Worst manicure of my life... easily. Horrible technique, they are rough on your nails, they ignore or gaslight you if you tell them it hurts, and they will damage your nail shape and strength. To top it all off, the customer service is horrible. Save your money :) I wish I did read more

I wanted to try this place but unfortunately had quite a bad experience. I needed gel removal and they didn't take it all off before trying to start on the polish. I asked for pointed almond shaped nails which I always get and she said wasn't possible with the length of my nails (i get this every time I go to a salon). She cracked one of the nails on the top as well and didn't file it out. All of the nails were filed unevenly and I was charged $55 for the removal and "manicure" with no polish because I chose to leave before applying it, so a cuticle cut and this filing job. I went as a hair model and my cut was botched. The stylist complained about another client most of the time and never listened or looked at the photo I brought in. They just started cutting the back of my hair to the middle of my head!!! The photo I showed had the hair should fall on the shoulders. I felt lots of short snips and kept asking while the cutting continued without the stylist listening to me and ignorning my concerns the entire time. This person has no regard for making their client feel welcomed, attractive or heard. The person at the front desk was more concerned about her dog and ignorned me while I waited too never smiling once. One of other stylists, a friendly Polish lady is the only solid employee. It is a shame to have this environment at a professional establishment. read more

I would have given 0 Star if I could. I had a haircut appointment with Elizabeth yesterday, it was the worst hair experience I've ever had in my whole entire life. Elizabeth was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. First of all, she didn't even wrap my hair with a towel after the wash, I walked to the chair from the washing station with my wet hair all over the place. "Red flag!" As soon as she started, she was so careless to the point that she pulled out one of my pearl earrings, it fell right off and dropped on the floor. I have bone straight hair, it is probably the easiest hair type to handle with, however, Elizabeth was handling my hair very roughly. I am not sure if she knows how to perform a blowout since she was only blow drying my hair with a flat brush going downward for the whole time which made my hair very flat on the top. She continued to pull my hair very hardly with the brush and her fingers. I said to her "You are pulling very hard, it's hurting me". She replied "YOU DON'T SAY THAT, YOUR HAIR IS MEANT TO BE PULLED, IT'S VERY LONG AND TANGLED" I couldn't believe what she said, I am in the beauty industry myself, this behavior is just simply unacceptable, there is no circumstances that you should ever scream at your clients. A moment later, I tried too explain/reason with her and said "I wasn't trying to be rude, but you were just pulling my hair too hard and it hurts". She threw her curling iron down and said to me, "If you want to be a princess and get a luxury haircut, go elsewhere". Then she pulled my cape off my body with one hand and SCREAMED at me "GET OUT! GET OUT!" And disappeared. Everybody at the salon was shocked and went silent. I spoke to the salon owner and she apologized on her behalf since she just disappeared from nowhere. Honestly, I am still speechless. I couldn't believe how rude, disrespectful and unprofessional Elizabeth was. Lastly, I am not satisfied with the haircut, the layer is uneven. She didn't even know how to use an curling iron. I will not recommend her to anyone. For future reference, if client's hair is tangled, a detangling spray helps. Also, brushing the hair starting from the end will put less tension of the root if client has sensitive scalp. Listen to your clients. read more

I stumbled into Spring House Beauty Studio by accident. I was actually attempting to go into another nail salon, however was running late, parked, didn't look at the name of the establishment and ran inside. After a little bit I realized that the layout of the salon was completely different. With that being said, Spring House Beauty Studio is very clean. It was quiet when I went in and they were able to sit me down right away for a gel mani regular pedi. For the pedicure, I felt like the tech was being a little rough at times with the scrubbing, but my stanky feet did have quite a few callouses. The nail tech who did my hands was fantastic. I showed her a picture of an ombre nail style that I wanted and she was able to accommodate me (with an additional $25 fee). However, she was so meticulous and paid attention to detail that the nails came out beautiful! read more
