Natalia is awesome! I have been going to her for her sugaring skills since last year and I couldn't be happier. I decided to get a facial with her recently and I am so glad I did! I got a deep cleansing facial. As with her sugaring, she is thorough and meticulous. She is also very knowledgeable and has a lot of updated tech. After 2 terrible experiences with sugaring in Manhattan, I decided to give this place a try since it's fairly close to my grandmother's apartment. I've gotten sugaring done by both Natalia and Marina and words can't even describe how awesome they are at what they do. She works with organic sugar, that doesn't damage your skin at all (I have very sensitive skin, so all my life I was suffering from redness and pain for few days after the procedure. It was my first time sugar waxing and I was so happy with the results that I decided to go back for a second time. I believe it was Marina who waxed me both times and she makes it so clean. After waxing, she tweezes it as well and she just takes the time to make sure it is clean! I used to go brazillian waxing and compared to the place I used to go to, this place really makes it feel like baby's skin down there. Natalia is hands down the best I've ever been to. She is extremely professional- clean/hygienic, her space is neat and cozy, not to mention secluded. She made the experience as comfortable and stress free as possible, and the process was as painless as any hair removal procedure could be. Definitely less painful than waxing. Prices are amazing too, but the most important thing- not a SINGLE ingrown hair in my bikini line after sugaring. Ladies- this is a miracle. I had my first experience of Brazilian Sugaring here today. Before, I used to go to another place for 2 years. It was too far for me to get there (and little bit expensive). And I am so glad I found this place. :) I will definitely recommend to visit it and will visit myself again! :) The place itself is clean, comfortable, and very cozy. :) As for Natalia, she was very friendly and attentive. :) She did her job in a very calm and slow way, so I could relax and sometimes have a rest. :) Therefore, the process was painless. :) What is surprising is that in previous place after sugaring I used to had my redness for 2-3 hours (I have very sensitive skin), but here it just went away after 15 minutes, as soon as I got home. :) Thank you for this experience!! They charge $40 for a brazilian sugaring, and let me tell you, the quality of work that was done deserves much more. The place is super clean, neat, cozy, and Natalia made me feel veeery comfy and pampered. She is highly qualified and nice lady, who left me in a good mood for the entire day! All the process was fast, although delicate and precise. She even took her time to tweeze the shorter hairs, even thought I told her it's ok if there are some left. First of all Natalia is a gem, So my appointment was on Saturday 11/4 @ 12:30. Parking here is a little rough but its so worth it. The place is beautiful and very clean. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Natalia and the owner. During my sugar wax it was it was minimal pain since i have waxed in past before. But Natalia's technique made me feel right at home that i almost feel asleep . After my sugar waxed she cleaned the tweezer with an antiseptic spray then began to pluck out the short hairs that was not picked up by the sugar wax. It has been a few days and I am smooth as a baby with NO ingrown hairs. SHOCKING Because usually i get them no matter what. The first time I came here was about two months ago for a full Brazilian. Of course I was nervous - after years of waxing, hair removal has always been a painful procedure for me, but I heard that hard wax and sugaring was less painful and easier on the skin. I'm so glad for my first time sugaring, I met Natalia! She was patient, attentive, gentle, and thorough. Sugaring itself with her is nowhere near as painful as hot wax to the skin, and I noticed how the areas she took care of weren't as red or irritated as they would be after a waxing session in my previous experiences. Her work station was also very clean and hygienic. Naturally, for my second time, I chose this center again - this time for another full Brazilian and under arm hair removal. This time around, I got Natalia's assistant - also named Natalia! Although there was a difference compared to the first time, she was just as careful, caring, relaxed, and thorough as my first experience.
