Came here with a Groupon. Let me begin my saying, they didn't make me feel like I had a Groupon, which I think often happens when you use them. Had a 60-minute facial, which I was afraid would be less than 60 minutes, but Emily conducted my facial well into 70 minutes. She was so gentle and informative. Although it definitely is a no-frills establishment, I felt comfortable and peaceful. My only set-back was the tip of 15$ that I was asked to give. Naturally I would tip her heavily for the good experience I had, it just felt weird after seeing it in writing that I was going to need to pay it. Here's the breakdown of what I paid for my visit: 36$ (Groupon) + 3.60$ (taxes) + 15$ (tip for Emily)= FINAL COST: 54.60$ Which isn't bad for what I got. Will I go back, yes. I just might. read more

Value for money. I got a Groupon deal for a 45 minute facial and was very impressed by the results. It really is no frills- as other reviewers have mentioned: shared space, you don't get to take off your clothes (this would be an awkward con in any other context), and no shoulder or neck massage during facial. But it's just so cheap for a quality facial I give them a lot of leeway. The facial massage was super relaxing; I've never had such a great massage around my eye area. The aesthetician was super sweet and only tried to up sell me once which was a plus. The extractions were thorough and much needed on my congested skin. I really appreciated the fact that I didn't leave the spa with the "I just came back from a facial glow." Believe me, it's not a good glow; it's your skin glowing red because of it's inflamed from extractions. You know what they say...you get what you pay for. My mom was an aesthetician for over 15 years. I'd say I am pretty knowledgeable about spa & salons. For market research, my mom would take me to different spas for facials and massages while I was growing up. PROS -I was able to book an appointment immediately. -Staff is very friendly and not at all pushy about upselling you. They do tell you about the different packages and specials they have to offer but not in an overbearing manner. -They have really cheap prices. The special I got was something ridiculous like $20 for a facial. -Face massage was nice. CONS -The facial room had 4 beds laying in a row...group facial with strangers is a little weird to me. -Extraction portion was incredibly weak. I do a better job at home. -No ambiance. It's basically a rented space in chinatown with some facial beds and steamers in a room. All in all, the staff is very sweet. It seemed like an immigrant family owned salon who are doing what they can the best way they know how. I love this place! This is where I got my first facial and I've pretty much never gone anywhere else. I'm not a big facial person and so...maybe I'm not the best reviewer because I don't have much to compare with, but I do like it a lot. First of all, I think Emily knows what she's doing and she hires people who know what they are doing. The basic French facial is what I get. Also, Emily doesn't do the facial just for the sake of it, but if it's good for you. One time she told me that since I was breaking out so much I should not get the "massage" portion. Instead, she did the laser light or something like that and didn't charge me extra for it. So this place is small. It's on the second floor of this building and there's the reception area and on the right is the Room. There are 3 beds. I don't know if facials are supposed to be private, but since I'm not naked I don't really care. They also do massages and they have a private room (or two) for that. And laser. While Emily and her team are a little pushy on you coming back and getting more facials done (she promoted once a month to me), after a couple of no's they back off. That's the only annoying part especially for someone like me who doesn't really believe in facials, but get it for the fun of it. At least they don't push on their products. Yes, we were an hour late to our facial appointment. I called in to advise the special situation to a not very understanding staff. And yes, please outline the full names of your clients in your response. As all readers can see - Facial Spa is very professional and their client's privacy is of utmost importance (in my most sarcastic tone) Read the guidelines for Yelp! "Privacy: Don't publicize other people's private information. Please don't post close-up photos of other people without their permission, and please don't post other people's full names unless you're referring to service providers who are commonly identified by their full names." This is obviously why Facial Spa needs to offer special promotions on KGBDeals because without that - there would be no business. Business is tough for all in these trying economic times. I suggest the staff be more professional, understanding and accommodating to keep any customers from returning. Understood that they would prefer not to have customers like us because we were one hour late. Stop acting as if this is a high end, fabulous 5th Avenue spa...it is far from it...on Canal Street. I'm a fan! Emily is a great facial professional! The place is no frills, so if you are looking for the "spa" experience, this is not it. There have been times where I am the only one getting a treatment and other times when other women are laying in one of the 3 chairs they have, covered in some intense seaweed mask. However, this place offers probably one of the BEST facials I have ever had. The prices are great - about $45 - per facial. You can buy a bulk package and they will give you 20% off the cost of each facial. I have tried all the fancy places, but by far my skin has never looked this good since I have been going here. Emily spends a lot of time on you and she doesn't force your skin or stress it out! She understands sensitive/combination skin like mine. I love it here. Since I read the yelp reviews before buying the deal my expectations were not high at all in terms of what the place looks like. The service its great, I love the fact that Emily explains the process as she goes, and she does a great job. I had been back every two weeks since I went the first time and my skin is much better than before and its been only a couple of months. Even though the room has three beds to me it does not feel weird or uncomfortable, I mean we are all there for the same reason right? And it isn't like a wax or some more private treatment, it's just a facial! The place its clean and the staff are always very nice and acommodating. If you are looking for a fancy spa experience don't go there, but if you are looking for excellent service at a moderate price, this is the place to go! read more

