I asked if she has done it before on blonds and if any of them had their hair turn yellow and she again said no. Next,she demanded a prepayment of $50 through zelle. I explained that I don't feel comfortable sending cash to a person I never met and she was surprized to hear that. It should have been a sign not to go there. Should have listened to my gut. When I came, she again re assured me that my hair will not turn yellow or change color in any way. She did the treatment and I did smell an ingredient that was previously put in my hair and turned it yellow. I asked if she is sure my hair will not change color and she said not to worry. When she was done, it did look yellow, but I attributed it to the bad lighting. However, when I got home and looked in the mirror, I realized that not only my hair turned yellow, but also greenish/yellowish. I am attaching a picture so you can see my platinum hair I came in with and greenish/yellowish I ended up with. When I texted Olga, she said that usially blonds don't turn yellow, bit my hair did unfortunately (so she already saw it before O even left the salon). She said that toner should fix it, but from experince I lnew it wouldn't. I sent pictires to my colorist and he wa horrified by the results as he just colored my hair couple of days prior. He said only highlights would fix it. I told Olga I wanted money back because she ruined my color and now I had to get highlights and it cost a lot. Her reply was- no money back , you don't like it, then sue me. Which I will. Her incompetency cost me $170 and cost of hoghlights to fix it. I would never intrust my hair to her again for toner or anything else. Be careful, do not go to this place. Read all the reviews.

For my first appointment in June 2024, I scheduled in person about a week ahead. Doris looked at my hair, quoted me a price, and I booked. At the end of that appointment, however, she suddenly charged me more, saying my hair was long and I had a lot of locs--even though she had already seen my hair when giving me the original quote. My second appointment in June 2025 went smoothly, with no pricing issues. At my third appointment in August 2025, the same situation happened again. Despite booking in person before and being quoted a price after Doris looked at my hair, I was told after the service that it would cost more. After some back and forth--where I reminded her she had just recently quoted me in person--she eventually honored the original price. While the work itself was fine, I can't overlook this pattern of quoting one price and then changing it after services are completed. That's not a trustworthy way to do business, and it will prevent me from returning.

I love their approach to a very clean and sanitized place. Your temperature is taken once you walk in and there's sanitizer throughout the salon. The staff is super kind and friendly. I loved the way my pedicure came out. Definitely 5 stars there but my manicure.. was a nah son for me. It seemed a tad bit sloppy as a few parts of my nail wasn't coated in polish. Nonetheless, I'll return for a pedicure!

This is such a great product! Let's start off with the fact that my skin is not in the best shape. While I don't have any major blemishes or annoying acne I do have some dry skin around the T zone of my face and oil and shine everywhere else. I gave this mask a try and I loved it. It tightens your skin and the cooling effect when it's applied just soothes me. I am not a person who is comfortable not wearing make up out of the house but I found myself loving the way I looked after. The mask makes your face glow and I just kept getting compliments about how healthy and nice my skin looked. The best part is there are no chemicals it's all natural ingredients!! Yesterday, I had my facial done by Yelena at Bliss and I'm so happy that she my esthetician! She was extremely kind, very knowledgeable about skin care and really helped me understand best practices for skin care. I have been to many other places for facials and she was by far the best. She introduced me to her Roezen Beauty Mask which uses caviar and it was FANTASTIC. I'm usually skeptical when it comes to products for my face because most of them don't work as promised, but this mask was by far the best thing I've ever tried. It brightened up my face and had an amazing glow at the end. My fae also experiences dryness, especially in the winter and this product gave my face the hydration it needed.
