Thank you PeachFuzz for an amazing session. Your incredible team (a dedicated group of specialists and technicians) always creates a welcoming space, especially Samaiya. She tracks and oversees my sessions and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and skilled technician. Her relaxing, friendly demeanor is so helpful! After every appointment, she always provides post-care tips/insights - that's why I keep coming back! -Sandra, NYC read more

Cute and clean establishment. I've been coming here for two years. The technicians are very professional and caring. I always see Tene. She takes her time to explain the procedures and always does an amazing job. I absolutely love my experiences and results. Definitely recommend PeachFuzz! read more

Once you go laser, you don't go back! I had my first laser experience with PeachFuzz back in October 2020 and I haven't looked back ever since. I started out following them on social media and was impressed. I made the jump when they started promoting their Baecation package which includes underarm, extended bikini and lower leg. I've been to their beautiful brownstone studio where they started out and the current one they worked out now is even more gorgeous. I love how they feature black artists, particularly the paintings of Reyna Noriega (whom I love and also own). The atmosphere they provide is very spa like. The staff is very professional and welcoming. I usually get offered something to drink. Seamless check-in virtually, payment and booking future appointments. Keisha, one of their founders and a fellow Nurse Practitioner is usually my go to person. She, is very relatable and exudes confidence in her craft. Now for the sessions. With the laser I was the most sensitive in my bikini area and belly followed by my armpits. The pain felt like tiny rubber bands being snapped against my skin. It's funny with my legs I don't feel anything at all, meanwhile I am squirming other places. The sessions are very quick, about 15-20mns and you are on your way. I usually premeditate with some motrin beforehand. The results are immediate and amazing! My skin stayed smooth and when the skin eventually grows back its very fine. I no longer get folliculitis in my armpits which tended to happen from shaving. Best of all, the hyperpigmenation areas in my bikini zone have also improved, dare I say pretty much gone. I feel more confident now in a bikini. In addition to laser, I love how this company has also built a community over the years. I have been invited to many customer appreciation events, vacation retreats, and notably the fabulous party for the launch of their skincare line. Overall, one of the best beauty and self care decisions I have made. read more

04/22/23: This is about my 4th electrolysis session and results are amazing. I booked a 30 min slot and this session I only needed 15mins. My Eustachian Erykah is an absolute "peach". Extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and explains what is being done and answers all questions. So happy they were recommended to me. Thoroughly enjoying my hair removal journey. If searching for laser and electrolysis services especially skin of color, look no more Peach Fuzz is all you need. read more

Excellent. I come back next month for a follow up The staff there is friendly kind and straightforward. I was immediately asked to check in on the iPad It was lovely to see my name and my treatment on screen Then I was greeted by someone who offered me a drink Next Tene my technician greeted me and the waiting area. I had a few questions about the procedure including how this procedure will affect my skin care routine. She explained to me wait I can't do in terms of my routine right now. Then she discussed Post treatment care. I was super nervous about pain and scaring but it wasn't bad at all I recommend peach fuzz read more

Highly recommend coming here. Not only did my hair get thinner within weeks, my skin is clear, and I don't have to worry about waxing every week! I go to Keisha and she's phenomenal! I love how she educates me on laser and what/how it helps. Their products work wonders too. The studio is beautiful too! read more

So today was my first time visiting Peach Fuzz......I had several doubts before going and was not convinced it was worth the trip for me to go there....But let me tell you.....It was WORTH it and more. The facility itself can be easy to miss....not hard to find as it is located on a main street but easy to overlook if you are not familiar with the area. Once inside it is very clear as to where the spa is located....and YES I said spa....this place is not just an office front ....someone's home or in the back of another business...it is small and quaint...and even smells peachy.....the decor is everything it gives a feel of chilling in your good good girlfriend house. The service I had today was on my chin area....being this was my first time ever having laser I was beyond nervous..the owner Keisha attended me today and she was very clear and thorough in explaining the process and what to expect during the procedure and afterwards.....she was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions....and I promise I had several ....she was even able to give me advise on other areas that where not being treated.....once my session was over....I was able to schedule my next one with the young lady at the front desk.....as I spoke with both ladies asking questions I was shown a few of their other products......but I loved the fact I did not feel they were going hard on the upsale....and the products I was shown were only related to the questions I asked.....and that was that....no pushy sales pitch .... I will say as a woman of color it was refreshing to have someone who not only looked like me but also understands my skin provide me with quality service and care....I was also impressed that a service like this could be so affordable....I honestly feel this business is offering a service to the minority community that otherwise is not as accessible or affordable.... Also they are mindful of Covid-19....upon my arrival I was able to sanitize.....temperature was taken....I checked in on an ipad....I had already filled out other docs before arriving....and when I was there I was the only client...and no wait to be seen.... I enjoyed my experience today and most definitely will be back..... read more