Here are my observations and candid opinion about Facial Spa. I entered into a room where there were three beds and there was a facialist who may have been performing facials concurrently on more than one person. I felt that my facial turned out to be only a very mediocre experience for its very standard price, semi noisy location and middle of the range facial provided. My facialist - as lovely as she was - had to be prompted to divulge details about the facial and procedure that she was performing on my face. It would have been nice to have her proactively explain in more detail the products that she was adding to my face and its related benefits. The extractions were also sub par and as painful as ithe process was (although I do have a high pain threshold), I wouldn't have minded for the facialist to take a bit more time to be more thorough on the entire facial area to clean out the pores. My overall feeling is that the business just wanted to get paying customers in and move them out as quickly as possible to admit more paying customers. I understand this is a small business and they need to make revenue to stay afloat. However, a business should never lose sight of providing their customers with something to rave about, always ensuring that their customers continue to feel value for money and providing a facial that is above and beyond that of its competitors - considering that there are many beauty spas offering the same type of facials at much less prices in the near vicinity. read more

It's on the corner of Canal Street so it is not quiet at all, but the aestheticians are really great at making you feel comfortable. They definitely work with what they have. I've been wanting to micro dermabrasion for a while so when the deal popped up on bloomspot i snagged it and was so happy i did. This is where you go when you want quality service and are willing to forgo the pleasantries. its on the 3rd floor, on canal, and you have to bring the key and the TP to the restroom. a little weird but whatever. i was expecting to be taken to a treatment room with a table but instead there were 4 tables. i was a little surprised but then again there wasnt anyone else there and do i really care? nope. the staff is incredibly nice and professional. there is no fluffy stuff like fancy massage while the masks are on but they know what they are doing. my skin has never looked so good. the microdermabrasion was felt like a mini vacuum on my face. and when i left it looked so fresh. it is incredible and i'm hooked. i cant wait for my next treatment. I am in my early 40s and since I turned 30 my hormones have caused me adult acne (not severe at all, but not something I ever experienced in puberty nor something a woman my age should be experiencing now). The lady asked me about it, I told her bluntly about my skin condition. She had her own opinion and spent a good part of cleansing my skin telling me the chin is where it's hormonal but the cheeks is where it's about what I eat...and so on. It felt more of an insult than an analysis, both of which I didn't care for. I just wanted a facial. Very similar experience as Michelle F. (5/5/2015). I was looking for extractions but she spent so little time doing that despite 10-15 minutes of being under steam. She also kept upselling me another kind of facial for an extra $30 which I declined. After the treatment, there was another lady by the reception holding a mirror to supposedly show me my skin post-facial. There is really no point looking at skin immediately after a facial because it's all greasy and red. All it showed me was that they didn't extract enough. But the point of that mirror-show was really to tell me I needed to pay $3.50 for tax and $15-20 as a tip based on the supposed actual price of the facial: $98. I don't really believe the supposed actual value on Groupon deals. This facial was definitely NOT worth $98. In fact, the only reason I buy treatments from Groupon is because I am new to this city and use it as a way to find places that could potentially be my go-to in NYC. That said, I don't want to pay huge amounts and be dissatisfied while I am on trial-and-error. I have been to a fancy spa (Asanda Aveda) which charges way less for 5 Star treatment. Facial Spa is on the 3rd floor in Chinatown. It looked like a 70s or 80s Asian living room. Again, NOT worth $98. So, yeah, I paid only about $30+ for the facial but with the tip which was far from deserved, it still came out to $50+ so I should have just gone to Asanda Aveda instead. Am I coming back? I purchased a groupon for this service and it was not worth the $38. They offer a belling slimming treatment with the deal called M12000 slimming treatment as part of the $38. It is not worth it by no means. For the facial the room was brightly lit even though the cotton eye pads and when the facialist put on the moisturizer she was rubbing it into my face! Not a relaxing environment. She did look at my skin and said it was dry and am sensitive. However did not suggest a solution to help heal the problem and just put on anti-aging cream and then I was out the door. Then comes the tipping. They suggest the tip based on retail. I have no problem but when you look on line the prices are not listed for the slimming treatment and they tell you that its either 15% or 20% tip. Not going back and I had a Groupon. The owner and aesthetician was very pleasant that's why two stars not one. I know the place is no frills but I was not comfortable. I had to wear my sweater dress because there is no changing just take your shoes off ...no neck, head, facial massages (extra for facial massage only $15) and no neck treatment. The wash cloths they used were so rough. Products used for cleansing and exfoliating were minimal. Don't know if my face was that clean...hardly any extractions but she kept telling me my forehead is so dehydrated. She did me a favor and gave me a hydrating mask that is more expensive than my deep cleansing pore mask. I've never had cheap plastic wrap on my face during a mask. They make sure you are aware of the suggested tip in writing and verbally. I don't regret it. I will appreciate the really good facials in my future. read more

