Due to a previous lash place and their poor application(accidentally gluing two natural lashes to the same false lash) my lash line had gaps. I loved the way my lashes looked right after I got them done. I received so many compliments from them and even recommended someone to them. The only problem was due to the way they were applied, it only took a couple days for my lashes to grow out a little bit and for the root area to bother my eyes. I've had numerous lash extensions before and this was a new problem that I've encountered. They were also a bit pricey for refills. I will definitely be back for the 5D set when my lashes are looking sparse and I'm looking for something dramatic.

After some back and forth, we finally agreed on a new time, even though I had already booked online. When I arrived, I was excited and showed her a video of the lashes I wanted. She assured me she could do them but mentioned adding a small twist to enhance the look. I told her that was fine as long as they still resembled the video. Unfortunately, they didn't. When I expressed my disappointment and asked for a fix, she showed no concern. Her customer service was awful--once I paid, she completely disregarded my satisfaction. To make matters worse, my lashes started falling out after just 3-4 days. I reached out, and she offered a complimentary set, even calling to confirm. Since it takes me about 2.5 hours to get there, I made the trip--only for her to claim, "Oh, no, I didn't know I was talking to you," and refuse to redo my lashes. This was after an entire conversation on Instagram, while I was in a different state. She simply didn't care. I was devastated and on the verge of tears. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Her unprofessionalism was unacceptable, and I will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau.

I think the other places I went to would just tell me they couldn't do it cause of the shape of my eye or charge extra for more lash fill-ins but she just took her time to fill more lashes in (no extra charge) and worked her miracle. Most places I've been to in manhattan or flushing makes my eye super sensitive the next day but I haven't had this issue at all. This is the 3rd time I've been here and I can say the lashes are consistently great each time. I really like that the owner is also the only beautician/cosmetologist so she's really attentive and manages her time well so I never had to wait when I go in for my appointments/ be disturbed by another customer. Also the pricing is unbeatable for the quality and how long lasting my lashes were. I think fallouts began AFTER 2 weeks (plus I apply eye makeup daily ). I got one of the most basic facial yesterday mostly to remove the dead layer on my skin since its dry and patchy all year, but this is the second day and I'm really noticing a significant difference; will definitely try this again next month.
