I think they do an excellent job. I've had several different people work on my brows and each one is excellent. Very clean facility. Convenient location. read more

Really loved my experience with Anna! I did a walk in brow sculpt and the entire service probably took around 30 minutes. Luckily Anna had some time and was able to schedule me in. First we talked through about what I was seeking and she laid me down and did the brow mapping. Immediately liked what I saw and she got straight to work. The whole experience was so calming and she was very knowledgeable. The vibe of the studio is very calm and clean. It was just her working that day so it was very personal. Highly recommend and can't wait to book my next appointment! read more

I came in to Anna for a facial and lash lift and left feeling beautiful and very relaxed. I couldn't be more happier for the service done and the new location is conveniently walkable from the train. read more

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I was excited to discover Babyface Brows because it is literally a five-minute walk from my home. As a new business in my neighborhood, I was looking forward to supporting them. I called Monday morning and spoke directly with Anna, the owner. I told her I was interested in having my brows done and possibly getting an eyelash lift. She told me that she would personally be doing the services and that she was training for the next two days. She asked me to send photos of my brows for a consultation, which I did. After reviewing my photos, I was told that my brows were currently too saturated to work over and that brow lamination was recommended instead. When I asked about pricing, I was told by text that Brow Lamination & Sculpt was $75 and a Korean Lash Lift was $120. I then received conflicting information about Anna's availability. I was told that she actually wasn't available for these services and that I would need to see another artist. This was confusing because Anna had personally told me that morning that she would be doing the services and was training for the next two days. Then I noticed that the website listed Brow Lamination & Sculpt at $95 rather than the $75 I had been quoted. I asked about the discrepancy and was told that the $75 price was a typo. I understand that mistakes happen, so I simply asked if they would honor the price I had been given. I decided to call the salon rather than continue the conversation by text. Anna answered, and her tone was completely different from our initial conversation. I calmly explained the conflicting information and asked if they would honor the original quote. Her response was: "Maybe we are not a good fit and we understand if you go somewhere else." I found that extremely disappointing. This wasn't about a $20 difference. It was about receiving conflicting information about who would perform the services, what services were actually available, and what I would be charged -- and then being made to feel like I was the problem for asking for clarification. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business handles them. I was genuinely excited to support a new local business, but this interaction left a very poor first impression. I also noticed that every review currently displayed for the business is five stars. My experience was very different. Based on my experience, I won't be returning or recommending this business. read more

They are the only ones who actually know how to sculpt a brow into an arch! They have the best customer service and you feel like you're in a spa!! read more

Anna is truly the best! She's so talented, detail-oriented, and kind. She will take the time to make sure that you're happy with the shape (even for someone as indecisive as me!), mapping and remapping down to the single hair! read more

This place is so straightforward good. They take time to map out your brow shape before waxing/tinting and the result is a shape that's perfect for your face and symmetrical. Worlds above your typical brow spot. read more

Absolutely love Babyface Brows! I got the nano brow service and my brows are truly perfect. Anna is incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her work. This is the first time I have gotten a permanent brow service so I was hesitant because I really wanted a natural look and not the typical "painted eyebrow" look, and Anna took her time, really listened, and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. She is an artist! The space itself is also beautiful and welcoming, which just adds to the experience. Perfection from start to finish -- 10/10, highly recommend. read more

The best brow studio! I always have an amazing experience. I happily travel from Manhattan.

It's been about a week since my brow sculpt appointment with Anna and I'm still so pleased with my results! I've had unpleasant experiences from brow threading in the past, so I was looking forward to a more in depth consultation here. The studio is clean, small and beautiful in its minimal design and greenery. Anna was friendly, patient and really listened to any concerns I had, as I was quite specific. My brows are pretty full so I wanted clean, symmetrical and arched brows that are slightly thinner to complement my round face and features. She walked me through each step which I appreciate and I picked up some tips. Anna checked in about my brow shape a few times throughout the process too. My skin is quite sensitive, so the soothing mask was refreshing and it calmed any redness from tweezing. Anna is meticulous and gentle in her application, and truly listened to any adjustments I asked for even if it was a subtle difference. The end results beautifully enhance my features. My brows are sharp and defined, yet still natural and soft. We went slightly over my appointment time, but it didn't seem to be an issue. Anna also provided an aftercare kit to help with maintenance. She also has great taste in music! I was vibing to Afrobeats throughout my session haha. I highly recommend this studio and Anna as your artist! read more

