I created yelp just so I can review this place. I got my eyelashes done 3 weeks ago about to be a month in 2 days. Usually by now, the glue should soften and it should come off, or, easily soften and come off with the help of oil. The glue is STILL HARD! HARD LIKE PLASTIC!!!! It refuses to soften. I've been trying for 3 days now to get these lashes off and still it's still HARD! My real lashes are stuck within the "glue" that they used. This is upsetting as well as embarrassing because I'm walking around with my eyelashes looking wild. I totally understand they want the lashes to last long BUT, this is ridiculous!! Idk what type of glue they used. It's honestly like they used melted plastic because this it REFUSES TO GET SOFT. Also, it's definitely not hair glue because I even got desperate and used hair bonding glue remover, and still it remains HARD. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! I would give a ZERO. They had no idea I speak their language and understand them, and they were making some horrible comments about me while I was getting a facial and eyebrow done. Not only did she try to up my $30 facial price to a $45 facial that I didn't ask for, but she was speaking in her language saying how easy it is to rip people off. Also, they don't accept credit card but accept cash or Zelle so when I Zelled them, the lady was telling the other worker how "I'm lying and I'm not really gonna pay them" which is extremely offensive. Customer service is TERRIBLE, the business is clearly doing horrible since most of their signs are higher prices now. With terrible customer service like that, you will not get any money. Also, after I sent my payment AGAIN and waited for it to go through (the right thing to do), she told the other co worker to shut and lock the door behind me after I leave the place. I have never felt so disrespected and discriminated at a eyebrow threading place before. Never coming back, don't bother giving money to businesses like this. read more

I got my wax there by the young lady like two days ago . My total was 60 dollars . I gave her a $50 and a 20 dollar bill . The young lady went over to add my money in the register and proceeded to give me back my change .The owner then came over behind the counter where the young lady was tap her and took the ten dollars out of her hand and replace it with a five dollar bill and five singles . I'm like okay maybe she just wanted to give me this instead of the hard 10 so I can tip but I always tip and she knows this . So about two minutes went by I'm packing up my things looking in the mirror and the owner tells me my 20 dollars is "fake" . I'm like NO it's not and are you sure that's the twenty dollars I gave you .? She proceeded to say yea it is , I'm sure. However she wasn't the one who place the money in the register and she had other bills in her hand . So I ask her again are you sure that's the money I gave you she stated yes . So now I'm like okay I don't think she would lie about that but at the back of my mind I'm like I felt that money when I had it with the $50 dollars and it didn't feel like that ( the fake money ) when I handed it to the young lady . I ended up handing over a new twenty dollar bill because Im not going to back and forth over twenty dollars and the owner Kashish returned back the Her fake 20 .But after I'm like wait did this girl try to rob me ,claiming I gave her fake money when in reality I believe she already had that fake money in the draw and trying to make up for her loss by saying I gave her a fake 20 . Because previously she told me people be giving her fake money all the time , her rent is expensive and she doesn't make the profit and etc . So shame on you Kashish for lying and being fraudulent . I'm sure you have done this before . Secondly you guys should be shut down because you don't practice hand hygiene . From straight waxing kitty to collecting money and then going to wax someone eyebrows all while touching their face that is just Ridiculous . I do not recommend this place. I came here to get my face threaded. I politely asked the worker there if she can wash her hands before we begin and she catches a attitude like I said something rude. Hand washing is the BARE MINIMUM if you're going to preform a service on someone's face. She's on her dirty phone, touches other people's faces, and she will touch your face with those same dirty hands! She just used a little hand sanitizer on the tips of her fingers, but at the end of the service she used her hands to lotion my face. I got a terrible breakout after my service. Waiting here to get your brows done can be hell, but after that wait, you will love your brows. Haritu did a great job on my eyebrows. She arched them exactly how I wanted them to be arched and applied enough aloe gel after threading them. Every type of card is accepted here. The wait is pretty long but this is one of the best brow shops in Brooklyn. There is also a card given to you at the end in which after yout ninth threading, you will receive your tenth one free. read more

Don't go here. Worst facial experience. The hygiene isn't very good but the worst thing was as I was getting a herbal facial the beautician was talking on her mobile phone and serving other customers. Talking to your friends or boyfriend on the phone whilst doing a facial is just not on! read more

Just got my eyebrows done after a month and a half after surgery. Not only was the woman upset that i did not want my brows to be threaded but she then told me that i was not going to get any shape by waxing. I have waxed my eyebrows for over 18 years and have natural full brows. She then turn to the woman next to her and start talking about me and the fact that i did not want to thread my brows. I usually come here all the time and get great service. It's a no frills experience, but you get what you pay for. However, one of new women, Anita, is absolutely HORRIBLE! She's so slow at threading, making it extremely painful. Her waxing skills are also awful, she got wax all over me, missed a crazy amount of hairs then ended up needing someone else come to help her because she was struggling so badly. Use to go here until I decided to let them do an eyebrow tint. When she put the dye on for one she made it bigger than my actual eyebrow. But that's not the worst part. When I got home I realized my eyebrows were really itchy so I washed it off with water When I woke up the next day my eyebrows were swollen, red, blotchy and blistering.
