I appreciate how thin they file down the builder gel layer, so the end result doesn't feel overly bulky. Each manicure I've had here easily lasts 4-5 weeks without chipping. Prices are reasonable at $60 for one color and no design. The color options here though are quite limited. Everything is cat eyed or jelly; their inventory for pinks is minimal.

When I reached out, they offered to fix it, which I appreciated, but I told them I could just wait for the fill-in visit. When I went for my fill-in appointment, I brought inspiration photos to show the shape I wanted because I wanted it to be straight forward - an elongated oval shape, which seems pretty simple. What I got looked nothing like them. They were cut super short, uneven and no shaping, no consistency . It honestly felt like they just trimmed my nails and painted them. I've attached my inspiration photos next to the actual results, plus the nail that broke, so you can judge for yourself. On top of that, even though I had a scheduled appointment, I was passed from my original tech to a different one with no explanation in the middle of service. It felt rude and very unprofessional.

I've been to a few nail salons before for dip powder and this place is well priced as well as gentle. The nail salon ladies greet you as you come in and when they are busy, they'll let you know to come back. Aside from that, they are able to tell that I'm a bit more sensitive and my nail bed will bleed and hurt if they push back my cuticles too much. They explain that they'll have to push back my cuticles but they do so gently. The service here is great and I find myself looking forward to my nail self care days.

Yes, believe the reviews, and yes, believe the hype! Although this place is tight quarters with only three pedicure chairs, coming here as soon as they open is well worth it! I didn't have an appointment, and literally got there as soon as they were lifting open the window gates. They were super nice and asked me to just hangout a few until they opened the place; easy enough to do with the chairs they had places outside - which was a nice touch that not too many places ever consider doing. Mei (her name tag actually reads "May") took care of my UV gel pedicure. She was very gentle and gave a great 10 minute leg massage that was included in the green tea spa pedicure I chose. Another plus, the massage chairs they have ACTUALLY work and are fabulous! They didn't moan and creek like many of the other salons I've gone to; it was so soothing, I almost nodded off! Ahh, the life of a boy mom! They have a HUGE selection of colors for UV, and I picked this pretty trippy rose color (#23) that had an opal effect to it that was activated by a kind of magnet ($5 extra for the effect; well worth it). It left 2 of my finger nails damaged because I had to work up the courage to tell her to stop. Not to mention the worker was rushing and very rough on my nails the entire time. She had me sitting with a dirty bowl of acetone for significantly longer than needed, which left my entire hands peeling, again I had to speak up. Anyway, after the gel was soft enough and peeling, she was going extremely rough on my natural nail while filing it. It left my fingernails looking like it had layers. She was going to have me walk out like this WITHOUT any nail oil to rehydrate my nail? Also had to trim my nails at home. Terrible service, will not be going back.
