I had such a good experience at this spa for Valentine's Day '22. Even though they didn't have available slots for couples facials listed on their site, they immediately accommodated us once my partner called to ask for it. Upon arrival, the service was great. We had our coats taken and hung up, we slipped into cute branded slippers, and we were offered adorably themed treats and drinks. Once we walked back to our room, we changed into cozy robes and had our heads propped up on cushy pillows. I loved the procedure from beginning to end. Since it was my first time, my aesthetician walked me through all the different sections and consistently checked in to make sure I was okay. She even showed me all the blackheads that she removed (yuck but also veryy cool lol) . After everything was done, she gave me pointers on how to keep my pores unclogged and she reminded me to add products with sunscreen to my routine. I loved my first deep cleansing facial and I definitely have Natrabella Skincare Beauty and Day Spa to thank for that. Unprofessional! I've been going a couple times and every time I've gone there's different staff members. Ali (the owner) charges you for city taxes then city and state tax then a service charge. I guess this is her way of tipping herself. As far as quality of work I've had better so I will not be going back or recommend. They do not educate you know what they're doing, they don't tell you how to maintain your skin. It seems like they just to bare minimum and rush you out the spa. Go at your own will. read more

I am no stranger to skincare or cosmetic treatments, I'm a skincare nut and enjoy treating my skin to professional services. Throughout the years I have rarely had a service and felt like it was worth the money I spent nor did my skin reflect the claims of the service. Well I'm happy to say that NatraBella SkinCare definitely delivered. Allison performed microneedling on me a week ago- she made the entire experience comforting and reassuring (from the booking process until the end of my service). She communicated throughout the service and encouraged me to ask any questions I had. She effectively communicated everything to be expected during the healing process so there were no surprises. I wish I took pictures of my results but honestly pictures wouldn't do it justice. Run don't walk to get your skin treated by Allison, I believe you won't be disappointed. *My ONLY qualm was during my treatment there was another customer speaking very loudly on the phone. Almost 2 years and counting and still in love with this business!! I've never had an issue with customer service as Ali and her employees have provided great service from waxing to body scrubs. I am excited that they have expanded their services and I can get a majority of services from one business. The wax used for the Brazilian is not painful and very quick. No more of those strip thingys! I always leave smooth and I have noticed a significant decrease in in-grown hairs thanks to the tea tree oil used after my wax. The body scrub and it's process is amazing! You get to choose your own flavor/scent from their collection. Sabrina was very thorough with the scrub and also informed me of the benefits. There's a shower in the same room in which the scrub is done and that made me feel even more comfortable. I will definitely keep on returning! read more

My friend suggested we get this groupon for a facial. I said sure sounds like fun. It's walking distance from from my home. My friend made the appointments. We had 10am and 11am on a Saturday. I took the 10am slot since I live so close. This business is housed inside of a nail boutique. The nail salon was pretty nice. It was 10am so there wasn't anyone in there just one staff member cleaning up. I walk into the salon and let them know I was there was a facial and I was led to sit in the waiting area. NB skincare is a one woman show, so she takes care of everything. She greeted me (I'm horrible with name) and introduced herself then we went into the room. This was my first facial so I wasn't really sure what to expect. I was give a short robe and told to undress from the waist up and then lay down face up. There was a massage, scrub, mask, lots of steam, cream and blackhead extractions ($30 extra). I left feeling great. My face felt smooth, soft and moisturized. Can't complain on that front. My only suggestion would be that she silence or put on do not disturb her cell phone during the sessions. I could hear when the music lowered several times due to incoming text messages or notifications. And my friend told me that the phone rang a few times during her session. read more

Initial appointment: 11/24/2018 I had an amazing experience at Natrabella, the staff was very professional and kind. Before I was treated they explained in-depth the nature of the procedure I'd be doing and how it would relate to my current skin regiment. I didn't take any before or after pics but I plan on returning there soon so I will do that then. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who has any skin concerns. Update: 14/01/2020 So I have been going to Natrabella for the past year, and more consistently in the past 6 months ( having up to 4 treatment sessions). These range from LHR on my chin, 2 Microneedling sessions, and 1 Medium peel. My skin has been consistently doing better, the care that Allie and her staff take to ensure that you get the best out of your sessions its truly superb. I had little to no breakouts and a very simple skincare routine. Unfortunately, I had a recent breakout in the first week of the year due to taking Biotin (a much higher dose than required as I am deficient) . It only took a week of taking it for my skin to flare up (one side more than the other). I ran to Natrabella as soon as I could and they recommended the best course of treatment. Its almost been 2 weeks my skin significantly looks better with the help of the Acne treatment that I got as well the strict skin regiment Allie put me on. I came a few months ago before COVID shut everything down. My aesthetician was a sweety. I don't remember her name but she was a young girl. She did a great job on my facial. My Brazilian and vajacial was a different story. She did good during but after a few days I had slight irritation and I broke out with ingrown hairs. It looked crazy! I reached out to the spa to inquire about the products used for the vajacial in hopes of seeing what the culprit was but I did not receive a response. I wouldn't go back for a wax or vajacial but I would recommend the facials. read more

