Tutti Nails were so patient and kind with me. I showed up right at opening as a walk-in, even coming in three minutes early they let right in and started services immediately. Somebody wouldn't be there for nail extensions for the next hour, so we took care of my eyebrows and pedicure In the meantime, the timing worked out perfectly. Jackie, who did my eyebrows and pedicure was the absolute sweetest especially after I broke the ice by joking about my Sasquatch looking eyebrows. Lee took care of my Manicure and was so patient and took her time with me. I can be a hard time sometimes fidgeting around the seat due to chronic pain. But she was the absolute kindness and didn't make me feel out of place or unwelcome at all. She never seemed annoyed, even though I know she probably got annoyed with my fidgety self and all-in-all it's probably the best manicure I have ever gotten in my life. I'm not exaggerating. It's a little pricey, but they do have affordable options so if you want it done right I highly recommend.

It's unfortunate bc they do have some good techs there but overall this experience is a giant no for me.

I got a green tea pedicure with a tech that was very gentle and thorough with my callouses, then a chrome manicure with a tech that created a beautiful nail shape and was very patient as I adjusted to eat, scroll my phone, and text, admittedly obnoxiously. I also had food delivered, and they were very sweet about it.

I had a Chrome gel with a Chrome gel french manicure that Sunny did for me. It's so pretty and unique. I think I will keep this Chrome gel manicure for the next few more times. Thank you, Sunny !!

Came here for the first time because I was gifted a voucher towards any service and decided to get extensions before a big holiday. Sunny took care of me and was really great with my nails. However I would never return as they charge an outrageously insane price for nail add ons. 3 tiny rhinestones for $5? They were even charging $5 per "better quality" crystals. If I had known they would be charging obscene prices per nail art I would have chosen somewhere else as my total here with the price voucher was still too much, in retrospect to the getting such little nail art for the price. I wasn't able to get my nails done the way I wanted as I did not expect to be paying so much which ultimately is on me but if you want more of a bang for your buck, go somewhere else.

Everything about Tutti nails is perfection - the salon is clean, quiet, and relaxing. The techs are professional and highly skilled. I recommend Lee or Bonnie for GelX manicures. David, Paru, Bella, and Lee are also fabulous for gel pedicures. Whatever service you get, the techs are gentle and check in to make sure your nails are what you expect. They also take their time and pay exceptional attention to details. read more

This place had lots of positive reviews so I was excited to check it out for the first time. I was extremely disappointed that me and my fiancé's pedicures were only 15 minutes long. They were extremely rushed through and not done to much attention to detail or care. I was hoping that they would at least scrub the dead skin off my feet like typical pedicures are, but that did not happen. While this place is clean and the employees are kind, the service is poor. read more

I walked in without an appointment and they took me right away! They were super clean, friendly and my nails came out amazing! I asked for gel x and with it being my first time getting them I was a little nervous. I've had them on for 3 weeks now and they look amazing! Was a bit pricey but I never get my nails done so this was a treat for myself and for a wedding I was going to. read more

They make you pay before the service but the weirdest part is they won't proceed until you tip them as well BEFORE the service which is a weird concept when I do not even know how the nails turned out yet. Very weird system and felt pressured since they check their Venmo right after you tip them and before they start the nails. They nail it every time. No pun intended lol. My most recent gel fill in was with Jane, I will now be requesting her for every service, she is so kind, bubbly, and makes you feel completely comfortable. I even had a tickle in my throat at one point. She noticed I was uncomfortable and immediately grabbed me some water and a mint to soothe my throat. She is amazing! read more

I've been coming to Tutti since it's grand opening years ago and it's my favorite place in the neighborhood to get my nails done. After years of coming here, I finally found my perfect manicurist who is equally amazing at both painting nails and massage. Bonnie is just amazing! She gives massages like she went to massage school and she does a perfect pedicure every time (I don't get my nails done). I'd prefer not to see anyone else but I occasionally can't get her and everyone else does a nice job too- but no one massages like Bonnie! Everyone there is super friendly and very good at what they do. The atmosphere is lovely and the music is very calming too. I always feel relaxed when I'm here and it's always a real treat! The spa pedicures are unparalleled and make you feel like you're majorly treating yourself. Highly recommend coming here! read more

Unfortunately the shape and the thickness were uneven because they didn't take the old acrylics off all the way and weren't very detail-oriented. I asked for the shape to be rounded out better but it still wasn't great. Bonus point, to prevent your employees from developing an acrylic allergy, they better start wearing gloves! read more