I came to facial spa with an open mind and a Groupon after reading the other yelp reviews. It was a great experience and I will be back! I've gotten a few facials over the years and all have been decent, but I found my treatment here with Ivy to be very thorough. This is not the fancy "spa" experience, but it doesn't pretend to be. Yes, there are 3 other beds in the same room, but during my treatment I was the only one there. Tranquil music was playing and I was able to fully relax with the masks after my extensive extraction session. A little street noise is just part of life in NYC. Money is always a little tight for me on my student budget, but lately I've been contemplating regular facials in attempt to improve my skin. Instead of Groupon spa hopping, I decided to go for the package that was offered that is allowing me 10 more facials for the same price of the original Groupon. Ok so being a low-maintenance, generally broke college student, I would never spend my hard-earned money on something like a facial. However, I made an exception this one time because there was a groupon for 50% off a cold seaweed facial, and I've been wanting to get rid of the blackheads on my nose for years. For me, the no-frills environment was actually a huge plus because big fancy brand-name spas intimidate me and always make me feel out of place. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I didn't feel uncomfortable in the slightest. The facial itself was plesant and relaxing. It was a little weird to have other people in the room at the same time (there are three beds in one room), but it didn't bother me that much. Unfortunately, it only succeded in getting rid of about 50% of the blackheads, although this is the first time a treatment has worked on them. Emily told me that they'd be able to get rid of all of them if I cam back for additional treatments, and at the end of it, they also offered me another facial for the same price as I paid for the groupon (i.e. $39 instead of the usual $78). But considering I am not the type to spend a lot of money on beauty treatments, I declined the offer. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I won't come back, but only because I'm a student. Had my lashes permed here a few weeks ago through a Lifebooker deal, and it still looks good. This was my first time getting this done (I've had extensions done before) but wanted to try something more natural and with low maintainence. I was running to my appointment about 15 minutes late due to the train, but the lady was nice about it. Immediately I was taken into a room and she tended to me quickly. Not the fanciest place, but if you don't like frou frou upscale spas, then this might be right up your alley. The room itself was small, but luckily I was the only person in there at the time, so I basically had the room all to myself. I was left alone for 20-30 mins for the perm to set in, while I tried to zone out peacefully. Although there was soft music in the background it didn't fully mask the noisy streets of Chinatown outside. After I was about to tip and leave, one of the staff people were trying to coerce me into getting a facial, as well as lash perm packages that's good for a year. I felt kind of pressured, but I told her I didn't want to commit to it at the moment, and she did leave me alone only after I told her I'd be back for another lash perm. Overall friendly staff and services are fairly priced, but wasn't too keen on the noise pollution and upselling. read more

