I needed a fill-in and repair for a nail that I broke, as I had a party to go to that evening. Not a bad environment, but not a great one either. It felt like a chop shop that was trying too hard to keep up with the times, without any real improvements, other than new pedicure chairs. The woman who did my nails was actually quite thorough, but after seeing her pull tools and a heavily used nail file out of an unsanitized box underneath the hot towels, I kind of was turned off a bit, but didn't walk away as I needed this nail fixed. So she re-shaped my nails from coffin to a slightly pointed oval. I asked for very pointy and sharp twice, but she seemed to just blow that off all together. As she was working on my nails, I realized that she wasn't really filling in the apex of the nail, so they don't feel as durable as they normally would for long nail and I'm a bit fearful of them breaking. I did feel very rushed and when I asked if I could get nail art, she basically was like "another time", as I am guessing she had an appointment after me. But you could've just passed me onto another nail tech to finish the design if that was the case... kind of strange. It was $70 for the one repair, a mediocre fill in, changing the shape, and gel polish. Plus, tip, because even if the service wasn't the best, it's still a service. Tip your waitress, understood? All I will say, is that I'll be glad to go back to my normal nail tech in a few weeks, unless one of these falls off before then. The color was a lovely shade of poppy and it looked great for a quick fix. So there's that!

We were given a choice of polishes. Some came with an additional charge. We went for the one that dried within 5 minutes for an additional $10 each. My daughter and I sat side by side and had our manis. From start to finish the pedicures took about 30 mins. While my technician was applying polish, I noticed it was unevenly coated on 2 of my nails. It was supposed to dry in 5 mins and after 7 mins I touched the uneven coat and it smudged. I asked the technician to fix it and she did. We waited about 10 mins for the polish to dry, my daughter waited longer since her pedi was short. When we got home her polish is completely smudged. Overall I enjoyed the experience but dont think this is for me. Even looking closely at our toe nails long after they dried, there are spots of missing polish on my feet and smudges on my daughters decal.

The polish is always clean with no streaks, my nails are shaped perfectly, and my feet are SO soft when I leave. They really take their time and I never feel like they're just rushing through my pedicure. And the prices?! Very reasonable, especially for Brooklyn. A good pedicure that actually lasts without costing an arm and a leg will always get my vote. Definitely one of those neighborhood spots I'm happy to keep coming back to.

There was just a small bubble on one nail, and another nail tech, Cindy was super kind with getting it fixed (since Fenny had to leave). Overall, the price is very fair for what you get! Much cheaper than other places. Recommend bringing cash since there's a small fee for paying with credit card. However, they also accept venmo/zelle.

I was taken care of right away, and asked for a gel manicure ($30). They have a generous selection of colors to choose from, and opted for a very light, airy pink, #177. The overall process wasn't too involved, but my technician was very careful, and really tried to make sure she cleaned my cuticles well. The process was standard at best and no surprises either. I was in and out in all of 20-25 minutes tops. Overall, I am happy with the color and my nails being all filed and cleaned up, however, I did notice some indents on my top coat on 2-3 nails that's noticeable if you look up close. This minor flaw wouldn't prevent me from coming back. The place is immaculately CLEAN and the pedicure station did look inviting; I might have to get my gel pedicure here in a week or two for the upcoming wedding I'll be attending. Note: If you use the ATM like I did, my bank charged me $2.99 for the transaction, so be sure to get your cash before coming in!

I like having my feet soaking in a hot tub of water, I like being able to relax in the chair. Instead you don't get any of that, and the way the chairs are, you have to have your knees bent up high rather than down naturally as if sitting in a chair.
