I came here because it was inexpensive and near by my apartment. The pedicure was only $22 and the whole service was probably around 30 minutes. For $22, I would definitely not expect much and I think your experience will differ based on your nail tech. My four friends and I all came together for a pedicure (called in advance to make an appointment) and there were about three workers. One of my friends got a longer massage than others. My nail tech put too much polish on so my big toe was a bit lumpy but not too noticeable. Overall, I'll probably come back since the pedicure was so cheap. I went inside and saw that the store was empty and thought it was closed. But then the staff came out and it was just a single employee there. She told me to come back in 20 minutes because she was not finished massaging a client. I didn't want to leave because I needed to fix my messed up pedicure so I decided to wait in one of the chairs. The massage took forever and luckily there was tv so I was just zoned in on the TV. I was about to leave but thankfully the lady came out. It was very quiet in the salon and she quickly went to work and filled the sink. I suggested light blue and then she recommended another color that suited me more and it was turquoise. I was like why not and went for it. She did a good job cleaning my toenails and also wanted to remove my callus and clean my heel for an additional $10. I decided to go for it and she cleaned and scraped a lot of dead skin off my heels and showed me them. I felt better afterwards. The toenails came out looking good after she finished. The only thing I had a problem is that she kept wanting me to pay in cash so I ended up paying however much cash I got and the rest on my card. read more

I RARELY take the time to treat myself to anything and don't like to write negative reviews so this review really upsets me to write. Bearing in mind that I rarely take time to treat myself to anything, I decided to make an appointment for a pedicure via Snailz app for this establishment. The website as well as yelp showed they were open at 10 AM. To play it safe, I booked an appointment for 11:30 AM. The appointment was booked around 10 AM; which I'm sure the salon received upon my booking. I arrived for my appointment at 11:22 AM to a gated and locked door. The gate was rolled all the way down and the door was padlocked, the lights were off as well. When using Snailz, you are automatically charged for your service at the time of your appointment. With NO ONE physically in the store and no sign of it being open, I quickly canceled my appointment to avoid being ineligible for a refund and went to run an errand instead. Imagine my shock, while on my way back from my errand to see the salon is in fact open LONG after they were supposed to be. I could have very well gone in to make a new appointment but I had exhausted my lunch hour and didn't have any more time - but I won't do business with anyone who doesn't respect their clients' time. What I would have appreciated, since I left all my contact information in my appointment, would have been a phone call or email to confirm my appointment, or even say they were running late. That would have been understandable, acceptable and even professional. That was a very disappointing experience and I will not return. An absolute shame. read more

This was probably THE WORST mani-pedi I have ever gotten in my entire life. First of all, it took almost 3 hours...which is fine if they do a good job, but they didn't. I chose a color that was supposed to be a perfect match for hands and feet and they ended up being two different colors. As she was doing my feet, her lunch arrived, and she left me for 20 minutes to go eat it without any warning. Which would have not been a problem If there would have been some sort of communication. When she got back and opened a jar a cockroach came out and I had to tell her to get it. She didn't even ask me how I wanted my nails shaped. The lady completely butchered my nails and my cuticles were bleeding. My gel mani is already chipping after a couple of hours. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I would avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. $60+ hard earned dollars down the drain. :( read more

I have never in my time on yelp ever posted a negative review or given a place I've gone to less than 5 stars. I contemplated leaving a review of my experience at Entice Nails this past Monday because I do not want to hurt a business, but I always trust yelp reviews/ratings and the rating this place has is not close to what I experienced. I booked this appointment through the Snailz app for 12pm. I realized later that I needed to move it to 12:30pm (which I did). I also had appointments for my brother and mom. We were all getting regular pedicures and my brother and mom were getting regular and gel manicures. Before the appointment, my card was charged. This is not the fault of the salon, but definitely something I did not prefer, especially when I hadn't even gotten to the salon yet. When we got to the salon (about 10 minutes late because we were looking for a spot) only one person was there to work with all of us. She said that someone called out, which we all understood, but let her know we had to be out before 3. She did not seem fazed by that so we gave the benefit of the doubt. She started working on my brother's pedicure first and she let us choose the music, which was nice. Not long into the pedicure, though, my brother noticed a cockroach floating in the foot bath. He let her know and she scooped it out quickly and started to empty the bath. She wanted to refill it and continue the pedicure, but my brother did not want to continue. We decided to leave and I had to contact Snailz for a refund because she said she did not know how to do it. Again, I never want to hurt a business, but hopefully this leads to some positive changes for them. The woman who was working with us was very nice and things happen...there were just too many things here to overlook. read more