Came here for eyelash perm two times The perm was pretty relaxing, I fell asleep a couple of times the perm came out ok, not as curly as I liked. I liked the when the perm is more towards the base...but thats just my personal preference. I was able to put on mascara right away. They add alot of service charges and tax, like $8 dollars or something, and the perm is $50 dollars. So add that to the tips, the perm wasn't cheap. Facial Spa gets the job done. The location, the atmosphere, the decor are very no-frills. But if what you're looking for is to get your pores refreshed and your skin renewed, Facial Spa has got you covered. I think of it more as getting a tune-up for my skin, than an oasis of relaxation. They do try to up-sell you, and "remind" you what the customary tip for your service is. If you're the shy type, that might be off-putting. I definitely wouldn't spend a fortune here. If you can get a Groupon or special offer, it tips the balance in Facial Spa's service, for sure. read more

I redeemed a deal for an eyelash perm here. They did a pretty good job, so I bought two more perms at the same price. The next two perms were extremely sloppy, leaving my lashes pointing every which way. The staff was also quite pushy (and borderline insulting) in attempting to upsell me on facials and (gag) permanent makeup. I agree with the other reviewers about the awkwardness of the group treatment room and I tend to think that the sloppiness of my eyelash perms was due to the aesthetician's attention being split between me and a facial customer. Would definitely recommend investing in a pricier but more professional eyelash perm elsewhere. read more

I received my first facial here through a kgbdeals voucher for a $24 French facial, and I ended up buying a package of 10 at the same rate (and yes, tax is added, so it's more like $30--still not shabby at all). So far, I've had 2 facials here. I didn't come here with any notions that I was going to Elizabeth Arden's Red Door; I expected I was going to get a decent facial on Canal Street in a storefront type place that was clean but not going to be featured on the cover of SpaFinder. I'm no stranger to Chinatown's world of skincare places, and I figured I probably wouldn't be the only customer in the room (Although I was not thrilled with the girl in the facemask chatting on her Bluetooth the last time I went. There should really be a no cellphone policy in the facial room. Thankfully, she only ruined about ten minutes of my zone-out time.) The place is very clean, and Emily has some relaxing classical and new age CD's that play in the background. She covers me with a blanket if I'm cold, and I'm good to go. My expectations with respect to the facial have been highly exceeded. Emily knows what she's doing, and she's been doing this for around 20 years. At my first appointment, she was able to tell that my skin was congested and dehydrated, and she correctly surmised my caffeine addiction as she felt the puffiness around my eyes. The French facial involves cleansing, a little exfoliating, some facial massage, steam, some extraction (it's not an extraction bonanza, but it fulfills my needs. I'm sure if you want heavy-duty, you can get it, and it may cost you), and for the finale, a mask and a moisturizer application. I'm thrilled with my experience so far. There's some low-pressure upselling/attempts to add-in services, but it's non-offensive and non-intrusive. I often decline, but--there is a really nice eye treatment for an extra $15 or $16, and I get it when I can. It works. Each time I go, I leave gently blissed out, and my face glows the next day. Do I love fluffy luxury? Absolutely. This, however, meets the needs of my face and my wallet, and that suits me fine. read more