So glad my friend recommended me this place for my microblading needs! Anna is super patient and will work with you to get the brows that work the best for you. She really takes her time talking you through your options and giving her recommendations. My eyebrows looked very nice to the point the ends won't even show up in pictures and now I have great, natural looking brows that I just wake up with. The process was not painful at all; I've fallen asleep during one of my touch-up sessions. Very cute studio as well! read more

This is a long overdue review but Anna is amazing with her work! She is so kind, patient and genuinely cares for her clients. My very first microblading experience was with her and I'm very happy with my overall experience. Any questions that I had (which were a lot), she answered them thoroughly. The after-care bag that came after the initial session was very cute. For the initial session, the pain was very bearable, especially with the numbing cream. During the touchup session, it felt more sore for me personally but still bearable. The shape of my eyebrows is still very evident and I'm happy with the result. What stands out is that she takes her time throughout the entire process, especially during the mapping part. She does not rush at all and pays very close attention to detail. She checks up on her clients and her passion for her work definitely shows through! read more

My first appointment was in February 2020 and I was supposed to get a touch up but hello pandemic... I didn't get my touch up until July so here's my 6 months later review. First of all, let's talk about Anna! She REALLY CARES about what kind of brows fit your face. She took her time mapping my uneven and asymmetrical brows (I think we took like an hour or more just mapping)! I didn't really know what I wanted so I just gave her my full trust. 10/10 was not disappointed. Secondly, the cleanliness and professionalism were all there! The place had a lot of light, smelled clean, and Anna carefully explained everything to you throughly. Lastly, picture speaks louder than words so of course I will be including my selfie with no shame. Just amazing how confident Anna made me feel after I got my brows done! It also cuts my time in a half to draw in my brows if I ever need to go out. Also with this pandemic, I just have to put on the face mask and wow the top half of my face is all set. Thank you so much Anna and I can not stop recommending her to every single soul I know! read more

I can't say enough about Anna she has changed the way my face looks with her artistry. She is the nicest person with such a great talent. She takes her time and really cares about how you feel. If you need your eyebrows done look no further. Babyface Brows for the win. Anna is your girl! read more

Babyface Brows is a trusted spot for your eyebrow needs. Personally didn't get my eyebrows done, but accompanied a dear friend during her process. Being able to witness the entire process from start to finish, I can tell Anna is very meticulous with her art. She spends her time explaining the entire process, her recommendations based on your skin type and answers all concerns until you are comfortable to begin. She also sends you off with in-depth care instructions to ensure your new brows look fabulous during and after the healing process. She also provides one free touch up in her pricing. If you are wondering, my friends brows look really good and I will totally go when my brows start thinning out! Highly recommend to speak to Anna! read more

Anna is AMAZING. You can tell how much she cares about her craft and how happy her clients' satisfaction makes her. Her kind and laidback personality helps ease any nervousness/ anxiety about getting your brows tatted. I had overplucked my brows for years and despite using brow serums, the bottom portion of my brows would not grow back. I looked everywhere for an artist who specialized in natural, hair-like brows and I came across Anna through a friend. She took her time explaining the process to me, what tools she was using, what steps would come next, etc. Anna wasn't at all pushy about decisions that needed to be made and reminded me that I would be the one waking up with these brows every morning, not her. Truly appreciated this because we've all been in a situation where your nail technician, hair stylist, lash lady tries to push their opinions on to you/ force you to try things you don't necessary want or like. I got the hair-like microblading done since I wanted the most natural look. Pain, from a scale of 1-10, was a 2. I actually fell asleep during the session LOL I am so, so satisfied with these bad babies! My partner was shocked when he saw me after my session cause it looked so natural. I'M IN LOVE! #BABYFACEGANG 4 lyfe ahahah read more

