They told me that the appointment would only take 1hr max, but when I left I noticed that it had taken 1hr and 30mins. It was only until I told her that it was burning that she had finally taken off the solution. At first my lashes looked okay but then when I went out of town for a wedding, my lashes became infected with pus coming out and chunks of my lashes were falling off. I had to keep taking antibiotics to help with the infection. I advise everyone to just go somewhere else for a lash lift.

They only opened a month ago and are still getting a little settled, so I encourage some patience and grace if you can. That aside, they seem to prioritize waxing, threading, and brows (prices are readily available on the wall), but they do offer mani/pedis as well. I called for SNS/dip and was quoted $40, although it's an additional $10 to soak off a previous set. Ruhee did a spectacular job on my nails and was incredibly attentive. The color wasn't what I was hoping for, but they are still beautiful. They currently offer about 20 dip powder colors but don't have swatches, so that's how I ended up with a different color. The place was new and I'm flexible, so it wasn't the end of the world for me. I've been growing my nails out and Ruhee aced reshaping my natural nails from almond to stiletto, and they weren't thick by any means. They feel perfectly hard and strong, while looking so natural as if it's only polish. I do want to note they only had 1 technician when I went and had to ask for people to come back later, so keep that in mind.

It was busy, with two staff members working and both chairs filled. I waited my turn, asking for an upper lip wax & thread. Halfway through upper lip cleanup, the staff member said "give me two minutes." I said okay, and waited patiently in the chair. After 10 minutes, I look around and realize the staff member is working on another customer, with another waiting to be served. The second staff member comes out of back & asks who's next. I put my hand up to say me - I've been waiting and I still have wax on my upper lip. She shakes her head and takes the next customer. After 20 minutes, I explain I cannot wait any longer and that I need to leave. The first staff member says she's "almost done" and that she'll take me just now. 20 minute of sitting in the chair with dried wax on my upper lip while she took another customer! I can't imagine this is how you do business. Ask me to wait, tell me to come back with an appointment, or simply let me know that you're CHOOSING to take another "more important customer." ANYTHING, but leaving me in a chair for 20 minutes with dried wax on my upper lip. In summary: If you're okay with paying for blatant disrespect, this is your place. If you come and get a fill in a week is $50, the Lashes from my original lash lady that was closed today last at least last 2 to 3 weeks. So I lay down and try it out she says my eyes are too closed to put on lashes and she can't do it. She claims she's been doing it for 15 years, but she didn't know how to do my lashes. Every other last technician knew how to do them with my eyes closed. That is how Its supposed to be, she doesn't have that much experience that's why the place was empty when I went in there. I'm not getting ripped off for some lashes. That's gonna come out two Lashes per day. That means in seven days I will have 22 lashes gone.
