It has now…read morebeen about a year since the lash technician burned/damaged my eyelashes, and despite everything I have tried serums, oils, and other treatments the part of my lash line that was damaged still has not grown back properly. At the time, I already said it took months for my lashes to look somewhat normal again, but I never expected to still be dealing with the consequences a year later. This was not just a bad cosmetic result. I trusted someone with a service around my eyes, and I'm still living with the damage. I absolutely do not recommend getting lash services here. Please be very careful about who you trust with your eyes and eyelashes.

I have had skin problems (only on my face) for the past 8+ years and my acne was constantly a challenge. I have tried countless estheticians and NOTHING helped to the extent that the Roezen mask does. It truly is incredible. Yelena is a wonderful esthetician and is passionate about what she does. She gives you a step-by-step routine, with incredible products... that put you on the right track. I have been going to her for a month and have purchased some of her products, which are not badly priced at all for the AMAZING results that they yield. I waited a few weeks to write this review because I feel that products often help for a few days and then just dry out your skin. I wanted to wait and see the longer-term results in order to write an honest review. I came to realize that the Roezen mask and products (I use them religiously and correctly) helped to bring all of my problems to the surface (pull all of the bad stuff from inside) and to CORRECT my skin for better long-term results. I had scarring, cysts, extreme redness, and other unpleasant things on my face just a month ago and, for the most part, all of that has DISAPPEARED. My skin tone is now even for the first time in a while and I don't have to worry about putting on AS MUCH make-up anymore (which ultimately helps make the skin even healthier). I am typically hesitant to endorse products but I certainly recommend the Roezen Mask (and TONER) to everyone suffering from skin problems. This mask and system has worked wonders for me.

My mom is disabled and the way the staff accommodated her was really great customer service. They were patient and kind, and let her wait for a half hour in a pedicure chair so she can soak her feet in warm water. The manicure as very thorough. I get my nails done once a week so I know a good one when I see one. Prices are totally reasonable too. Will definitely take my mom here again.

Since my hair is blond and was just freshly colored to a platinum blond, I asked several times if the treatment would change the color of my hair and make it yellow. She assured me that not only would it not change my color, but will make the blond look cleaner and brighter. I asked if she has done it before on blonds and if any of them had their hair turn yellow and she again said no. Next, she demanded a prepayment of $50 through zelle. I explained that I don't feel comfortable sending cash to a person I never met and she was surprized to hear that. It should have been a sign not to go there. Should have listened to my gut. When I came, she again re assured me that my hair will not turn yellow or change color in any way. She did the treatment and I did smell an ingredient that was previously put in my hair and turned it yellow. I asked if she is sure my hair will not change color and she said not to worry. When she was done, it did look yellow, but I attributed it to the bad lighting. However, when I got home and looked in the mirror, I realized that not only my hair turned yellow, but also greenish/yellowish. I am attaching a picture so you can see my platinum hair I came in with and greenish/yellowish I ended up with. When I texted Olga, she said that usially blonds don't turn yellow, bit my hair did unfortunately (so she already saw it before O even left the salon). She said that toner should fix it, but from experince I lnew it wouldn't. I sent pictires to my colorist and he wa horrified by the results as he just colored my hair couple of days prior. He said only highlights would fix it. I told Olga I wanted money back because she ruined my color and now I had to get highlights and it cost a lot. Her reply was- no money back , you don't like it, then sue me. Which I will. Her incompetency cost me $170 and cost of hoghlights to fix it. I would never intrust my hair to her again for toner or anything else. Be careful, do not go to this place. Read all the reviews.