The absolute worst waxing experience I have ever had, and by a looooong way. Basically, in attempting to trim some of my hair before waxing it, she used a pair of IKEA kitchen scissors (no, not sterile), and CUT my labia. Yes, she snipped a part of my genitals off with a dirty pair of kitchen scissors. I can only be grateful that I didn't get an infection. As if that wasn't enough, it was also the most incredibly painful wax I've ever known, took over an hour, and I left looking like I had two weeks growth and had to finish the job with a pair of tweezers when I got home. Ok, it had been a while since my last wax, but this level of incompetence was profound. They'd had an opening party the night before for the new location, so the place was a complete mess, with empty champagne glasses everywhere and no toilet paper in the bathroom. My appointment was at noon, not like 9am. Maybe the woman who did my wax (the owner of this business) was incredibly hungover? Or still drunk? It's really the only way to explain how she did such an appalling job. I got a phone call a couple days later asking if I wanted a discount on my next visit! I explained obviously I won't be going again, and asked if I can have my money refunded instead. She said she'd "check with the manager" and of course I never heard back. I was honestly completely traumatized by this whole experience and I hope this place shuts down soon before the my hurt anyone else. read more

So after the horrid experience, I notice my face began to peel two days later, but she never told me she was putting a chemical peel on my face without my consent. I sent her pictures of my face peeling, and asked her why didn't she tell me she put a chemical pee on my face without notifying me, no reply. As she kept walking in and out of the room and saying "tell me if this burns, its just a treatment you will purchase". She applied the first and second treatment without letting me know "this treatment was a chemical peel". If you are conducting a procedure on my face without telling me what is being applied or what you are doing then have the audacity to be rude towards me after I paid you. I opted for the Deep Pore Cleansing Facial with a seaweed mask add on. I had a great experience. Allison is very hands on and ensures that you are relaxed and comfortable. She is very knowledgable and does not push products on you.... However she will give you recommendations on the ingredients the products should have that you are currently using - which is a super plus. Cleaning and massaging of the skin was on POINT! My experience wasn't that terrible but considering the prices, I want to warn people about the quality. I had a medium peel scheduled with Sabrina. I came in and Sabrina asked me why I wanted a peel and I told her my concerns. She suggested I get a facial instead (because she wanted to talk to the manager about the peel which scared me) so I obliged. The facial and the peel were basically the same price. My face looked the same after the facial and it seems like she did the bare minimum. She did a couple of extractions but after a $120 facial, I should not still have dry spots or whiteheads on my face. The massage was okay but again it seemed like she was doing the bare minimum and I felt cheated after my experience. I'm all for supporting black-owned business but black-owned business should support black people by giving us our monies worth. read more

This place is ridiculous with poor customer service. I made an appointment with them because I got a groupon for my mother birthday for her eyebrows. Without a phone call they decided to cancel this appointment and won't allow me to reschedule and asked me to get a refund. This Allison person I spoke to was very rude. If i purchase a service from you, your suppose to provide it whether I got a deal or not. It is still $200 that i had to pay fro this groupon and not I'm not even sure that I will get my money back. read more

It was amazing! When I first entered it's a really nice place, smells good and very relaxing! Allie is such a sweet heart. She analyzed my face to see exactly which services I needed. I went with the hydrated facial. She asked me if I was in a rush or if she could take her time which I loved. The facial was very relaxing, she was very observant and asked me if any products felt funny on my face. She also let me know which products to use and how many times to use it. I've only had 1 visit thus far but I am impressed. After years of visiting many dermatologist I was not very pleased with all the end results. They just wanted to pump me with medication and pricey procedures. NB Skincare is reasonably priced, compassionate and well versed in skin care. My skin was reviewed by Allie and Denise. They discussed my options with me in which were not pricey. They did not talk 'at me.' They explained my options with great detail... yes they gave me options. They did not force any products on me but they did recommend I alter my regime with different over the counter items -- that works out much cheaper for me. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I am just getting started ... but I am sure I will see a positive change in which I will alter the review to 5 stars. A microblading search from yelp led me to this local spot NatrabellaSkinCare. I was satisfied with the pictures and reviews this place received so I went on and made an appointment on the website. When I arrived I was greeted by Allie who asked me a series of questions, what did I know about microblading, why did I choose microblading and how I heard about her business. She educated me on what microblading was, what it will feel like while she's in the process of doing my brows and how to care for them while they're healing. When the procedure began,she played music to help me relax and she really took her time with shaping my brows. If there was something wrong with the shape, I told her what exactly to fix, she's extremely patient. After finding the perfect shape, the procedure began. The process wasn't terribly long, and the end results were absolutely amazing! 4 weeks later I came back to Allie for a touch-up, and once again I'm more than satisfied with my results.