Paid over $60 to have gel taken off and put on so my nails would look good for my business conference/ job interview this weekend. At five days two nails are already missing half their color. I'm going to have to go get them done locally before the weekend now. The gel is very thin and brittle. You can also see little bubbles and an occasional fiber under the somewhat see through color. To date this is the only time I have ever had this issue. Gel lasts perfectly for two weeks for me usually. read more

First couple of experiences were fine. Then on third visit my nail technician stopped me in the middle of my gel manicure and refused to continue until I paid on the spot? Really bizarre behavior, acted like I was going to leave without paying. Don't recommend this salon. read more

I had a decent experience here. My gel nails have lasted longer than normal and have not yet chipped (yay--I'll post an update in a few weeks). It's a fairly normal salon. They were able to see us quickly without a reservation. Despite requesting the same color (because we were in a bridal party that demanded the same color) we were asked multiple times to choose a different color so they could rush us out the door more quickly. That was frustrating especially since we were willing to wait. The shows that were playing on tv were typical at nail salons (HGTV or TLC). My problem was that there was literally no customer service whatsoever. The nail technicians were rough and made my friend's finger bleed because they were using the cuticle pusher so aggressively. I'd be willing to overlook this since it didn't happen to me but is it really worth risking an infection? Probably not. read more

I just had a great experience at tutti spa in Williamsburg The venue is so beautiful with so many option to be treated as a movie star. I had a session pedicure with nourishing organic salt bath , mud treatment and paraffin. My session was attended by Jackie who is so sweet and professional, she has so many techniques that made me relief and relax she works on deep tissue foot massage. I highly recommend this place . read more

I think is nail salon is great to get nails done, but don't add on a massage, they don't really do anything. I got the hot stone pedicure, and while my nails look clean and the polish job was done well, the hot stone massage was not worth the extra $$. The first stone used for me legs wasn't even hot, and my technician was so distracted while giving my massage she was basically rubbing a lukewarm rock on my leg. Usually once the time runs out the nail technician will gently wrap up the massage, but this time she just abruptly stopped and started painting my nails. While I was also offered ginger tea and I appreciate being offered it, it was lukewarm and sugary sweet, which I was not expecting and would have much rather just had water. If you want a good pedicure or manicure in Williamsburg, go to Paintbucket or pH7 in the area, because this was an overpriced polish change. read more

I have my usual nail spot in Union Square but wanted to try a new place that does nail art. After perusing Yelp I found this place. I scheduled an appointment (via email) and received a text yesterday to confirm my appointment. They have a cute space with around 6 nail stations, 1 pedicure station and an elevated waiting area in the front window. The space is totally clean. Upon entering the salon I was offered a beverage and was shown nail art options. I didn't want to get too crazy so I got black gel nails with crystals on 1 finger on each hand. And it looks great! they took care of me. Be warned that this is not a place where you will get a nice hand massage and have nice smelling lotions rubbed onto your hands at the end of your service. I am been coming here on and off for a while. I tend to jump around with my mani-pedi. This is one of my treat places. They are super clean and the salon is beautiful and we'll maintained. If you have ever been you know the selection of nail colors and brand is insane. They have so much to chose from! One thing I both love and dislike is they tend to take a long time doing your nails. This is great because I feel like they are paying attention to detail but as a busy mom on the go sometimes it is too long! They are also not very skilled in nail art. The really just do quality manicure and pedicures. Nail art is not their thing. For the neighborhood the price is normal but anywhere else they are on the pricey side. LOVED! my experience. It was my first time there today and I felt pampered as ever. I had one of the staff members doing my nails while another staff member was giving me a pedicure while I had the massage chair going :) The woman who seemed to be the owner (not sure though) kept walking by to check on me and look at the work the staff was doing. Oh and asking if I wanted water or tea didn't hurt either.. Everyone gave amazing recommendations and I am pleased to say the staff was so friendly and did such a great job that I may go as far as saying this is the best anyone has ever done my nails. Tutti is the absolute best! I have been coming here weekly for almost 2 years now- Sunny takes care of me! She has been doing my nails (UV Gel), eyelash extensions and pedicures and they always look great. Full service! I get endless compliments. Everyone at Tutti is extremely nice and accommodating, even when I have to change my appointment time last minute. I've recommended to all my friends (even in the city) and they come here now too. The salon is bright and clean and they have a wide selection of polishes. Feels like home. 10/10! read more

I really like Tutti. It's so clean, everyone is always super friendly, my pedicures look great, and I love the ginger tea. Basically always just a nice and relaxing experience.
