My experience has always been relaxing and also inviting! I've been coming here since they arrived in the community and I am very pleased with my results. Brows and lashes are my only experience! Today I'm doing a Brazilian for the 1st time Excited much read more

I created yelp just so I can review this place. I got my eyelashes done 3 weeks ago about to be a month in 2 days. Usually by now, the glue should soften and it should come off, or, easily soften and come off with the help of oil. The glue is STILL HARD! HARD LIKE PLASTIC!!!! It refuses to soften. I've been trying for 3 days now to get these lashes off and still it's still HARD! My real lashes are stuck within the "glue" that they used. This is upsetting as well as embarrassing because I'm walking around with my eyelashes looking wild. I totally understand they want the lashes to last long BUT, this is ridiculous!! Idk what type of glue they used. It's honestly like they used melted plastic because this it REFUSES TO GET SOFT. Also, it's definitely not hair glue because I even got desperate and used hair bonding glue remover, and still it remains HARD. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! I would give a ZERO. They had no idea I speak their language and understand them, and they were making some horrible comments about me while I was getting a facial and eyebrow done. Not only did she try to up my $30 facial price to a $45 facial that I didn't ask for, but she was speaking in her language saying how easy it is to rip people off. Also, they don't accept credit card but accept cash or Zelle so when I Zelled them, the lady was telling the other worker how "I'm lying and I'm not really gonna pay them" which is extremely offensive. Customer service is TERRIBLE, the business is clearly doing horrible since most of their signs are higher prices now. With terrible customer service like that, you will not get any money. Also, after I sent my payment AGAIN and waited for it to go through (the right thing to do), she told the other co worker to shut and lock the door behind me after I leave the place. I have never felt so disrespected and discriminated at a eyebrow threading place before. Never coming back, don't bother giving money to businesses like this. read more

Very friendly, professional and clean ! I've been going to Simple Eyebrow for over 2 years for my waxing , facials and threading. I would recommend this place to anyone! Love it ! read more

I got my wax there by the young lady like two days ago . My total was 60 dollars . I gave her a $50 and a 20 dollar bill . The young lady went over to add my money in the register and proceeded to give me back my change .The owner then came over behind the counter where the young lady was tap her and took the ten dollars out of her hand and replace it with a five dollar bill and five singles . I'm like okay maybe she just wanted to give me this instead of the hard 10 so I can tip but I always tip and she knows this . So about two minutes went by I'm packing up my things looking in the mirror and the owner tells me my 20 dollars is "fake" . I'm like NO it's not and are you sure that's the twenty dollars I gave you .? She proceeded to say yea it is , I'm sure. However she wasn't the one who place the money in the register and she had other bills in her hand . So I ask her again are you sure that's the money I gave you she stated yes . So now I'm like okay I don't think she would lie about that but at the back of my mind I'm like I felt that money when I had it with the $50 dollars and it didn't feel like that ( the fake money ) when I handed it to the young lady . I ended up handing over a new twenty dollar bill because Im not going to back and forth over twenty dollars and the owner Kashish returned back the Her fake 20 .But after I'm like wait did this girl try to rob me ,claiming I gave her fake money when in reality I believe she already had that fake money in the draw and trying to make up for her loss by saying I gave her a fake 20 . Because previously she told me people be giving her fake money all the time , her rent is expensive and she doesn't make the profit and etc . So shame on you Kashish for lying and being fraudulent . I'm sure you have done this before . Secondly you guys should be shut down because you don't practice hand hygiene . From straight waxing kitty to collecting money and then going to wax someone eyebrows all while touching their face that is just Ridiculous . The twenty is let go but it's just the principle like you really tried it . People check your money matter of fact I do not even recommend this place. read more

I do not recommend this place. I came here to get my face threaded. I politely asked the worker there if she can wash her hands before we begin and she catches a attitude like I said something rude. Hand washing is the BARE MINIMUM if you're going to preform a service on someone's face. She's on her dirty phone, touches other people's faces, and she will touch your face with those same dirty hands! She just used a little hand sanitizer on the tips of her fingers, but at the end of the service she used her hands to lotion my face. I got a terrible breakout after my service. I regret not walking away. I will never come back here! Nasty practices and very unsanitary. read more

Waiting here to get your brows done can be hell, but after that wait, you will love your brows. Haritu did a great job on my eyebrows. She arched them exactly how I wanted them to be arched and applied enough aloe gel after threading them. Every type of card is accepted here. The wait is pretty long but this is one of the best brow shops in Brooklyn. There is also a card given to you at the end in which after yout ninth threading, you will receive your tenth one free. read more

I went here yesterday to do a Brazilian, underarms and eyebrow threading. I feel like a newborn baby down there All together it cost $60

First time here and Shweta slayed my henna design. The place was clean and customer service was amazing. She took her time to do my henna and she love doing them. She was super sweet! Pricing is fair and it was extremely detailed. This is a picture of when it dried the same day. read more

