure was $38. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend you get your nails done by Mia. She was very detail-oriented even for my regular gel manicure. She took her time and did my nails perfectly. My nails came out very nice and exactly the way I wanted it to. Overall, I would highly recommend this salon!

Walked in with no appointment and requested a removal service for my old gel x set. The lady (Yuki)…read moresaid she was able to remove it for $20. She cut my skin with the tool multiple times, looked at me and laughed it off without apologizing. Half way through the service, she asked her coworker to translate for her "is it ok to paint a layer of gel on your nails, it will protect them". There was a language barrier so I was quite confused, if I'm here for a removal, why would they paint a layer of gel on my nails? Regardless of this, I said ok. When she was done drilling, Yuki told me to go wash my hands. I sat back down in her chair after because there's no way she would let me walk out like this right? Yuki said I was done and walked me out to pay. Not even 5 minutes later, I see another customer in her chair. I understand if she had another client, but then why take me in and rush through and do a shit job? Chunks of gel were still on my fingernails after the so called "removal". No one here speaks conversational English so be aware that there might be a language barrier if you're not fluent in Chinese.