Babyface Brows - Before + (amazing) after photos. - Permanent Makeup Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

This was my first time getting microblading and I'm so glad I came. Both Anna and Destiny made my experience so much better. They are knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring. Destiny was my MUA and she was very respectful and made sure I was comfortable with the shape and shading as she went through the process. I got the combo brows and everything took about 2 hours, including consultation, mapping, and finally the actual tattooing. Pain level was minimal and I even fell asleep for ~30min it felt like lol. The aftercare instructions were also very easy to follow and they provided the cleanser and cream to use. Highly recommend! read more

Anna is worth every single dollar I paid. She is so diligent in her work. She takes her time to first frame your brows to your face. Then she draws eyebrows on you, and she makes sure that you are comfortable and happy with your brows. Every time Anna asked me what I thought about my brows, I couldn't find anything wrong with it because they looked AMAZING, but she would add the slightest touch and they would look even better than I imagined. I really truly love my brows. Anna is well worth the travel!! And I highly recommend her to all my friends. Spend your money on Anna because she invests her time in you!!! read more

Guys just jump in, and give Anna a chance. I haven't fully healed, but I think I can give a testimony on how everything went, and that is VERY WELL. Call/message her. She will answer you questions and not in a condescending way but really try to explain things. Throughout your appt she will tell you what she is doing. GREAT COVID PRECAUTIONS pain- i can tell you its not as bad as you think, if at all. talk to her about it she doesn't something throughout to keep you comfortable parking is tricky, so give yourself time. and Anna gave me great lunch recommendations in the area, so make a day of it if you're not from the area. read more

Just had my touch up appointment with Anna and I couldn't be happier with the results! I had my first appt in late Feb, right before the COVID shutdowns. Throughout the NY shutdown, Anna kept me updated on her future appts and proactively reached out to schedule a touch up once she reopened - a true testament to her commitment to her clients. Anna takes her craft meticulously. In sculpting the brow shape, Anna worked with me and made endless changes to make sure I was happy with the end look. Throughout the microblading and shading process she made sure I was comfortable and that it was painless :) I highly recommend Anna for microblading/brows. You'll have amazing brows for years! read more

Anna is an absolute angel! She's super sweet and has an amazing personality. Microblading sessions can take a couple of hours but chatting felt so effortless. even ended up falling asleep in the studio for a bit. I had my first session right before COVID shut downs so I was unable to schedule my follow-up for quite a while. However throughout COVID, Anna reached out continuously and kept me updated on appointment availabilities, which shows how thoughtful and detailed she is with clients. I went with only microblading my first session but then switched to ombre for my touch-up as per Anna's suggestion. I was extremely hesitant to try ombre because it can look very heavy and I'm particular about my brows looking natural but Anna was patient and understanding with her explanations and recommendations. She's also incredibly meticulous with the drawing, shaping and recommendation process. You can tell Anna truly loves her craft. She's always researching the best methods and ingredients for her clients and includes a post microblading baggie with toner & wax. Both were great for after-care and I experienced no scabbing, which was not the case when I first did microblading a couple of years back. Thank you Anna! I truly had the best experience with her and can't recommend her enough! read more

I had my eyebrows done by Destiny for the first time. I chose this place because I wanted to go for natural look and I'm glad I did! The process for booking was easy and they give after care instructions too. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for microblading in NYC. Destiny is very attentive and ensured the brows were the shape I waned, the color and the shade I wanted. I added some pics of my brows before where I barely had brows and my brows right after the procedure (she added a little red color due to how colors healed). After a month, it healed to the color and shape i wanted! I don't do my brows anymore when I put on makeup, its so convenient. I also have a touch up soon too read more

From the beginning, Anna said she wanted our appointment to be a collaborative process and I loved that she included my notes and feedback into her work.