This place is just a joke... Everything started with me purchasing their peeling deal on Lifebooker. The peeling was super mild. So mild, I didn't feel anything. However, the woman working on my face seemed to be quite knowledgeable, so she talked me into adding on their eye treatment for extra $15 (for dark circles). The result was 0. $15 thrown away. After the procedure was done, I had to go though a long conversation pushing me into buying their products, or their "terrific" session of 5 peels + 5 facials... Well, knowing that my skin is quite bad, I agreed to buy thier facial extraction for a "great price". Why did I do that? Well, I saw a couple some good reviews, and decided to give the place a second chance... HOW STUPID! I came for my extraction. I couldn't believe I put myself into this, honestly. If you have a first bad experience, there should be NO SECOND CHANCE ever! So, my face was cleaned, and a scrub was applied. Then there was a steamer. After that - the "extraction". The woman did that for LITERALLY 2 minutes. And my skin is very far from perfect. I DO have a lot of clogged pores & stuff. But I only had a little extracting on my nose, one on my chin and 2 on my cheeks. That's ALL! What's more, the lamp was not included in their "facial" & I had to pay extra $19 for that. Really? You do 2 mins of extraction without lamp for $60? I had a moisturizing mask after the lamp. DONE. Sitting outside again and listening to them trying to sell me some "package" for about $500 and thinking WHY do these people treat me like a complete idiot? When I came home and looked at my face, I could clearly see ALL the clogged pores just where they were. 0 extraction was noticed. Now, when I go to their web site, here is what's included: Cleansing Massage, Deep Cleansing Massage with Scrub - I DIDN'T GET ANY, I only had cleanser & scrub applied & removed Steam & Extraction, Massage, - NO MASSAGE, 2 MINS EXTRACTION Beauty Clay Mask (for deep cleansing), Toner (balance pH), Face Moisture, Eye Cream & Sunscreen. Now, the bottom line, DO NOT GO THERE! EVER! Save your money! Have a real extraction with less money anywhere else. Because ANY place is better then this (yes, I have done extractions/peels before). Here is a tip, if you go on a business' yelp page and the owner is arguing with their customers in the comments, then it is not a good business. Just scroll down and see for yourself. Facial spa is a misnomer. It is not a "spa" at all. No separate rooms. Expect to get your services done next to the next person and hear all personal conversations of the front office as well as them slurping down their lunch/dinner. I have been here more than once because I was talked into a package my first time given the low, low, low prices. I should have probably realized that the second principle for good service is that if it is too good to be true, then it often is. Every treatment there had hidden fees, mandatory 20% tips, and constant upselling. At the end of the day, I did not use all of my package because it expired. They did not tell me that it expired, but instead let me make an appointment and then told me so when I showed up, but of course, with the payment of a fee, I could re-instate that session. I could not believe it. I told them that I no longer lived nor worked in Manhattan, had to arrange childcare, etc. and it did not move the owner. She was like too bad, you can go. She already had my money, so what did she care? I have been to places where the employee or manager could not do much because it was not their business, they were just employees, however I was dealing with the owners directly and they were unmoved. That is truly ugly business practices and one that I cannot recommend. Fairly priced and friendly staff but not really a spa. There is one room with 3 beds right next to each other. There is relaxing music on in the background but all the outside noise from Canal Street seeps right through. I didn't mind too much because Facial Spa's prices were very reasonable and I felt the service provided was adequate. I came here for an eyelash perm (got a deal from lifebooker loot). I bought and went in for the treatment the same day, which was great! The eyelash perm came out better than I had hoped and she took her time with it. She gave me great advice and also convinced me to get a facial (discounted as a new client). I was able to book a facial with the time and date I wanted. When I came back for my facial, I was running late and called to let them know. They were understanding and took me 15 minutes late. The facial was decent and my skin looked better after I left. She offered me a package for 10 facials but I didn't want to commit right away. I did feel a little pressured but she seemed ok with the fact that I said no. She gave me her card and told me to call her if I changed my mind. They take credit card and you can tip on card if you like. They can give you change if you need for cash tips. read more

This is a follow up on a previous review. I am dropping them to 2 stars. Here's why. Sunday was my 3rd microdermabrasion appt. It spend 3 hours there for the micro, a facial and having 3 tiny skin tags removed. Why? They were overbooked. With me they had a total of 4 clients. Emily and another woman was running around with Emily dealing with most of the clients. A few more clients did arrived after my treatment started. There were long intervals of waiting since Emily was juggling so many people. 8 minutes of steam and 15 minutes of mask felt like forever. You can't relax since everyone is in the same room, you can hear the client consultation right next to you, the machines rolling in and out, sounds from microdermabraion machine, etc. I had a brown spot removed six weeks ago. It is now even darker than before. Emily asked me if I had removed the scrabs; I said no. She asked other questions like if I was in the sun... I said no. At the end she still said I.had removed the scrabs instead of letting them fall off naturally so the skin is damaged. I know the treatment has no guarantee but the spot shouldn't get darker. Previous to her doing laser on me I could go without markup (concealer) and my spot wasn't noticeable. Now everyone comments on it and I feel I have to use markup everyday. The spot did get a little lighter after the microdermabrasion so she claim some of the makeup I use must be "soaking" into my skin. This means I cannot ever use concealer anymore? Now that I really need it? Emily sold me a treatment cream for $93. I found the product on its company website for only $90. So she marked it up from retail price. She said if the cream doesn't work, I can try the laser again. I am sure I will have to pay her, again. At the least, I shouldn't have to now pay more for a cream that "might" take care of the problem. Thus far, after 3 appointments, I have spent close to $900 at this place. The laser and skin tag removals about $480; products about $230 and facials/tips/tax about $200. Each skin tag was charged according to size. A tiny dot starts at $50 (kinda expensive). The only positive for this review is she did offer me a discount on my facial. I also overheard her offering another customer a discount (a return customer from their conversion). Emily you run quite the oepration. You take appointments and let people know that they should call within 24 hours to cancel. However, and this is my point, you do not call the customer 24 hours before to confirm as any of the reputable salons do. You were not a "part timer" when I called today (Thurs.) This is first time that I have ever missed an appt., always knowing that the salon would be professional enough to call a client the day before to confirm. Good luck with your business if you continue to operate this way. I noticed that you have marked my Living Social voucher as used already (39 for lash perm and tint), even though it is still valid until 7/28. You made no effort to compromise on appt. Emily is very nice and very knowledgeable about skin. -She diagnosed my skin and explained what she was doing and what everything was as we went through the process . - I was very satisfied with the professional care that she took, and her assistant was very sweet, when I didn't want to sit down in the waiting room cause of low back ache, , she brought a pillow roll for under my knees to protect my back as I lay in the (comfortable) facial bed. Emily also gave a mini massage to my neck at the end, a lovely way to end any treatment! Since it was not overly expensive, I'm definitely going back for a few more! read more

