I started out going to Shivani who went out on maternity leave and recommended Emely so I have been going to her for over a year now. Emely is amazing! She's very good at her job but she's also friendly and attentive. I have made it clear that the products aren't the best for my skin so I only buy the body butter. As a result, she does not push me to purchase products which can be frustrating to constantly have products pushed on you. If Emely leaves, I'm going wherever she goes!

This place is very sanitary and everything is new and disposable. Their scissors and tweezers are in blue alcohol so you can rest assure. Staff attended me was very professional and fast at what she was doing. I had to get some hair off and she did it alright. There were some hairs that couldn't come off due to ingrown hairs and a short length. She did tweeze some of them after waxing. They put baby powder on before you get into the waxing. Afterwards they apply cream. Luckily my skin isn't red when they finish the procedure so they do a nice job.

I usually get my caterpillar brows threaded here along with the peach fuzz of my upper lip. I also do waxing on my sideburns to avoid looking like Dan Humphrey or Chuck from the TV series, Chuck Bartowski. I particularly like having Kristina - she's the best. Firm but gentle hands, I always come out feeling prettier - a dove flying out of the salon, when I came in feeling like Quasimodo/Helga Pataki.
