Excellent communication from the moment you walk into her beautiful place. She informed me of each product that she was going to use. I was able to close my eyes, relax and let her amazing hands do the job. I love that this was my first time getting a facial with Laura and I must say she is amazing and my face never felt so good after the facial. I also had her wax my eyebrows and I usually don't just go to anyone, and I must say she did such an amazing job. I have tried local places in my neighborhood and I was never satisfied with the service. It was sure worth the ride to Bare with Beauty. I will continue going there for now on. Since I felt so comfortable with Laura's services, I asked if she still had availability to do a Brazilian wax and under arms since I was going away within a few days. I was in desperate need of a facial, and a girlfriend had been raving on about her facial treatments at Bare with Beauty. Making the booking with Laura was seamless and professional. I described to her what it is that was going on with my face, and she knew what to recommend. When I turned up for my first appointment, I loved the fact that Bare with Beauty is this intimate oasis tucked away in the middle of Hells Kitchen. I was able to relax and unwind, while Laura worked her "magic." Not only did she do my facial, but she also provided therapeutic massages, which was bliss! Prior to this facial, I wasn't sure what kind of skin type I was, and she was able to identify it immediately. Laura was able to give me pointers on how to care for my skin type on a daily basis. I'm so glad she finally made this. I've been coming to her before she started her own studio and I've never seen anyone else in the past five years. I've gotten everything from facials to Brazilian's to lash lift to vajacials. She's so freaking sweet she's so welcoming and her space just gives you such a sense of peace and relaxation that I have literally snored with my mouth open majority of my appointments lol and she never judges me. She lets me sleep or even takes a little bit longer because she knows I'm deep in my sleep lol. Honestly who else will do that for you ? This is someone who is not just gonna sell you some thing to make a profit but because they're going to recommend things that you may need to do for your skin care routine or even in terms of waxing.