I used to be all about the waxing but no more! I've switched over to laser hair removal. Although more expensive per session than a wax it lasts for much longer. You'll need multiple sessions. It's not one and done. The space is pretty and very welcoming. They are by appointment only. They book up quickly so schedule your appointment early. You can schedule online or by calling. Everyone is very friendly and the process does not take long. I'm very satisfied so far. read more

The staff here display theory sincere professionalism ever. I appreciate the esthetics of their establishment as well. Super relaxing and peaceful. Always well lit and clean. The decor is inviting and goes well with their Peachfuzz brand. I have experienced two differnt technicians for my laser services and they both were great. Keisha is well knowledgeable on what she is doing and talks you through it so you know what to expect. It is not painful but it is better than waxing any hairs on your body. It's very quick and you see results. I saw results after two sessions and I was SHOCKED. Lol. I am very grateful I found Peachfuzz because I never went back to waxing anything on my body. Laser it all for me!!! I am glad they specialize in melanated skin. That's a hughe plus for me. They offer you tea or water while you wait and I love a good cup of tea. read more

Great vibe and super clean. Greeted once I walked in and offered a beverage. Fast service and calm atmosphere.

I have been going to PeachFuzz for 4 months and have completed 3 treatments for my jawline which has gotten out of control... had to end the embarrassment of finding hairs on my chin. So happy I bit the bullet and booked the 3 session package at Peach Fuzz with Tene! I can say that the hairs are very few if any. I enjoy my 15 minute sessions with Tene, we are in and out and there is no pain, just the smell of hair going away forever. I am going to purchase a few more sessions for my jawline and add on the bikini area. I recommend if you are a woman of color (or not ) who has been on the search for safe laser treatment on your face read more

I've been coming to Peachfuzz for 5 months and I love it! Special plug for the girlies of color. Their products are all natural and very soothing (they have something for everyone). Keisha is my absolute favorite, and she is getting me all the way together just in time for summer! I'm getting every possible place lasered lol. Bonus: black-owned, timely, and professional! read more

PeachFuzz Laser Studio - Laser Hair Removal Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Are you ready for the 411? Here we go...just want to start with I hate to write reviews when I am upset especially when it takes me out of my character. I want to start with I truly love this establishment but I also love people to respect my time, as I respect theirs. With that said, this establishment's services are 100 percent on the money. The staff is competent, professional and truly pleasant. This is why I was absolute thrown off with today's events and the reason for my 4 stars! I arrived for my 12:45pm which is a 15-minute slot but I am actually a 5-minute session which added to my aggravation. I drove from the other side of Brooklyn to get there and be told they are running behind. Ok that's fine but then they do not have any idea of how long. I could not find parking so I go out and come back 15 minutes later because I was originally told "maybe 15-20 minutes" just to be told they are still not sure and it may take another 15-20 minutes. Because I need the service, I ended up having to schedule an appointment during the weekday which means I have to leave work for a half a day to get to this appointment. Yes I received apologies for the inconvenience but does it really matter when they are not really feeling my inconvenience. I truly understand running behind but if the schedule got messed up, I think there should be a courtesy call given to the customer letting them know there will be a substantial delay. This way it gives the client a heads up whether to venture that far out or not. There should not be an assumption that clients live around the corner or have no other plans. They assured me this would never happen again but I strongly believe people should not make those type of promises. It was not expected to happen today and it did. read more

I never thought about laser hair removal until my friends referred me to Peach fuzz laser studio. I was able to have my first appointment with Keisha, and I loved it. She kept me well informed on what the experience would feel like & how long it would take. I am not one for much pain & Keisha made my experience a great one with minimal pain. I received the Brazilian and Underarm hair removal treatment. read more

I've been here for two sessions so far and have not been disappointed. They are timely and professional each time. The facility is clean & decorated to perfection. It's black-owned which I love & they explain everything in detail. I did my underarms and while it did hurt a little (like rubber bands snapping on your skin repeatedly) it was much less painful the second time. My hair grew back visibly thinner & I find myself shaving less and less. Highly recommend! read more

