I used to go to a threading salon in Midtown Manhattan because I used to work a few blocks away from it. I no longer go to the city for work so I was in a pinch trying to find a new place to entrust my brows. I used to sacrifice my time and energy to travel to the city just to get my brows done, but no more! I found this place, and I'm super happy. This place is clean and sanitary. It's bright and spacious, and feels comfortable. Threading costs $7 without tip. I usually go midweek, early afternoon, and there's usually no customers or maybe one person in the chair. Not sure what it's like during peak hours, but if there was a wait, I wouldn't mind because it's worth it. I've only ever gotten my eyebrows threaded so I can't comment on their other services. I'll update accordingly if this changes. But I trust my eyebrows with this salon, and for most women, you know that's the real deal. The only eyebrow threading salon I trust. Always spotless clean and trust worthy. I always go to Sumi; she is gentle, sweet and always gives the option for aloe gel at the end. The biggest plus is that they are supper affordable! Threading here is $7 oppose to other salons I have been to that charge 12$ or more. Another cool thing is after 7 eyebrow threadings your next one is free with your punch card. Only downfall is the parking is a bit tricky. I just recently moved to New York and was in desperate need for a great place to get my eyebrows done. I have one person I go to back home and that it, so finding someone new was tough! I was constantly on yelp looking for the best reviewed places and hoping for a decent price. I could always find one, but not the other! I came upon this location on yelp and thought "ugh I have to just bite the bullet and get my eyebrows done and cross my fingers and hope for the best!" When I got there there was no line or anything, it looks fairly clean, not the best design in the whole world but it would do. I laid back in the chair and explain how I like my brows to stay tick but have a bit of shape and a nice clean up. I have a few gaps I'm trying to grow in as well and pointed them out. It wasn't the most pain free experience I've ever had but Sumi did an incredible job! She gave my brows a BEAUTIFUL shape without making them too thin, taking off the tail, or over arching them!! Once I sat up and looked at my brows I was so relieved and happy that I found the person I'm going to stick with! I paid $7 for my eyebrow threading and it was the best $7 I spent that day for sure! I found this place last minute, just closest one. What a great surprise! Sumi has magical hands! I did Brazilian after long pause and it was less painful than when I did it regularly. I have been going to this salon since it opened. It is a few doors away from my gym so that it makes it so convenient to go get threaded after a workout. The spot is pristine clean, roomy, and airy, with plenty of comfortable seating for you if you need to wait. Their threading chairs are even comfortable! That makes such a difference since it is a painful process to go through. I've been to tiny little threading spots that were not comfortable to wait or get service in. This is my favorite spot out of all of my experiences. The two young sisters are so friendly that it's like visiting friends when I go in. I can't recommend this salon enough. I don't like having anyone else touch my eyebrows which have been compared to Brook Shields' brows all of my life! (Just say no to pencil thin brows)! They are perfectionists with their threading skills. They take their time with you, don't rush, and are gentle! No one likes being treated like lawn weed in the threading chair! There's also plenty of other conveniences within walking distance: coffee, food, bus stops, subway is a few blocks away, and shopping. You won't regret going here. read more

My first visit was with an older lady, i got my eyebrows threaded and she did as i asked with my eyebrows & i loved it, so i decided to go in for a second time today, bringing my mother along. There was a different younger lady, who was as nice and talented as the first. Both my mother & i got our brows threaded as well as tinted and she did an amazing job. I came in on a weekday during after school hours to get a brazilian. I was greeted by the two ladies who work there. The lady who attended me seemed nice and based on some of the reviews I thought I was going to get a clean wax. Well I was wrong, the lady who waxed me kept over waxing the same area and my skin felt irritated. What made it worse was the fact that her gloves were sticky from the wax and every time she pressed my skin to pull out the wax, I felt that shit. I mean if the gloves are sticky, why not change into a new pair or rub some baby oil to remove some of the stickiness? ‍ Anyways, she had this extra stick with some leftover wax to use for missing spots so she decided to use my thigh as a placement??? I was literally disappointed at how unprofessional this spot is. Overall, the wax is $30 and I gave her $40 and didn't bother to give me singles, just a ten dollar bill as if she deserved it in which what I went through, she doesn't. read more

I saw the rave reviews for this place when I was looking for a place to do my brows. I do them myself but I thought maybe it would look better if a professional did it. I was quite a distance from this place but it had 5 stars so I made the trek over. When I got to the store, there was one other person and the wait wasn't too bad. Once the threading lady finished, she waved me over to a chair. I didn't have too much to take off except for a few strays on the bottom and I just wanted a more clean look. She started taking off a lot of hair on the top and on the bottom. When she finished with one brow, she let me check it and what was left was an early 2000s skinny brow. My heart dropped but I can't walk around with mismatched brows so I let her finish with the other brow. I used to have full brows but now I can't even fill it in without it looking drawn on. There may have been some miscommunication. If you come here, be sure to give clear instructions as to what you want or else you'll end up with the skinniest brows! read more