This is the WORST nail experience i have ever had. The reviews must be a lie because the service was not good. I came in to get a removal of gel x nails and potentially a basic manicure (pending time). The nail tech insisted on using a metro card on my gel x nails and when i asked her not to she took a metal tool and tried to scrape them off. She dug so deep my nail began to bleed and i asked her to stop. She still kept trying to do it even after it bled. Then i told her i would not be doing the manicure anymore and she removed a few cuticles and charged me for it anyway. I told her i should not have to pay for a basic manicure since i didn't get it done. She insisted i did i just "didn't get polish" so next time she'll do my polish free. This is my go-to spot for my nails. $25 for gel manicure is average price but I love their little massage that they give after my manicure. I always try to look for Rabina when I go. She does such a great job fixing my nails and my gel manicure would last me between 2-3 weeks! They try to sell their other services while you are getting your nails done. Ex: if you are getting a pedicure, they'll try to ask if you want to try their spa pedicure or a foot massage. if you are getting a manicure, they'll try to ask if you want to try a 10 minute massage. They don't do it often but from time to time, they would offer a bottle of water to their customers I've gotten my nails done here, massage, and eyebrow threading...I wouldn't suggest threading from them. OK so... Just like most experiences start off like the beginning of any class that a person would take... They started off with five stars. The issue that I had here was only two things. The first one you're going to experience in any nail salon that you go to where they speak another language and that is that they tend to speak about the patrons that are in the location. The problem with that is they didn't anticipate that I also spoke the language. Also I'm being very vague here because a few of them don't speak the same language and if I disclose which one I speak it may get someone in trouble after this review :) While I was there I didn't speak back (so they still don't know I understood) I just listened and while I won't dive into detail, I'll just say they had a thing or two to say about my post quarantine nails. Like I said, you'll experience this in many nail salons where they speak another language. The second issue (and probably most important) is that the gel nails I got came off within two days. TWO DAYS. Not worth it. On the plus side, they do great pedicures and I'd recommend if you're in the neighborhood and have headphones. :) read more

My daughter and I wanted to get a mani-pedi...gel mani. I've had plenty of mani-pedi's to judge from and I don't like to leave a negative yelp, but this was ridiculous. We should have left when there was cold water in the foot soak for the pedicures. When cutting the cuticles on my toe she sliced it so good it was bleeding and now swollen. I've come here quite a few times, the manicures are decent but don't last very long. The pedicures are good and the service usually is very friendly. However, this time I came in after work just to get a quick pedicure. The woman who started me kept asking (I mean like 4 times) if I wanted to get a spa pedicure (more money) after I said "no, thank you" she continued to list what was is it and it was pretty pushy. In the middle of my pedicure, someone came in and she told me that was her customer and that someone else would finish. Which was fine, but then the new woman asked me twice about the spa pedicure. It was just frustrating as the only one in there...everyone had heard me say just a REGULAR pedicure. The worst part though was after paying, I left a 15% tip and the woman yells out something like "$2 that's it!" And I can officially say, I'm not coming back! read more

But the people here are very friendly, the only problem I have is that the lady that did my nails was pretty heavy handed, and I bled a little bit, and so did my friend. But regardless, the lady was very nice and the space is very clean and spacious, they have a bathroom and provide you with hot towels (and there's wifi)! As for pricing, I (the one with the white nails) paid $45, tip not included, for a gel acrylic. But for a regular acrylics, it will be $30. read more

My experience was pretty bad. I asked for an SNS manicure. The person tried to scrape the powder off my nails with a phone card until I asked her to stop. Then she tried to apply the powder but didn't quite know the steps and it started to look bad right away. I finally asked if she knew how to apply SNS and only then did she admit her customers only asked for gel. I asked her to take it off and not continue. I offered to pay the $6.00 for removal.