I wanted to take the time to review my first visit to PeachFuzz because I was just so incredibly pleased by the service I received at this studio. I am the type of person to check out reviews before I try any place that's new for me and I am so happy I decided to try them out. First location it is easy to miss because I believe the sign outside makes it seems like it's a yoga studio your entering but as soon as you walk up the steps it is located to the left and they buzz you in. Immediately upon entering I was greeted which I always love because I feel like it takes nothing to great patrons and it makes you feel welcomed. I was offered tea, water , coffee. The check in process is quick and easy on the IPad. I didn't have to wait long at all - 5 mins tops!!! Which is a major plus for me especially since I have a busy work schedule. Lastly when I met with Keisha (The owner) I felt completely comfortable and dare I say safe. she explained everything she was performing and we even discussed skincare since I need laser for my chin/ cheeks , jawline and I have acne. As a woman having facial hair has been difficult and it has really hurt lowered my confidence but she made me feel so comfortable which was extremely important for me. Also, of course being a black woman it was so important for me to find a place that caters to people who look like me! Especially if you read up on laser prior to it is important that a laser studio is using a specific laser for our skin type to help prevent hyperpigmentation. All in all I am so happy I chose this place and I'm excited to see the results over time Side note: If it's your first visit they give you a goodie bag which I thought was so sweet ! Tip: Make your next appt in advance , schedule fills up quick ! read more

I suffer from Hirsutism and this place has been my saving grace. The owner, Keisha has been working on my face and is amazing. She's personable and so understanding. She remembers details, is engaging and uplifting. Going into this I wasn't sure if it would work but I was hoping to get some relief from the embarrassment of this beard. I've had several treatments and my face has improved soo much even with my inconsistent visits. The hair isn't as pronounced, my skin is lightening up so the hyperpigmentation is clearing up. I feel better about my appearance and that's the goal. This is much needed service in the African American community as a lot of women suffer from this disease for a variety of reasons. I'm so happy to have found Peach Fuzz. I will continue to go so that my skin gets the love it needs. I'm looking forward to a facial and other offerings here. I highly recommend it. You will not regret using the services here. read more

Amazing! Didn't hurt and everyone was really nice and professional!

Please Please Please, give Peachfuzz a chance. I have struggled with extremely thick and dark facial hair my entire life. Unfortunately my family advised me to pluck for years until I realized my tried and true method was actually terrible for my skin. I had bumps and dark spots all along my chin jawline and neck. After one session ONE, I have already seen such a stark difference in how my skin looks. The number of bumps has been reduced and the darkness already began to lighten on it's own. Not to mention I had no more visible hairs on my neck and just a very less Amount of hairs on my chin and upper lip. Dr. Keisha told me step by step how the process would go and there were no surprises during my 4 weeks. They even recommend products that can help with you skin clarity as a whole. Here are just a few things I would brace yourself for. 1. I didn't know what I thought laser hair removal would feel like but it is painful. However, just like waxing, the more you do it the more desensitized your body gets to it. 2. Beauty costs and these treatments don't come cheap however I think it it definitely worth it for the amount of change I experienced in such a short time. This black women owned business is just what us hairy girls needed. read more

I did the Laser Genesis & Jet Peel Tightening & Brightening Facial with Rasheeda today and my skin feels wonderful I typically buy facials/treatments through Groupon and of course those are usually disappointing and waste of money. The business owner Kris offered me wine or coffee when I walked in, which was such a nice way to kick of the pampering. And Rasheeda was so thorough and professional, explaining to me what each next step entailed. The whole studio is decorated so nice, really adds to the relaxation. Can't wait to come back :) read more

If you are a person of color dealing with excessive body or facial hair, this is the place for you!

Very clean easy and fast. Great environment and peaceful. Not expensive at all no pain

The only place I will ever trust to do my laser! They are all beyond lovely so you can't wrong with any esthetician. The receptionist is pleasant as well! I'm always offered something to drink and sometimes they even have mimosas! Aside from good customer service I've never felt u comfortable here. Typically seen on time and in and out my appointments in a flash. 10/10 definitely recommend. Run don't walk! read more

I was a loyal customer for 8 month spending nearly 200 dollars per session and I missed one appointment and they charged me $72.00 for a service that was not rendered. This is horrible because we are living in a time when there are a lot of things going on in people's lives. This company needs to care more about people, especially loyal customers. signed and ex customer read more

Finally! A laser studio that caters to skin of color, right here in Brooklyn. The space is lovely, service spectacular, and my results have been phenomenal. Thank you for my smooth, hairless skin! read more

Getting laser can be a bit nerve wrecking--would the tech understand your needs, will it hit hurt, will in scar, and loads of other questions. My first time (and every time after) going to Peachfuzz nerves were calmed and worth the investment. From scheduling leading up to the appointment to walking in, to getting the service done, everything is professional, soothing and explained. The ambiance is nice and they keep your appointment time My tech, Keisha, is like chatting with a friend who KNOWS their stuff and Keisha knows her stuff and I'm not just talking during the laser process--she gives aftercare and real-life advice. The other staff is polite and pleasant as well. I have recommended Peachfuzz to friends and will keep recommending it. read more