I purchased a facial through kgb deals and had the 40 minute French facial. The facial was fine and the staff is friendly and speak English. Like the previous reviewer said, there are three beds laying next to each other and when I went in there was another girl laying on the bed next to me with a mask on finishing her facial. This was the first time I had a facial where there was no neck and shoulder massage included and I kept all my clothes on. I have really bad skin and my skin does feel better this morning though. I purchased a Groupon deal for a facial at Facial Spa and I've been hooked ever since. Emily is great and has my skin glowing! When I initially started going, I had mild acne and was very skeptical that she would know how to treat African American skin. I must say, after a couple of facials, my skin is completely clear...something I never got from going to my dermatalogist. Cheap, closetlike ambience, scary hallway to get there. Pass on it. The pressure tactics and language barrier is also an issue. They are very inflexible and you are 2 feet away from the next person. Not work the "deal" from Groupon. read more

The place is dingy and there's no privacy at all. The facial I got was ok, but the extraction was crap. The girl just seemed to puncture my pores a few times, which really hurt, but not a single pore was unclogged that day. They probably left me under the steam for 15 minutes or more- felt like an eternity. Then, when I finally thought my ordeal was over, I had to endure a very obnoxious upsell. One of the girls tried to sell me a bunch of no-name skincare products for hundreds of dollars. The creams and lotions looked like they had been packaged right there and the labels looked printed out of a cheap printer. She also tried to sell me a $500 facial package. Yeah, right. Oh, I took a look at their regular prices....these gals are delirious if they think they can charge $98 for a facial, especially considering how dingy the place is. read more

I have been going to Emily for over a year now and have tried most of her services, Facials really made a difference. I used to have horrible skin and now with only a few peels they are all gone! I have been to tons of facial spas around the city and Facial Spa is by far the best I have been too. I started going with a groupon and now I am continuing my service! The results are phenomenal. I have not had skin this great ever! I am completely hooked. The staff is so pleasant and their facials make you feel like a brand new person. Came here on a groupon deal. The facial was very basic and I felt like I could have done everything at home. There was no arm or shoulder or head massage which is pretty standard for all other facials I have gotten no matter what country I was in (USA/China/UK/Thailand etc). Also, did not know the facial would be done in a communal room. The person receiving her treatment next to me was talking non stop to her aesthetician, I think they were friends. I had to ask my facialist if they can be more quiet. My facialist was very rough and quick with taking off the mask and putting on the moisturizer. I have never had my face handled that roughly before. I reluctantly gave my 15 dollar tip. Not going back. For an experience that cost close to $50 USD it was definitely lackluster. Was not relaxing at all. You can get better groupon facial deals if you're willing just to spend just $10 more. read more

Didn't expect much from a groupon deal. Face did not feel exceptionally awesome afterwards, only oily from the sunscreen Emily smothered on me. I was looking for extractions but she only spent 2 minutes on it even though I was under the steam for 15minutes. Not worth the $30 groupon+$20.... But Emily is a great person read more
