In the last several months, she has renovated the entire office and made it cute and welcoming. The place is pristine and Natalia herself is knowledgable, friendly and accommodating to any scheduling issues or changes. I tip on the total value amount (which is what you are supposed to do with a Groupon) and she is always seriously appreciative. I was so impressed that I actually went back for a second round of treatments on another area. I will actually kind of miss her when I run out of unwanted hair, haha.

I am familiar with the neighborhood but not with this specific location. After arriving, I was confused because it was a hair salon. On the left side of the window though, it reads Laser Aesthetics Studio. I decided to enter. Inside, there are women getting their hair done. Expect to be given weird looks as a newcomer. But don't worry, you're not there for them ;) I asked for Zhanna and they had me wait towards the back. Although not your typical medspa and space is limited, the area is clean and she sanitizes your glasses with an alcohol pad before service. (Which should be done at all laser places. If it isn't, that's a clear indication that you should LEAVE) Zhanna is very thorough and doesn't rush your session. I have about four more sessions to go and I'm looking forward to the results!

I've been seeing Natalya for facials and laser treatment for over a month now and my experience with her has been wonderful. She is an excellent cosmetologist and a very caring person. In addition to facials and laser treatment, she has also provided me products specifically for my skin and instructions on how to properly clean my face every morning and night. She also checks in on me every day to ensure that I am following the steps properly and to adjust my facial cleansing routine depending on how my skin responds to certain products and/or lifestyle changes. I've never worked with a cosmetologist (or even a dermatologist for that matter) who has been more thorough and effective at improving my skin and educating me on how to properly care for my skin on my own. While I waited for my session to begin, Uncle Nat's nephew Lavonn made me a soothing dairy free turmeric chai latte. Loving these laser sessions with Uncle Nat using YAG. Every time I get my lip and chin done it's a facial laser. I leave with my skin glowing. The YAG has significantly helped discoloration on my melanated skin.