DO NOT GO...... I wish I could have give them 0 stars but that's not a option. So the 1 star is for how clean the place is. But the service is VERY VERY POOR. Just got my eyebrows done after a month and a half after surgery. Not only was the woman upset that i did not want my brows to be threaded but she then told me that i was not going to get any shape by waxing. I have waxed my eyebrows for over 18 years and have natural full brows. She then turn to the woman next to her and start talking about me and the fact that i did not want to thread my brows. She did one side almost square and the other c shape. Omg my life .... but I paid and said never again. Don't go...don't call they dont know what they're doing. read more

Don't go here. Worst facial experience. The hygiene isn't very good but the worst thing was as I was getting a herbal facial the beautician was talking on her mobile phone and serving other customers. Talking to your friends or boyfriend on the phone whilst doing a facial is just not on! read more

I'm very upset. I asked for my eyebrows not to be thin and of course she threads them as thin as possible. I'm highly upset that I wasted my time to get my eyebrows done and she messed up my eyebrows. i purposely grew my eyebrows out so that I can have thick eyebrows and she made my eyebrows thin again. read more

The lashes they do are TERRIBLE , I don't know if it's glue or what but the lashes are hard and irritating. Definitely not a place to get them done maybe just eyebrows. read more

Use to go here until I decided to let them do an eyebrow tint. When she put the dye on for one she made it bigger than my actual eyebrow. But that's not the worst part. When I got home I realized my eyebrows were really itchy so I washed it off with water When I woke up the next day my eyebrows were swollen, red, blotchy and blistering. When I went back to show her she ask next time you come free eyebrows but I won't be returning here because she was suppose to do a skin test which shows her lack of cosmetology experience or laziness. read more

Simple Eyebrow - My eyebrows 3 days later - Waxing Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I usually come here all the time and get great service. It's a no frills experience, but you get what you pay for. However, one of new women, Anita, is absolutely HORRIBLE! She's so slow at threading, making it extremely painful. Her waxing skills are also awful, she got wax all over me, missed a crazy amount of hairs then ended up needing someone else come to help her because she was struggling so badly. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS. Sony is good, ask for Sony. read more

I was so happy to find this place! I am visiting from California for a friends wedding and was hoping to get my eyebrows done like I do at home. This place is super clean and the ladies working there were super friendly if not a little quiet. I got the full face being a hairy Italian and the lady who did it was super gentle and took her time making sure to get every little hair. The best part was after she was done she gave me the most magnificent face massage of my life. Please help keep these ladies in business! read more

I love to support new businesses in my neighborhood, but this place is a mess! First off it's filthy inside there. When they are done using the thread they throw them on the floor. The threader had a full conversation over my face as she waxed my eyebrows and threaded my upper lip! I was so disgusted! read more

As a regular of two years I can confidently give this place a five star review. I usually get a full face wax and eyebrow thread by Kashish, who is incredibly meticulous, quick, and doesn't miss a single hair. The place is super clean, the ladies are friendly, and it's conveniently located on Flatbush near my weekend gym. Definitely worth a shot! read more

I went in here once because its local and cheap not expecting much, but this quickly became my favorite waxing place. The ladies are so thorough they dont leave any hairs behind. My eyebrows always come out looking on point, and they are all so nice too! Every time after I get my face waxed here they give me a free mask which is amazing considering that they already are pretty cheap. Really happy with this place. read more

I just moved to the neighborhood and have been looking for a good place to get my eyebrows done. I searched on Yelp, found Simple Eyebrow and thought I'd give it a try. This place exceeded my expectations! I had a full face done and the woman who took care of me was amazing! She was as gentle as possible and got every little hair off my face ...even ones that I never knew existed. I am also very particular about my eyebrows and she did a great job. Afterwards she gave me the best face massage ever! The space is very bright and clean. A great addition to Flatbush. I'll definitely be back. read more

This place is AMAZING!!! PLEASE COME AND GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE!!! I dont go anywhere else, ive been coming here for 3 years and let me tell you, this place is phenominal!!! My personal favorite people that do eyebrows are Merina and Puja. I always go to them cause they thread eyebrows and thread moustache with such great precision and they are so kind. The customer service here is beautiful. They know me by name and i always get greeted by the door with a smile. Ladies (and gentlemen if ur interested in getting eyebrows threaded, which is highly recommended more than wax) look no further and come here. Ask for Merina and Puja and tell them Maria sent you! Lol the owner is very nice too. This place is very family orientated aswell. You can trust that your belongings are safe while u get all beautiful and ready. I also recommend that you check out there henna, tinted eyebrow services, and also their facials and extensions on eyelashes. I love it here, there is no other way to say it! They do body waxing aswell ladies! Come on down!!!! read more
