This is going to become my lash spot. I never was able to find a good lash spot where I actually enjoy the results price and location but Kacy Lash Studio nailed it 10/10. I used a Groupon classic 80 lash cashmere deal and so happy with the results. I love natural, not too long almost emphasizing my own lashes but giving extra dimension and they did all that. Was only 1 hour too. Love it ! They were very kind and attentive and I felt extremely comfortable and were able to get a good nap while getting my lashes done! I first went to Kacy Lash Studio because I found an amazing deal on Groupon to get a set of classic lashes 100pcs. Went in, the staff were very nice and it was a good experience. However, the 100pcs and classic set were not as full or wispy as I wanted them. So I made an appointment to come back for a 3 week refill but wanted to switch to dramatic hybrid 120pcs set. I have gotten hybrid lashes in the past at a different place and had the perfect full wispy lash set. I was a little disappointed after the end of this set because I paid more to do the hybrid lashes ($125) and they did not even look much more dramatic or wispy than the first time I went here and just got classic 100 pcs. From the photo there is not much difference and not really the look I wanted to go for. So I unfortunately won't be going again as paying $125 for a fill is pricey and didn't achieve the look I wanted. Also compared to lashes I've gotten in the past by week 3 I barely had any left so they didn't not last long even though I took care of them. Update to my second time going... not even a few days in and soooo many of the extensions are falling out. Wouldn't go back for full service only for the first time Groupon deal. If you prefer a natural look I think it's a good lash spot but just not for me. read more

Saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to give it a chance. Glad I did! Typically go to lazy lash, but it's kinda out of the way and pricey. I got the 80 mink lashes and used a Groupon for my first time. I asked for natural lashes and I couldn't remember what I usually get so she suggested B curl with 12mm. The appointment was a little longer than what I was use to. About 1 1/2 hours, but my lashes turned out great! Will return! read more

Have been to a lot of bad lash places before realizing this place is top tier lol. The person scheduling is always very accommodating and tries to work with you and your schedule. Lash technicians are knowledgeable and take extra steps to be clean and precise. I always enjoy how full and relatively long lasting my extensions are from here (usually I can go about 3 weeks before removing or getting a refill). Good value for results! read more

I'm so glad I gave this place a chance! I came across this place on Groupon, and it had rave reviews. After going to the same place for almost five years, I was definitely scared to change. The convenience of the location for me and the prices is what lured me to give them a try. The place is very nice and clean, I filled out some forms, picked what I wanted and then we started immediately. When she finished, I was pleased but they weren't as full/ thick as I expected. In hindsight, it was my mistake for not specifying beforehand how I like them and I also had pictures to show them which I never did...Just be very clear before you start. I ended up adding a few more to get the result I wanted and afterwards I was very pleased! I got them because I was going on a trio to St. Lucia and was going to be in the ocean a lot and didn't want to worry about mascara. They totally lasted throughout and as you can see from the photo I posted, I'm up to day 16 and they still look amazing! The only thing I miss from my old place is that they give you a complimentary 10 minute foot massage, but that's quite alright! I highly recommend this place! read more

I have been coming here for months now and am usually satisfied with their service. I was scheduled for a two-week fill-in last week Saturday. However, I received a text message that morning telling me that my appointment had been cancelled because of the snow. I came in this week and was told that I would be charged the cost for a 3-week fill-in. I tried to explain that they were the ones who cancelled my appointment last week and I should not be penalized for that. It didn't seem to make a difference. I needed to get them done so I stayed but just a heads-up. I think that was incredibly unfair of this business to charge me extra when they were the ones who cancelled on me last week. read more

To start off, the workers here are great! I was running late and they were so accommodating and kind and allowed me to fill out the paperwork afterwards so we can get right to the eyelashes. The establishment is clean and covid safe, which is also great! Now, for the lashes themselves. They were alright-- they were definitely sparser than I anticipated which could be my fault. I requested D lashes as I showed them a reference photo which showed what style I wanted and they said that it looked like a C curl: sure, i'm not going to challenge the pros! With my lashes being very straight, I wanted a strong curl so I can see the lashes all of the time. Of course, with the C curl, they were not nearly curly enough and I definitely would have needed the D curl that I requested. But even here, this could be my fault! So I won't hold this against them too much, even though I knew what I wanted and they told me to change it. So after they were done, I was mildly disappointed but due to the kind service I decided to let it slide. Genuinely down the street from the establishment as I was walking to the train station, my first lash fell out. A few more fell out the next day, and I probably had at least 15 gone by the third day they were in. Such a shame since I was comfortable, but I don't think it'd be worth going again. read more
